Upon inspection of our problem, he was able to identify and find a solution for it immediately and also able to identify the root causes the problem and help us resolve it in a time and cost-effective way. He was also great at setting up new lines for us and additional projects that we needed assistance with. I highly recommend him and believe that he will do a great job for you as well! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I cannot say enough good things about Ralph and his crew at RC Electric! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They installed a chandelier in my living room, and went above and beyond in making small adjustments and cosmetic changes to the installation, without additional cost to me. They were able to offer expert advice and options when it came to the cabling around the wall and ceiling construction. They even offered to trim and paint pieces of the chandelier that did not fully match the color of my ceiling. Now THAT is service! Best of all, their price was about 1/2 what other businesses were offering. I had gotten 3 quotes prior to RC Electric, varying from 50% - 300% higher the price that I paid RC Electric. With other businesses, I'm sometimes stuck with last moment charges because a project is mysteriously "more difficult than originally anticipated", and then I end up paying far more. This was NOT the case with RC Electric. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Amazing! RC Electric will be coming back next week for some follow-up work, and probably additional projects. I have no doubt that they will continue to do an outstanding job. I HIGHLY recommend RC Electric for your project!

Ralph was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I was worried about a burning plastic smell after a wall mounted light made a noise, flickered out, and died. He quickly responded, advising me what to do, and was out that same day to investigate. Luckily it was only a loose wire, but it could have been worse and I'm grateful he was able to be there! He helped explain things, made me feel comfortable, and advised about a possible breaker upgrade. If we decide to do that, RC would be my first call. Highly reccomend. read more

In the midst of the Thanksgiving holiday, Ralph responded to me and could easily see/understand my electrical issue and offered to help. You see my kitchen light strips went out and we've had no kitchen lights for about a month, which is tough when it gets dark early. We had another electrician we found on Yelp come out and quickly tell us that there was power but they could not repair it. I was out of option and on Thanksgiving eve I put in a project request. Because of the holiday I didn't expect a response, but Ralph was one of the 3 companies that responded with an affordable price and clear understanding, so we scheduled. He came in, was respectful to our home (which many are not) and in a hour repaired the lights, explained the issue, and informed us of future replacements, if needed. Established date and time of install and everything was completed cleanly and professionally. Initially just wanted a EV port install, but also added regular 110v outlet on an independent circuit because installation for EV was so fast. These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. Mario came out within a couple days and quickly identified that the issue was not the remote but poor wiring in the junction box (which was done by another electrician years ago). Since it was later in the evening, he came back a few days later to install the switch and fix the junction box wiring. What I appreciate about Mario is that he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He is trustworthy and guarantees the quality of his work. The cost of the repair was very fair for the amount of work done.

When we first met Chad back in May 2021, we were looking to get some low lighting in the front &…read moreback yard. Chad was very knowledgeable as my wife and I did not know much about low lighting. Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. Working with Shane was a pleasure and now I have him giving me an estimate on converting Fluorescent Lights to Can Lights. I highly recommend Baumel Brothers and it would serve you well to use them for any electrical service big or small. You will be glad you did!

Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.
