Dr. Cheung is the "main guy" there (having succeeded the original owner) and has proven himself to be dependable, professional and truly concerned with helping all of his patients. We have also had experience with his associates, Dr. Rafikova and Dr. Regan. These are caring, friendly, professional people who concern themselves with not only being able to do top-notch dental work, but with putting the patient at ease. Example: last week I broke an old crown. They got me in the chair and fixed up with a new crown that afternoon! Maybe I got lucky, but they did it and the crown is great. The professionalism runs through the entire crew as well: hygienists and office staff as well. I never met the janitor, but I'm sure he (or she) is professional also! Seriously, they are all helping me meet my goal of keeping my teeth healthy for my entire life. I can highly recommend Dr.Cheung and his associates with confidence. I can't say that I love going to the dentist, but if I have to, this is the best scenario.

If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

Billing was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. A dental bridge was placed on June 10, 2025, and it broke on October 30, 2025 -- after only 3.5 months. When I contacted the office about repairing it, they refused to fix it and instead demanded additional payment. What makes this worse is that they never properly billed my insurance company before attempting to charge me. I was told my money would be refunded and that the insurance claim would be reversed, but none of that has happened. I have sent multiple emails and made repeated phone calls, only to be told the same thing: "Call corporate." However, they refuse to provide a corporate phone number. As of today: I have not received my refund. The insurance company has not received a reversal. No one is taking responsibility.
