Watching food sit before being served is extremely frustrating, especially when you are already waiting far longer than expected. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect, and there seemed to be little interest in fixing the problem. We have been coming here for years, which makes the decline even more disappointing. Dining out should be relaxing and enjoyable, not an experience where you feel ignored and leave angry. Sadly, we won't be returning. There are now so many better options in Livermore with better food, warmer service, and staff who actually value their customers.

Serving someone meat that goes against their religious beliefs is a serious mistake, and serving spoiled food is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant improves its food safety practices and pays closer attention to customers' dietary and religious restrictions so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
