I research some other smog check's closer to my home, but the stress of the unknown was more than I wanted to deal with so I called Nice & Easy, the price had not changed from my first time (I would gladly pay more if you need to raise your prices) & I did not need an appointment. As I walked through the door, Adriana recognized me from my first visit 2 years ago and it was like catch-up (girl talk)time. Diego her dad walks in to get the paperwork for the smog check and does not say a word, but looks around finds me & gives me eye contact with a warm smile to say "you make my day to have you here & to serve you". It give me hope to see a family that exemplifies Caring kindness along with professionalism & a strong work ethic. You are living the greatest commandment to LOVE... Great service and very friendly. Paid $47 for smog. The building is set back in an industrial area and a little out of the way but not too bad. Smaller waiting room so call first to see how busy they are, but they have seating outside as well. read more

This was definitely a "Nice & Easy" experience! I was surprised at how quick their SMOG service was. I brought my 1991 model car, thinking it would take at least 45 minutes to complete the SMOG service. My car passed the SMOG check, and I was out of there and back on the road in less than 20 minutes! I highly recommend this place if you want a no-hassle SMOG service. My wife and I had the unexpected pleasure of stumbling upon this absolute gem of a smog testing facility. We needed a smog test before selling our Winnebago and found Nice & Easy on Google showing they're the only facility open on a Sunday in the Temecula area. We were welcomed by Diego & Nancy who made us feel like we were there visiting family. They have so many interesting puzzles and videos to help pass the time while we waited, although Diego is really quick, we also had the pleasure of meeting their pups Turbo and Rocky. I just bought a diesel truck from out of state and hadn't had a vehicle smogged in a few years. I'd never had a diesel smogged and didn't know what to expect. The truck had two immediate mechanical issues when it was delivered, so I was really nervous about it passing smog, especially after reading all the horror stories online. So, as any normal person, I was procrastinating. I was over in the area one day on completely different errands and saw Nice & Easy Smog. I walked in hoping they'd tell me they were too busy, but they grabbed my keys and led me to the lobby. I'm not sure, but I think they're a married couple and they were super friendly. Super easy to work with and set my mind at ease. I sat on the couch and watched TV while my truck was smogged. Paperwork was easy and quick and they got me out faster than I could've hoped. I'll be recommending everyone I know and will be bring all my vehicles here. Super cool little "mom and pop" shop that deserves our support. ***EDIT 11/22/17**** I returned to Nice and Easy Smog this morning to smog a truck I just bought. They were super awesome this visit too! I really can't say enough good stuff about this business. Speedy, friendly, and super efficient. I was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour and for less than 50 bucks! Plus I found out that the lady that works there is a notary! If you need a smog check there is no other place you should even consider than this amazingly wonderful establishment! It is run by what has to be the nicest most considerate family I have ever worked with! I came here with my 13 month old daughter to get a routine smog check. It was completed very fast and I would have been on my way in less than 15 minutes. Due to reasons I'm still not sure about (probably because my daughter had gotten my keys and was chewing on the alarm remote - yes best mom award goes to me!), my car alarm started going bonkers when I tried to be on my way. It kept going off and wouldn't turn off no matter what I did, and my car wouldn't start either. Mom, dad, and daughter all jumped to the rescue doing everything in their power to help me. They even went and bought me a new battery for my remote and offered to drive me home since my husband was at work and we only have one car. Fortunately, it miraculously turned on right when I was about to give up, but man, they did not have to help me as much as they did. Seriously good people. read more

I loved everything about this experience! From the beginning, I called to see if I needed an appt. The sweet woman who answered the phone let me know there's no appointment needed and whenever is good for me is a great time for them. Such a sweet way to put it! She also let me know to park on the street in front of the business. Upon arrival I saw multiple signs with the business name indicating where to park for a smog check. I like that it was easy to find and clear where to park. The sweetest (and softest) fur friend greeted me as I entered the shop, then a very kind man. After that a woman who also works here, Adriana, came in behind me and was just so sweet and full of compliments. Just really engaging, enjoyable and kind hearted. She made me feel so beautiful on a day I hadn't even combed my hair or done my makeup. The smog check took less than 20 minutes and I was able to get my registration fees and my tag right then and there. So quick and convenient. Luckily they weren't too busy and I was able to talk with Adriana for a little bit. This family is genuinely good, kind wonderful people. Beautiful inside and out. This place is so great. I rolled up right as they closed because I'm the worst. But the woman at the counter said she saw how happy I was that they still appeared to be open that she couldn't turn me away. I got the story behind all the license plates on the wall and sat with a brain teaser puzzle that I failed to complete while I waited. If you need a smog check, don't bother looking anywhere else! The couple that owns and runs this business is so personable, and they really look out for you! They were so cautious to make sure that I was entertained during my wait, and I was especially impressed when they brought up some other minor concerns that they had with my car (unrelated to the smog check) to my attention! I felt as though they really cared about me in the same way that my own parents would in that situation. They go above and beyond! Their daughter even registered my car for new license plates for me, which saved me the time and hassle of going to the DMV!! Sounds a little questionable, but she's legitimately certified. Really great experience. I got the renewal notice and realized I couldn't find my current registration. Not a problem. I was able to get the smog and new registration and sticker taken care of at Nice and Easy. It was very fast and convenient. What really stood out was how nice the owners are. They had a gorgeous dog and lots of puzzles and shows on in the waiting area. It was all orientated around serenity and mindfulness. I could tell they were happy people, and it was infectious. It definitely took away all of the stress from a somewhat stressful moment of getting the renewal notice. All in all an excellent local business, much better than going to the DMV. read more

I needed to use a star smog service center, so I was apprehensive about what that entailed... I also had moved from Orange County so I had lost my paperwork. Went there in the morning, a few people in line... took my keys and information and was done in about fifteen minutes. Everyone was friendly and polite... except maybe the older gentleman who recommended that I wash my car (Accurate... but still...lol) I also was impressed that the woman at the counter was honest and didn't try to pressure me into paying the extra fees to register the car at their location. Coming up on registration expiring, I've contacted several shops around town and have  been to 2. The first smog station in Temecula performed the first test which failed me. I had a very uneasy feeling about the shop employee because the techs proposed solutions to my problem kept changing during our conversations. But the kicker is that he referred me to his friend that could give me a free pass through emissions for a  hefty fee. TOTALLY ILLEGAL Then came Nice and Easy.  I left a message with Adriana after hours. She called me immediate the following morning. I explained to her my check engine like periodically comes on due to a transmission  and evap code. Speaking to her over the phone Adriana sounded sincere with  great passion in her to help. As I walk into the shop the following day it had a  positive  warm and cozy feeling. The owners had license plates, from around the country on the wall, comfy couches and puzzles to keep ppl from boredom. As I'm waiting for my car to be serviced I meet the employees and family members of the shop, Adriana and her mom. I learned that Diego is the owner. Adriana and I walk to my car and she hooks up a scanner to it. She notices the check engine light is off at the time and tells me I have a great chance of passing smog. She immediately sets me up for the smog check and I pass! Shortly after the test I speak with Diego and he explains why the engine light periodically  comes on and off. He shows me mice tracks under the hood explaining that they chew on the wires which interrupts  electric signal to the evap system.  Diego advised me to use wD40 and mice traps under the hood to deter them  away.
