Throughout the process, he made me feel heard, valued, and confident in my decision. Sometimes, as sales professionals, we forget that helping someone feel good about the decision they're making is far more important than simply making the biggest sale. Saul truly understands that, and it shows in the way he treats his customers. His dedication, patience, and genuine care made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Saul, for such outstanding service. ¡Que Dios te bendiga y te dé mucha suerte en el futuro! You deserve all the success that comes your way.

Horrible experience…read more I went online looking at a new 2026 Nissan Armada SV. The MSRP was listed at $65,465, but the dealership advertised it for $57,285 after discounts. That price immediately caught my attention. A salesperson named Karina called me and was very polite and professional. She explained that the advertised price included a dealer discount and a $3,500 rebate, and she specifically told me there were no hidden rebates and that anyone could qualify for that price. I then asked for the out-the-door price. Surprisingly, I was told they do not provide that information over the phone because it is the owner's policy. When I asked why, I was told I would need to come into the dealership to get the total price. This made no sense to me. Taxes go to the state, license fees are standard, and there is usually a documentation fee. I simply wanted to know what I would actually be paying before making a trip to the dealership. When I was told the owner would not allow anyone to provide an out-the-door price over the phone, I responded that the owner should look out the window and keep babysitting the inventory. She said to shop other Nissan dealers. In today's market, customers expect transparency, and refusing to provide basic pricing information only drives buyers elsewhere.

BEWARE OF DUPAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM…read more Horrible experience with their service center. Be warned. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the service department at DuPage RAM (433 E. North Ave., Glendale Heights, IL) after bringing in my RAM 3500 for a mechanical issue. I agreed to a $248 diagnostic fee just to have the truck looked at, which, unfortunately, is fairly normal these days. The problem is that their diagnosis ultimately turned out to be incorrect. I was then contacted and told they wanted to perform a software update because they believed it could resolve the issue. What they conveniently failed to mention during that conversation was that the update would cost me ANOTHER $248, on top of the diagnostic fee I had already agreed to. I picked the truck up shortly afterward, and it was as if nothing had been done. The exact same problem remained. The truck was still not driving properly, and I was now out $531.58 with absolutely nothing resolved. I left my truck with Bob in service because I trusted that I would get answers and, ideally, a solution. Instead, I paid more than $500, received an incorrect diagnosis, and drove away with the same problem I arrived with. After realizing the software update had not fixed the issue as they suggested it might, I contacted the dealership and asked them to refund the additional $248 charge for the update. I understood that they would likely keep the original diagnostic fee--even though the diagnosis turned out to be wrong--but I felt refunding the additional charge was more than reasonable considering it accomplished nothing. They refused. What was arguably even more frustrating than the money was trying to get someone on the phone to address the situation. It took me 26 DAYS to finally speak with someone who could discuss resolving the issue. Nearly an entire month just to have a conversation about a service dispute is completely unacceptable. I ultimately spoke with Len, who essentially chalked the situation up to their normal process and refused to refund the money. His explanation was effectively that this is simply how they do things. Apparently, customers are expected to pay while the service department works through possible solutions, regardless of whether those attempts actually resolve the problem. At that point, I gave up on DuPage RAM and took the truck to another mechanic. They identified and repaired the actual issue for less than one-third of what DuPage RAM had quoted me to potentially resolve it. Not a good look. I can't speak to the sales department, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying FAR away from this service center and spending your money elsewhere. They were unhelpful, incredibly difficult to get ahold of, failed to correctly diagnose or repair my truck, and still left me more than $500 out of pocket. After nearly a month of trying to get someone to address the situation, I ultimately had no confidence in them and had to take my truck somewhere else just to get an actual answer and repair. But don't just take it from me, feel free to look at their other recent reviews to see this is a reoccurring theme with this dealer. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Really disappointed with DuPage Jeep. When I bought my vehicle, they pushed the "Tires for Life"…read moreincentive, but conveniently never explained that you supposedly have to service the Jeep with them continuously for it to actually be honored. I even asked someone in the service department about it and was specifically told I could have the vehicle serviced anywhere I wanted. Now suddenly they're refusing to honor the incentive because I didn't service it there the whole time -- even though I've had the Jeep serviced at another certified Jeep dealer. What's even worse is that this requirement was never included in any of the other contract paperwork I signed when buying the vehicle. Honestly, it feels like this was done on purpose so they'd have an excuse not to cover the tires later. This feels like a complete bait and switch. If this requirement was so important, why wasn't it clearly explained or clearly documented from the beginning? The whole thing feels misleading and shady. I'll never buy another vehicle from DuPage Jeep again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else buy one from them either.

We drove the car and tested it everything went okay until we purchased the car and AFTER we bought it they told us that the lady driving our car had taken it home already. Absolutely unexpected and absurd. They claimed we had to return another day to pick up our vehicle they had said that when we pick up it up it will perfectly detailed and cleaned up for us. When we arrived it was a complete disaster. We had to wait about two hours for our car to be ready. So we sat around and waited while the frantically tried to clean the car. When it was finally ready the car was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned at all with scratches on the outside everywhere indicating they just wiped the salt off of the car and didn't even clean it. After we complained they told us to just take it home and schedule another appointment to get it detailed again. When we got home the car was leaking oil everywhere in our garage and on our driveway causing us a horrible disaster at home. We then had to drive 40 minutes all the way there to drop off the car again a couple of days later and then had to drive back to the dealership again to pick up our car. During this we received a loaner Jeep Wrangler which went fine. After it was finished again we had to drive 40 minutes back to get the car. When we arrived again the car looked almost worse than when we got it. The car was still scraped up and disgusting inside with an absolutely foul smell. The workers tried to make excuses and told us "this is what happens when you get a demo car" The manager Ken quickly got aggressive with us and yelled that we could squash the deal. We discussed this option and decided to go with it. After that it seemed like they were not expecting us to accept the offer because they then admitted that they already sold our old car. We decided to just take cash for our car and squash the deal with the new car and go home. They also did not let us take our license plates either insisting that they need to be discarded. After paying for a tint that we don't get to enjoy, Having to take numerous trips there and back. And dealing with rude staff and a mess at home this entire situation was a complete headache. This was one of the worst situations me and my family have ever dealt with and we are disgusted and flabbergasted with this dealership. They are planning on selling this Jeep as brand new agin so beware. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE MONEY,BUSINESS, OR TIME.

So I ended up purchasing elsewhere even though this dealership was going to be my new go to for service and another car down the road. Our new "used" car with a full warranty is making a small sealing noise by the window and I called the dealership to see if they could fix it since I felt more comfortable here after an uncomfortable terrifying experience at another dealership. The service employee on the phone was rude, cut me off on the phone and was extremely disrespectful! I came in the next day to show the video of the issue and to talk to them about the coverage. They won't touch it unless they charge me a diagnostic fee of nearly $200 (even though I'm told by two other dealerships it's covered under the warranty). They said someone else touched it and it's bad craftsman ship now, it was one seal replaced...? He kept telling me to take it elsewhere. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and even if they personally won't touch it - learn to talk to your customers with respect!!!! Our family has done business with them, we are long term friends with some of the employees, and our family has been in Glen Ellyn for over 100 years... looking for a reliable dealership - ONE of the reasons I went with a CHEVY vehicle! I won't be returning to this location!
