First car we purchased on August of 2025 was a 2023 Audi A4 S-Line for me....great fun car....second car we purchased was on March of 2026 was for my wife a 2023 model Audi Q3 S-Line and the wife loves it to death. I want to give a huge thank you to Dianne Ponce the sale associate for helping us each time we purchased a vehicle from their establishment on top of the finance managers who helped us with the excellent financing they offered us on both vehicles. I spoke with George Moreno regarding an SQ5 and reached a clear agreement to purchase the vehicle over the phone. At his request, I immediately submitted my driver's license, insurance, and a completed credit application through the dealership's portal. After providing everything required, George became unresponsive. The following day, after repeated calls and texts, I was contacted by a sales manager, Jeff Holt, who said he would take over and that a finance manager would be reaching out shortly to complete the paperwork. Instead, about an hour later, Jeff called back to tell me that another customer was coming in to look at the vehicle and that, because they were local, I would be pushed behind them if they chose to buy it. This was despite the fact that I had already agreed to terms and submitted all requested documentation, while the other party had not seen the vehicle, agreed to pricing, or provided any information. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Reneging on a confirmed deal in favor of a walk-in customer is unacceptable. Wow! I'm so impressed with the quality of service provided - not just by my amazing sales guy, Jim - but the whole team is superb. And that is coming from a fellow career salesperson who is notoriously picky about service. We spent a very long day (my fault, not theirs) test driving and viewing about a dozen different cars. I walked in and was greeted by Jim and was honest that I didn't really know what I was looking for. My tastes usually outweigh my budget but I wasn't going to settle. Jim was an expert on all the features of both the gas and electric models. My top choice was a little too far out of my budget - that's when Jim and Blake (manager) came in to help me really focus on the needs and wants I was looking for. And poof! WHEN NIELLO GIVES YOU LEMONS Got an Audi A5 brand new. Two days later it started violently shaking. Niello said they didn't know what was wrong, suggested I continue to drive it to see if it violently shakes again. I had to fight for them to reach out to Audi who found there was a defect in the fuel injectors. Niello found it acceptable for me to drive around and play a game of roulette instead of taking the proper avenues of finding out why a brand new car was defective. It's been over 20 days since I have been without one vehicle and now it has come to light that the paperwork is also materially incorrect on Niello's end. Now, general counsel is speaking to me saying I still won't have the car for another month. I've asked for rescission but they need more time to show their bad faith. I would say I'm stuck with a lemon but it's not even in my possession yet I'm expected to continue to pay for it. Also, there's a racist floor manager by the name of Jeff and their finance department leaves much to be desired. This was my first big car purchase I was very excited for. read more

I bought a new A3 back in October. We chose the car within 30 minutes, but the rest of the process dragged on for nearly three hours--for no good reason. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting, and during that time they aggressively pushed aftermarket add-ons. One item in particular was a LoJack-style product that they claimed was mandatory and could not be removed. When I got home, I discovered it was nothing more than a simple transponder, similar to the toll devices people stick on their windshields. In other words, they misrepresented the product. The sales and finance department cannot be trusted. A used car was sold, and after driving 96 miles the head gasket blew. They are stating that it is not covered under the Niello 1 year limited powertrain warranty. The warranty on their site https://pdf.niello.com/limitedpowertrain.pdf 1. Engine: Engine block, rotor housing, cylinder heads etc... 4. Seals and Gaskets: Coverage includes stand-alone seals & gasket coverage for the above covered parts They are not honoring this, shameful. I do not recommend buying a used car from Niello and if you do get it in writing that they will cover the head gasket, as this is an integral part of the powertrain. Its ridiculous that I even have to write this review. I will no longer recommend to any of my friends to buy anything from Niello Audi or any of their affiliates. This saddens me. read more

Lack of responsibility and communication. They sold a car and only two months after, the car broke down and miraculously the warranty doesn't cover what the car needs (when asking for peace of mind and a warranty that covers anything was asked upfront and they assure that was included). After a month no solution has been provided, they are ignoring any type of written agreement and if a call is made they only transfer to sales people. Keep I mind the deal they made is for almost $22k. The authorized dealer that has the car (for over a month now) quoted almost $6k to repair, niello offered at first $3,500 and then reduced only to $2,700. Do not make the same mistake. read more

