They came out to my house over the weekend and said that they will fix my panel for a outrageous price and when I said it was too much they kept giving me lower prices. Then they got mad cause I asked them to leave. Thank goodness that my husband pulled up to our house and told them to leave or he was going to call the police. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THIS REVIEW IS REAL AND IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I have had an 2016 EGolf electric car for the last 2 year I just had the charger plugged into a wall outlet. I love the eGolf never go to the gas station and HOV access. Last weekend my wife bought the 2018 Nissan Leaf it comes with a NEMA charger with a converter for a wall outlet. So last night I plugged both cars in and went to bed. When we woke up neither car was charged because the excess load had tripped the breaker. I was stuck at home with no car to get to work so I checked Yelp. Nick's Electric was rated number 1 in our area. I called Nick and he answered right away. He said he would be out to my house as soon as he finished his first job. Nick is a certified Tesla charger installer and it shows. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and offered two options all new electrical panel or he could reconfigure our old one and install a desiccated 110 outlet for the eGolf and a NEMA outlet for the Leaf. He suggested putting the chargers in our garage cabinets for easy storage. The whole install took under two hours. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend Nick's Electric and if you have an electric car don't mess around get a pro to set you up right. read more

David and his partner agreed to take down an existing old ceiling fan and install a new one for the agreed upon price. Did a good job, however, when he writes the final bill be aware there are hidden charges. There is a $10 recycling fee to take away the old fan. Another 3% fee if you use a charge card. In addition to tax there is also an insurance charge. Insurance for what??? Being a single 70 year old woman I didn't feel comfortable questioning the additional charges. No one I've hired has used "add ons" to get more money. In the future, I'll use the store's installers to put up my next fan. Even though they were efficient and professional, I would not recommend for the elderly on social security who need to know costs upfront. read more

This company was amazing for their service and the cost was reasonable. My circuit breakers wouldn't turn back on so being native I tried flipping them off then on with no positive outcome.(The living room was out of power) Using yelp I looked up electricians in the Chino Hills area and found out Nick's Electricity was highly recommended so gave them a call. Nate picked up and was super Helpful and they came the next day. The next day Dave called me and provided updates of when he was coming and by what time he was coming by. He called me when he was 30 mins from my house and told me he would come by 10:00am. He came at 9:55 am on time and super nice and fixed the problem and now I have power back in my living room. I am updating my review because of Nick's unbelievable commitment to being a 5-star company. I did have an initial issue with the work that was performed when installing a ceiling fan. When I called Nick to complain, he apologized and sent someone the next day to fix it. While it was definitely better, I still wasn't 100% satisfied. I figured that was the end of it, but Nick is committed to seeking that 100% satisfaction rate, so he came out again to make sure that he fixed everything that I could possibly have a concern about. Blown away by customer service! Nick was one of five electricians I called that actually answered his phone. I had a limited time frame to work with, so he kept in contact with me via text to make sure he could get some one out to help me hang my chandelier. Christopher showed up on time, and was super nice. He quoted me on the chandelier, which at first, I thought was a little high. However, after seeing how much trouble it was to hang up a "custom" chandelier, and five hours later, which also included trouble shooting, the price was a bargain!
