(Chef's night off?? These are worse than NOVICE mistakes!!) This was prime dinner time on a Saturday evening--and, by-the-way...no manager in sight. The place was unusually quiet--few customers, only sparse regulars. As a side note: our server was being given recommendations for work at other restaurants by a couple of her "regulars."
