My order took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive on a Saturday. It was very easy to sign up for a medical card via their site and place an order and you get 10% off for the first order. Thursday morning I posted a review for this company because I have failed to do so yet. Not only did they let me down on Thanksgiving day after I made an order, they confirmed the order but never showed up! They showed up yesterday unannounced with my delivery and offered me a 10% discount for their mistake the day before.... I felt that was an insult. 10% for waiting 4 hours. I'm very disappointed!!! I tried to register it on line with an order but it didn't take so I called on a Sunday. These guys seriously ruined my birthday. First of all, they're website is completely convoluted and not user friendly. I had to call several times for clarification on how and what to order. I've ordered many times from Mercy Wellness and everything is so straightforward. Secondly, it says right on the website 45-60 min delivery. When I called to ensure that this was the case, the woman who answered said that that wasn't the case for my delivery address. (In Sausalito, 15 mins away). And that it would be 90 mins. Even though that was going to make me a bit late for my bday festivities, I still ordered. I was supposed to get a 25% discount url and had to create multiple accounts just to pay for everything. Guess what, the url never came. After 90 mins, I didn't receive any updates on whether the order would be delivered or not. So I called, AGAIN. Now the estimated arrival time was going to be over 2 hours. So now I'm late for my own bday and I'm not going to get my product at all because I canceled the order. Nice guys, you actually aren't nice. You suck and please update your website, your customer service and don't say that your delivery time is 45-60 min because that's total bullshit. read more

I've been a pretty regular customer for the past month or two but after today I may try another service. I placed an order at 9:57 just before they opened at 10. The email that was sent out gave me a 45-120 minute eta. Minutes later at 10:01 I received a text informing me that my new eta was 45-60 minutes. At 11:40 and no delivery I called. They told me it would be another 2 hours. The guy on the phone spoke with his "router" and said it would be another 45 minutes and not 2 hours. I was informed that some of their drivers had called out sick but if you're running late please give us a call and keep us informed. I shouldn't have to call 40 minutes past the eta to see if my order is still being delivered. Hopefully the office can see this and make a change. Customer satisfaction is key! read more

This place was great but a wee bit pricey due to market over saturation. Personally I don't like marijuana, weed, etc but they had choices where I could eat it or smoke it or use it as a cream. I liked that indica and stava are clearly marked so I can google to remind myself which does what. (Yes I am a medically forced to used cannabis user to keep food down - thanks Kaiser. Told them I wasn't well many years ago). So every couple months I place a $200 dollar order. I decided to get card bc I can't drive there and I just felt like I was a wee-but better in terms of compliance in terms of the feds. However, the candy did make me nervous and I have to remove it from the home every time my child is home in my custody. (Thanks MarinCounty Superior Court for restricting me who actually medically needs it just so "it was equal" to both parties. Totally not equal...but I guess I get it). Anyway, good people, good doctor (love having paper and card - one for safe and one for on person although I never carry it-I still am afraid of it aka being persecuted) anyway- truly nice girls at front desk and nice dudes stop by! I ordered via Weedmaps. They acknowledged the order was sent to Nice guys. But no order arrived. I called nice guys and they acknowledged the order but did not deliver. I called again today and was told it would work better to order directly from Nice guys. Doing so would also get me a 25% discount. So I canceled the Weedmaps order and ordered directly. Less than two hours later the driver arrived. Unfortunately no 25% discount had been applied. So the driver calculated the discount for me. Saved me $80. Wonderful! So now I know it is better to order directly and the product will arrive quickly. read more

After numerous buys and what I thought would be a best buds forever kind of friendship turned into swift kick in the jewels. I had a grand total of about 400 dollars. Within that total was suppose to be 60 dollars of thc powder . I tipped the driver 20 bucks and went to enjoy my medication, low and behold no "THC" powder I call customer service she tells me she personally packaged it after going to talk to her "Manager ". Buyer beware - esp if you live in San Francisco!!! About a month ago, I was searching the internet for businesses that carried guild extracts afghani cartridges and came across Nice Guys, so I called them to order one. After giving them my address, I was informed that since I lived in San Francisco, I had to order at least $100 worth of products, since they were based in Marin and expected my purchase to cover the trip to the city. I was a bit taken aback, but went ahead and ended up ordering three of the afghani, since they had nothing else I particularly wanted. The first cartridge began leaking when I was just 3/4's of the way through it, and the second one, which I'd just begun would not even screw into either of my batteries and is now also leaking. Since this is a big problem, I went ahead and called them to request a swap. The person I tried to speak to was unbelievably rude and defensive and refused to help me at all, esp after finding out I live in SF. In their ad, they say to let them know if a cartridge is faulty, but they definitely do not stand behind the products at all. These things are not cheap, and the other dispensaries always replace faulty cartridges. Very disappointing! Don't buy from these people; they will screw you over without blinking an eye! Placed an order at 2:30 and they gave me a time estimate of 45-180 minutes. Due to the current pandemic I understood that there might be a delay in delivery, so that I expected. 3 hours later and still no delivery. At 6pm they sent me a text stating that they were having delays but my order was currently on the way. After another hour went by I started to feel like my order must have just been lost or forgotten about so I tried calling them. Everytime I tried to call I was just met with an answering machine. Finally at 8:45 my delivery driver showed up TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 3 HOURS. This was my first experience ordering from Nice Guys Delivery. I ordered two different eighths of flower. One for $35 and one for $40. The strains are irrelevant. I got 25% off which was amazing. Without the discount it would've been $81.50 and with the discount it was $61.50 plus tip. I tipped $8 so ultimately I spent $69.50 for the two eighths. The driver was punctual, (It took about 45 minutes for him to arrive) friendly, and informative. The reason I gave the 3 star rating is because the quality of the flower was poor. If I could I would rate it 2.5 stars. The eighth that was originally $40 had a good scent but was too dry and wasn't potent at all. The eighth that was $35 didn't have any good qualities. None of this was disappointing to me because with the discount I don't feel like I overpaid too much. Without the discount it's completely not worth the money. Even without the tip I would never pay $80 for a quarter of that quality bud. I've gotten $28 eighths from Firefly Marin that were significantly better quality. read more
