Thai time I had the buffalo chicken pizza and also the Hawaiian pizza, both were excellent. I also tried the wings and definitely recommend. The staff were awesome and very helpful. It's a small spot but definitely worth checking out....

They serve up all the classics but my favorite is the pepperoni pizza! The crust is so good, not too sweet and has the perfect crunch! They also offer cheesecake from Junior in NY if you have a sweet tooth! This is my go-to spot...

This was my second time around here and still like it a lot. The pizza with any topping always tastes fresh. Thai time I had the buffalo chicken pizza and also the Hawaiian pizza, both were excellent. I also tried the wings and definitely recommend. The staff were awesome and very helpful. It's a small spot but definitely worth checking out. Very good choices of pizza and wing flavors, and also, the garlic knots are really good .

I loved how thin and crispy this pizza was. It definitely took me back to NYC. The options were a bit limited to our liking, thus the reason for the 3 star rating. The wait was also longer than it should have been. As far as flavor, this was a home run!

This pizza is the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust, the toppings, the cheese, the sauce are all of the highest quality. On top of all that, the owner remembered my name from 48 hours earlier and I live in Arizona! You can't beat the personal touch + second to none pie. Don't waste your time with other pizza places in the area. If I lived here, I'd only eat Nexus.

Pizza by the slice? Count me in ! Nestled in a busy plaza, this pizza spot serves the freshest pizza by slice I've had thus far. We tried: Margherita Pesto Pepperoni Supreme Chicken Buffalo The crust was perfectly made and there was a perfect sauce/cheese ratio. I definitely think you should give it a try for a quick lunch or an afternoon snack. Carlos, the owner was also very hospitable and kind! I would definitely return.

This is the best FRESHLY PREPARED pizza that I've had in a very long time. The ambience of the store is chill but welcoming, the team greeted me immediately and gave me a vast amount of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The pizza! I drove 15 miles in anticipation of the 'Best Pizza' everyone is talking about. I was surprised the store was a small restaurant. It appeared so dark I checked online to see if it was open. I decided to go with a slice to try them first. I'll admit, when I saw them in the case I already wasn't impressed. I asked a customer there if it was good, because it was my first time. He said, are you kidding? No, I'm not. Maybe I would've been better off ordering a small pizza for myself and eating it there. It was the worst pizza I've had in years. What a huge disappointment! Maybe because I had to warm it up again when I got home. It was dry and tasteless. It looked better than it tasted. Even ugh, Hungry Howie's is better! The search is still on for the best Mom and Pop's pizza. You can keep the chain stores!

This place was popping. This is the grand opening tons of people and great deals. The place is clean and newly decorated. Staff are friendly and service is quick. 3 1/2 stars. I started out with the garlic knots: ok level of garlic and Parmesan, but a little firmer than most and almost crunchy in places. Next was something I'd never seen before: fried mozzarella slabs, maybe 4"-5" in diameter. Good crunch on the outside, ok flavor (needed a little salt?). Then the supreme pizza. Lots of good toppings, but not enough cheese to hold things in place, and the crust got flabby in the middle of the pizza. Service was good considering they don't do table service. read more

Wow. Wow. Wow. From the minute we walked in we were impressed by the service, the cleanliness, the ambience, and their attentiveness. THEN WE GOT THE FOOD! And OH MY GOSH! These garlic knots are THE BEST WE'VE ever had. My friend who's visiting from up North "every time I visit, we have to come here". Pizza was delicious and crust has the little crunch that's perfect. Overpriced, and so so food. They like to skimp on the cheese. So a Sicilian slice for $6 is basically a piece of bread with a bit of tomato sauce and a light sprinkling of cheese. $12 for five tiny chicken wings with no side. Clueless cashier got the very simple order wrong twice. Avoid this place. read more

Great pizza! Sauce is sweet and kicky. I would have gave it five stars but the crust is almost right. It is a stiff crunchy crust except if it could be fluffier on the inside and a bit more burnt it would be 5 stars. Otherwise there are great prices and the workers are polite and professional. Went there for a pickup order for 3 pizzas. There was a miss communication for one of the pizzas which caused it to be made half wrong. The employee working threw in another pizza on the house to compensate and even gave me 2 really big slices while I waited (also on the house). Everything was great, service was great, restaurant was clean and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend this place if you want actual food pizza. read more

We ordered a supreme pie and we were told it would be 40 minutes. Granted the weather was bad so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, our pizza arrived an hour and 20 minutes later. The pizza looked good and had hearty toppings but truthfully it wasn't mind blowing. It was pretty nominal. Tbh, I don't think I'd order order again. It wasn't worth the wait. Sorry. read more

The restaurant was very clean and layout is pretty large and accessible. The pizza is New York style pizza. It was thin, crispy and delicious. Every slice comes with a complimentary knot. I'm pretty sure I saw whole pizzas going out with eight included knots. The service was pretty good. Efficient, friendly enough workers. There was an aura of hurry up, what do you need, but with a line out the door literally all night, I do not blame them one bit. And the slice factory line got you in an out as quickly as it possible could. As for the slice itself, it was pretty ok. Good crust, foldable slice. Very cheesy, which is needed for most clientele who are in the middle of downtown in need of munchies. Slim toppings, though, and even after the heating process, the slice was kind of cold. Overall, for the convenience and the price, this place was good. I'll definitely come back under the right circumstances.

I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Nexus Pizza. Mario, one of the owners, made us feel so welcomed. He was friendly, approachable and charismatic. Nexus Pizza is known for its "Taste from Brooklyn". My husband, a Brooklyn native, was delighted with his meal and our food was on point! My husband ordered a calzone with ham and requested that the ham be cut in slices, which Nexus does it this way anyway, and not served as a big chunk of ham inside as they've done at other pizza restaurants. The calzone was fresh, hot and tasty. My husband raved that the calzone was mouth-watering, delicious and enjoyable. I had a slice with extra cheese and specifically requested to make my crust light and not too overdone as I don't like my crust too crispy and my pizza was made perfectly right, just how I like it. The cheese just oozed right out of my pizza. it took me back home to NY. They even have the real Junior's cheesecakes straight from Brooklyn! The restaurant is clean, modern and bright. The staff is friendly and the service is outstanding. We were so pleased with our experience at Nexus Pizza. This will definitely be our new Pizza joint as we will be coming back often. Finding good pizza in Orlando, is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. However we decided to take a chance with Nexus Pizza and we were glad we did. The pepperoni had just enough spice to add flavor to the cheese and complimented the sauce. The dough was tasty and didn't flop definitely a good foldable pizza. My family is pretty picky about our pizza we don't like too much cheese but at the same time not too much sauce that the pizza is wet. Nexus Pizza had just the right amount of both, and cooked just right with just the right amount of browning of the cheese. In addition to the pizza they carry really good cannolis and cheesecake from Juniors cheesecake in Brooklyn. My brother and I got 2 lunch specials and after trying the pizza we place another order for more to have my other family members try the pizza. We will be back without a doubt especially since we do alot of shopping in the orlando area.
