We came here for dinner on a weekday night , they were the only pho place that was open past 9pm . Nho kitchen is located in the back of the building . There was a line of people waiting outside . We put our name down and got called in about 15 min . The menu is small but the food comes out fast . We got the BBH and pho large size. The BBH comes with pork feet , beef rib , and pork blood but it was missing the side of shrimp paste on the side. The pho was a huge portion and very tasty . The Thai tea is strong and had a great Thai tea flavor . I'll definitely be back for some late night eats !

Came in on a random Tuesday night thinking I was about to have a chill, low key dinner, nah, the entire city of Fresno had the same idea. Place was packed packed. Honestly, that is usually a green flag, so I stayed committed. Put my name down, sat in the waiting area, four people ahead of me, easy money. Then I realized I chose the exact seat directly in front of what I can only describe as an industrial strength wind tunnel. There is a massive shop fan aimed precisely at the waiting area like management identified that 10 sq. ft. of space as the hottest place on earth. Meanwhile it is cold af outside, so now I am getting wind slapped while questioning my life choices. About 15 minutes later we get seated, not bad at all. Menu is not huge, but it is focused, which I respect. No 10 page novel, just solid options. I went with the P0, my fiance grabbed the B0, and I secured a Thai iced tea because I believe in balance. The meaty pho showed up looking like it pays rent on time. Broth was rich, layered, comforting, the kind of flavor that makes you sit up a little straighter. Meat was tender, noodles held their own. Not the best bowl I have ever had, but definitely in the upper tier. Now the beef rib. That thing did not just fall off the bone, it fell of harder than Ja Rule when Get Rich or Die Trying was released. The BBH looked just as serious, also came with a beef rib, portions were generous enough to make you reconsider your next meal. Thai tea was solid, sweet, refreshing, did exactly what it needed to do. Decor wise, there is a giant TV playing the news with no sound and no captions, so the entire time I am eating I am just nodding like I understand global events. At one point I am pretty sure I just made up what was happening. Overall, I would absolutely come back. Next time I am just bringing a jacket for that fan. Bro, yall really don't need that big a$$ fan blowin that hard on that one spot lol.

We hit up Nho Kitchen around 2 p.m. this past Sunday. Even though it was sweltering outside, there was a long line out the door, always a good sign that a place is worth the wait! Once we got inside, we added our names to the list and were seated in about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad considering the lunch rush. The ordering process was a bit of a letdown, though. I wanted extra noodles on the side, but the menu doesn't clearly state that they just add the extra portion directly into your bowl. The staff was so busy that they didn't explain it well, which was a little frustrating and left me disappointed. For food, we ordered the Dac Biet (which was massive!), a small Pho Tai, and the Sizzling Steak (Bo Ne). Honestly, the rare steak in the pho was just okay, it didn't quite live up to the one I usually get at Pho Ha Noi in San Jose. However, the Bo Ne was the absolute star of the show. The meat was incredibly tender and well-marinated, and the baguette was served hot and perfectly crunchy. While the prices aren't exactly "cheap," they are reasonable for the quality. Aside from the confusion with the menu, it was a very satisfying meal!

Delicious and fresh with thick peanut sauce. Spring rolls.

3.5 - The food is good here. Their soup broth is the best I've had. However, There's several factors that compel me to give it this 3.5 rating. Customer service is blah here. I've never been warmly greeted. None of the workers project friendliness. They're not rude. It's just blah lol everyone is treated like a number because it's always so busy and a packed house. The food portions are minimal. The egg rolls are $8 and you only get 3 little, skinny egg rolls. They taste great they just need to add one more and beef them up a bit. I tried the R12 rice plate: grilled shrimp, rice and stir fry veggie. I received tiny shrimps and small qty. it was just sautéed bok choy I was hoping for veggie medley of broccoli carrots. Etc , they need to be more detailed on the menu. One more thing regarding the menu- most restaurants indicate if a dish is spicy, either by adding a chili symbol or some kind of explanation. They don't have that here so I gotta ask the server whether it's spicy or not. Sometimes they have to go back to the kitchen to ask. It's a pain. Just let it be known on the menu. They have ton of drinks here, if you're into the sweet creamy teas and coffees you might like! The Viet coffee is strong and good but again portion is minimal for the price, the cup is all ice mainly. Definitely try their pho and other soup options because this is what they're known for and you'll get a little more for the money.

Decided to grab a pho at NHO kitchen. First impression of the location was nice and the staff greeted me right away and sat me down at a table. I ordered the beef pho which was very delicious and had a great taste. I wasn't too fan of the bowl but it's unique. Something that I liked was they use a robot that carry's your food to you. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the pho was delicious. I did order a Thai tea to go and it was very tasty.

One of my go-to pho places in the valley! Noodles were cooked perfectly, meat was tender, and the portions were really good for the price. The drinks are pretty good too. The service is fast and friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. Keep in mind, they're very busy on weekends with families and large groups waiting to be seated.

The Viet food here is delicious. Feels like I'm in Saigon. Every time we're in Fresno to visit family we always come here.

I had shrimp spring rolls (didn't make the picture) they were so good. The broth of the soup was ok, I needed more lime. ‍ Meat was tender. I wish they had checked in on us. After the food came out no one followed up to see if we needed anything until we were done. The floor was slippery.

Hidden in the back of the mall, a bit hard to find. Huge menu offered many items! Great food, good size portions, priced well. I order the beef lovers pho , so much noodles with delicious broth. The dry noodles witj shrip snd park was excellent, awesome smokey flavor. The egg rolls were a disappointment, not Much flavor and didn't come with the lettuce wrap that normally comes with Vietnamese egg rolls. The inside can use a cleaning, floors dirty, table a bit sticky. They charge 3% service charge for using your credit card. Overall pretty good food.

This has been our new go-to pho spot! They have fun drinks on the menu and lots of food options. Service is fairly quick and it's always busy when we go but we've never had to wait for a table!

It was a bit tricky to find the restaurant not being from the area. Once I walked in, though, it was packed, and every table was taken which is always a good sign. We waited about 5 mins to be seated. I ordered the bun rieu oc, and the portion was generous, more than enough for one person. The cha lụa (pork patty) was homemade and had bits of black pepper mixed in, adding a nice kick. I would buy this if they sold it separately. Overall, this was one of the better bun rieu I've had in a while.

The pho was amazing! It came out piping hot, the broth was rich and full of flavor, and the meats were clearly high quality and very fresh. You can tell a lot of care goes into their food. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating. You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I don't feel too bloated after eating here (compared to other pho restaurants). Been enjoying this restaurant and eating here at least once a week!

My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

Food: Their Pho broth is one of the best I've had. I've eaten at many places in the Bay Area and Orange County and this one wins hands down. Broth had the right amount of saltiness where I didn't need to add much. And you can actually taste the spices which I'm pretty huge on. Big flavor bomb indeed. Cons: My only knock is skimming on the noodles and meat. For $18, you do pay a little higher than most places. I'd definitely pay that for the quality alone but felt shorted. Customers are smart, they pick up on things all the time. I just wish this was improved and this place easily gets a 5 star. Definitely will be one of my new go to places for Pho in town!
