I was expecting to go to my usual mom and pop burger place and realized it had been bought out by Nice Guys. I thought I'd give them a try and ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce and fries. I had to say my order 3 times when ordering at the drive through. When I got home I was so disappointed to see that my burger was literally a bun, patty, and cheese. I go here at least once or twice a week for the Big Guy Burger and either the chicken tenders or chicken nuggets with ranch. If I could eat here for every meal for the rest of my life - I wouldn't be upset. Not one bit! SO!!!! I do have to say that I have been vegan for 5 or so years and I've tried many imitation burger "meats" and none, NONE have come even close to tasting this good. It doesn't have any weird texture or looks to it. It's not a thick slab of crap between two bunzzz lol. It's literally the best vegan burger that probably exists. Whether you are vegan or not, you have to try Nice Guy's out! They have epic burgers, my favorites are the western bacon cheese burger and the breakfast burger. The Santa Ana location has a drive thru if you are in a hurry. And if you are concerned about Covid they have a open patio in the front that is also dog friendly! read more

First time there yesterday. Wow what a delicious surprise! We ordered the mushroom burger and the cali burger with sweet potato fries and the friend fries. Outstanding! I am not a vegan, this is the first time I have enjoyed any vegan burger period. Highly recommend and can't wait to try it again. Great food, service needs a little more attention to detail. Drive through is convenient, Foo is great, but driving to work I realized my order was missing an item. I tried to call, but they don't answer their phone, a recording encouraged me to order on-line. What if you don't have an order? I like this place a lot, bbq western type burger is great as well as the Big Mac style one. Also that bacon avocado burger is good but the Mexicali burger I think it's called with the jalapeño is too spicy(way too spicy) and the chicken burger was good but didn't reach the hype for me(I'm not a big fan of chicken sandwiches really I guess but I had to try it after reading the reviews on it). Sweet potato fries and ranch are good but they are a pricy restaurant, prepare to fork out 16 bucks per meal which makes it so that I don't go too often, maybe once every couple months if I can afford it. read more

Spicy chicken sandwich is not spicy, it's also just "okay". I asked for ranch when ordering and it wasn't in my bag. Guy at the window is super nice but should have checked to make sure everything was in there. Plus side they give you a good amount of friend fries but this place is extra expensive too. SO good. I tried their cheeseburger and their chicken sandwhich and they were amazing. Tater tots were delicious as well. Very filling. I love the images of Malcom X and Nipsey inside (viewed from drive thru). They add little drawings/doodles on the bags too. Small little touch that I appreciate. read more

I don't usually air my issues on Yelp but nothing on their website is available so here i go. First off, great food. Best vegan burgers and chicken tenders I've ever had. I've eaten here many times and never have an issue with the food. The service on the other hand is almost always an issue. Never leave this place without checking your order. It's been wrong several times. Today was the day i couldn't not say anything. I ordered a soft serve. While waiting in the drive thru, i watched the girl make it and saw that the soft serve start leaking out the bottom. She noticed it, watched some hit the floor but walked it over to give it to me anyway. I said that one was leaking and she grabbed a cup and stuck the cone in there! I asked if i could get a cone that wasn't leaking and she went to find her manager. The manager obviously said to get another cone. She makes another cone and this one was significantly smaller than the last. I don't know how much is supposed to have and at this point, I'm lucky to even get one. She was also not happy with me. From now on, i am not tipping until after the service. They have a cash tip jar but won't accept cash as payment! Lastly, for a fast food place, they close early. With many competitors around that close at 12-1am, i know they are missing out on a lot of business. read more

So I have to say nice guys vegan was a change from your meat burger. I had not realized that everything was 100% vegan, well either vegetarian or vegan so I started ordering the food went through their drive-thru today at 12:30. Once I got up to the window and I was curious, I asked the young lady is your cheese vegan as well she said yes then I asked her chicken vegan as well you said yes your fish is also vegan she said yes. Told her it was my first time going to try it but my parents are such vegetarians and vegans that they probably totally will love it. From my surprise everything was great the reason why I'm giving them three stars is because before I pulled away from the drive-thru I had asked the young man that handed me the bag of food is everything in here, he said yes problem is I drove little 12 minutes to get there tried to call them to tell them they forgot a burger and said their phone # is an international line and extra charges may apply. But they forgot one of my burgers. I had order 2 BBQ burger, 1 shroom burger (which they forgot to give), 3 fish filled one with cheese, 3 tots and 1 order of sweet potato. Paid $79 and change they really should be more careful to make sure the orders are complete. $10 down the drain, stay hungry because I didn't want to drive all the way back and after leaving my parents I will the opposite way. read more
