I would definitely come back to try the food here! It was pretty damn good! I got the garlic noodles with beef bulgogi and tiger shrimp (8/10) it's very flavorful but too greasy. The shrimp was very sauteed/ fried feeling. Again, very flavorful but also very greasy. I also got the NK Sliders and wow, loved them! They had grilled onions and mushrooms, so good! You know those places that look so good and when you try it out it was honestly kind of disappointing? I unfortunately have to say this is the place. I have been eyeing this place for a year now. I see countless of post and ads and finally decided to go. It is alright. Rice was too mushy, the meat was eh. I do like the presentation. The cashier and works are very nice and friendly. The wings and fires were fine, can't really mess that up tbh. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things. prices are pretty decent. We went in the morning so it wasn't packed. I use to travel to Anaheim to the other Nguyen's Kitchen so I'm very happy they put a location considerably closer, feels like the food even taste better too. Service is great even when I give them a hard time and they all seem to have a team flow with running this location. Overall amazing food with great hospitality from the staff and the cooks. This is absolutely fast food. Drenched in heavy, but flavorful, sauces and spices, it did not sit well in my stomach. I can't even remember what I ordered. I couldn't finish it. Dined in and ordered the crawfish pasta and garlic fries with bulgogi. Both dishes came out cold. How does the food come out cold when you dine in? We also ordered the 6 piece chicken wings. One wing was half a drumette, so it was more like 5 1/2 pieces. Soda machine was broken, and the water button would get stuck dispensing water. Also tv and music was blasting which was annoying. The foods decent but the service has gone downhill. The Southgate location has also been lacking in cleanliness. We went in with not a single other person in the establishment and proceeded to have to listen to the employee behind the counter take a complaint for about 5min. It was awkward.
