This was a customer service experience that has to be recognized. Irma took my call and details, and was so genuinely empathetic, caring and informative. Though there was not a rental car available immediately after my car's emergency need for service, the next day she called me with a returned loaner car. Patrick followed up the next day, asking if I wanted the detailed long list of problems or short. I requested the long version, and he patiently explained everything in layperson's terms. An expert Google researcher, I referred to my notes afterwards and further understood what was at issue. The next day he called with bad and good news; my car's warrantee covered some of the parts and labor, but not all. He walked through what needed immediate attention, and what would likely need to be addressed and repaired in 1-3 years. Did I trust his evaluation? Yes. I paid for $1200 in needed repairs, as my car is nine years old. I picked it up three days later after drop off, washed and ready to go. Throughout the process, Irma would call and update me as to the status of my car. Her humor and kindness was SO appreciated. Now I need a tune-up and cosmetic touch-ups. Abe the owner let you do whatever you need to with the car, I took the car out for almost a full day to do a pre-purchase inspection and he didn't even copy my driver's license or anything. The car is not perfect and he didn't try to hide it when I point out something I see. He knows the battery is about spent and didn't hide the fact, and bought a new one from the BMW dealer. I have a trade-in and he showed me listing online for prices of the same car and wholesale value, etc, made the whole process pretty transparent to me. They don't have a large selection of cars in their storage but they also take requests if you are looking for a specific car to buy, he can try to find it for you from wholesale.

The first vehicle we purchased was a 2010 Chevy Silverado we purchased for our nephew in June 2025. He has had nothing but issues with the truck since day 1 of bringing it home and continues to have problems. We were told when we purchased the vehicle that if he ever needed parts for the vehicle, he could buy them from this place at cost. When he did need parts, he tried calling and was told they never sold him this vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later on March 28, 2026. We went back (hesitantly) to purchase a vehicle for our son. The truck we purchased for him seemed to be in great condition for a 2016 and figured since it was 6 years newer than the car we bought for our nephew, we may have better luck this time around. Jokes on me... You know what they say, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I should have listened to my instincts. Within HOURS of bringing the truck home, the check engine light came on and had multiple codes relating to battery issues, transmission issues, etc. I spoke with Nick's wife on 4/13/26 relaying the information we found out and was told she would get back to me. She never did. Instead, she spoke with my husband and told him she would send him the information we could send the photos of the codes to so she can look into it. He never got that information either. Now, as of 4/23/26, I had to call them for an update on the codes I verbally told Nick's wife about on the phone on 4/13/26. Nick said he was waiting for my husband to get back to him and never heard from him. I explained the conversation my husband told me and he said he never said that to my husband and provided me with an email to send the photos of the codes to. This call was initiated due to the alternator going out on this truck already. I understand there will always be a risk with purchasing a used vehicle, but not this many issues within a month of purchase, more or less hours. I will be emailing Nick the photos but am not hopeful for a resolution based off other reviews regarding this company. I have a feeling this place is clearing codes in order to scam people into buying a vehicle from them and then acting like they didn't know anything about it when mentioned to them. Shop here at your own risk. I for sure will NEVER buy another vehicle from here and will warn whoever I can not to buy from here. I will also be filing a report with the BBB if I have to go that far. Update as of 5/14/26; when we purchased my son's vehicle, we mentioned 2 repairs that needed to be done. The first one was the motor for the seat didn't work and the second was a backup sensor that needed to be repaired. To this day, the sensor has yet to be replaced or even looked at due to the fact that they apparently don't have a service technician available on Saturdays, which happens to be the only time my husband and I are off work to take this in. I picked up the motor for the seat yesterday and upon pickup, I was told by their mechanic the motor that was given to me was pulled off another Ford. They couldn't even be bothered to order a new part for the vehicle they sold us even though we were told a new motor would be ordered and we had to wait for the part to come in and then to top it off, when I expressed concerns to Nick's wife about the vehicle since the day purchased, she claimed she had no idea and wasn't aware of the issues even though she is the person I originally mentioned them to. Furthermore, with the concerns relating to the bad alternator; we had this rebuilt by a local company and upon their inspection we were told "whoever rebuilt the alternator last time did a sloppy job. A screw from the internal voltage regulator was lodged into the stator which is what caused all the problems". How a faulty alternator was not caught by their mechanic when inspecting the vehicle prior to selling is beyond me. These people are lazy scam artists! I said it before and I will say it again, buyers beware!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