Do we need a new car? Prolly not. But, we're here.... No going back. Dianne was attentive, friendly and not salesy and I respect that. I work in sales too. Test drive (dangerous cuz this car is great) and we decided to take a look at the numbers. Steve Tracy is a gift from the heavens with his patience as we did the whole back and fort like Sharl Tank, minus the Shark aspect. No pressure, we didnt need the truck, but yes, we wanted it. Long story short, Steve made it "make sense" and off we go to meet Jessie for the finance aspect. I contacted Alex, Ben, and Jackie about a 2022 Audi Q5 Sportback yesterday and asked if the car was still available, I was told it was, so I proceeded to fill out a credit application for the vehicle. The next day the car was sold! No one contacted me and communicated with me about this, I found out online about the car being sold. In December, they contacted me with an offer of $47,000 for my pristine Jaguar, which has always been garaged and covered, with only 12,000 miles on it. They assured me they would buy the car on the spot if it was as I described--which it was, in every detail. The car was in perfect condition. Based on their offer, I turned down two other individual buyers because Niello assured me they really wanted to buy it and were offering the price I wanted. I took a full day off work and brought a friend, who also had to take the day off and drive separately, as Niello said they'd buy the car immediately. We traveled an hour and a half to get there, expecting a straightforward transaction. Upon arrival, they inspected the vehicle, confirmed it was in excellent condition as described, and initially expressed enthusiasm. However, their manager returned with an offer of only $32,000, a shocking $15,000 less than the original promise. When I asked why they wouldn't honor the $47,000 offer, they claimed "the market had changed." This excuse was baffling since less than two weeks had passed since they made their initial offer. I showed them the text messages from their salesman clearly stating the $47,000 offer, but the manager dismissed it, saying, "It's not my responsibility to honor the promises of a salesman." This approach felt sneaky and unethical. I spent nearly two hours negotiating with four different managers, trying to make them accountable for their offer. Finally, as a last-ditch effort, I worked with the Used Car Manager, Chad, and he was uncooperative on all levels. Despite their assurances and the fact that the car was exactly as described, they refused to honor their commitment. Ultimately, I walked away, frustrated and betrayed. I immediately contacted CarMax, and within minutes, they offered me $44,500 for my car--no games, no stress. Their team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. For context, I've purchased three vehicles from Niello over the past 12 years. After this experience, I will never do business with them again. Life is too short to waste time with a company that doesn't value its customers or stand by its word. If you're considering working with Niello, I urge you to think twice. My experience suggests they operate on bait-and-switch tactics and have no problem wasting your time or treating you disrespectfully. So I spoke with one of their salesman a day earlier and he sent information of a vehicle they had in stock. Next morning I messaged him that we'll be there by 10am. They acknowledged that and put me down for a 10am appointment. I took my whole family to look at that particular vehicle and possibly purchase it. We were all excited. When we got there, I got a message on my phone that the vehicle got sold. So they opened at 9am, we got there at 10:10am and within that time, it got sold. Ok, no biggie. First come first serve. I understand they're running a business...but this is what left a bad taste. When I met the salesman, he acknowledged that his manager sold it and he was surprised himself. This salesman didn't even bother to, let's say, show me more options in stock. Maybe there could have been another model that would have worked out for us. Absolutely nothing from him. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q7 from Niello Audi in Sacramento. It had only 10,000 miles and looked brand new -- both inside and out -- which was reflected in the premium price. The only flaw was a small set of scratches on the tailgate beneath the Audi emblem. The emblem itself and the black trim below it also needed replacing. They agreed to fix everything, so I moved forward with the purchase. The sales process was smooth, and the salesperson was great -- no complaints there. The problems started when they sent my vehicle to Vivid Auto Body for the due bill repair. The night before the appointment, I thoroughly detailed my Q7 and documented its pristine condition with multiple videos. I even recorded a final walkaround at the dealership when I dropped it off. They also performed their own check-in documentation, so there should've been no confusion about how the car looked beforehand. About a week later, I was told the car was ready. But when I arrived, the vehicle was soaking wet -- as if freshly washed -- which immediately raised red flags, since cars with fresh paint aren't supposed to be washed for at least 15 days. But the real frustration hit when I inspected the tailgate. There were scratches and what looked like polishing compound or overspray smeared across the brake lights. Even worse, I noticed runny, dried paint near the taillights -- areas that weren't even part of the original damage. The black trim was still scratched, and now the paint didn't match. Why they painted the outer edges when the original issue was in the center made absolutely no sense. It looked sloppy, rushed, and careless. I was furious. I take great care of my vehicles, and now it looked worse than when I dropped it off. I should've just left the original scratches alone. I told the service advisor, "T," that I didn't want that body shop touching my car again. I also emailed both the sales manager, Alex, and the general manager, Aaron, outlining everything. Neither of them ever responded -- no apology, no explanation, no accountability. The only reply I got was a short text from my salesperson, "C," saying the sales manager agreed the work wasn't acceptable and that they'd "take care of it." The following week, I texted the service advisor again. She said they were waiting for their detailer to evaluate the car. Days later, I followed up again, and this time I was told someone from their team would inspect the damage and figure out a plan. Finally -- and with no details -- I got a text late on a Friday saying the car was ready. When I asked what had actually been done, nobody could give me a straight answer. I was told the overspray had been removed, the runny paint "addressed," and they sprayed it with clear coat again -- in the parking lot. I never received any documentation or work order confirming what was done. I picked the car up, and while it looked slightly better, the job was still unacceptable. There was still overspray, the trim was still scratched, and the paint on the driver's side of the tailgate didn't match. It was obvious and cheap-looking. At this point, I'm taking it to a professional detailer to clean up the mess they made. The quote I received for proper overspray removal, clay bar treatment, full paint correction, and fixing the tailgate paint? $3,000. I told the sales manager, Alex, and he offered me $300-$500 toward the cost. I accepted a $600 check -- which barely makes a dent in what I now have to spend to fix their poor-quality work. I trusted Niello Audi to stand by their product and deliver on a basic repair, and they completely failed me. Instead of replacing the damaged parts as promised, they cut corners and reconditioned them poorly. Communication was minimal, follow-through was nonexistent, and I was left feeling like no one cared. This was my second Audi purchase from Niello -- but it will absolutely be my last. I will never recommend them to anyone again. What should've been a simple fix turned into a weeks-long ordeal and a $3,000 out-of-pocket nightmare. BEWARE OF NIELLO AUDI I bought a new 2026 Audi A6 Allroad from Niello Audi on March 1st 2026. The next day we realized they supplied us with one working key and one from a different car with a different cut on the key, it would not communicate with the car. The car was transferred from Bakersfield Audi, the 5 different home screens show Bakersfield Audi in the lower right corner. The dealer was not helpful in changing this and I have since spent hours on the phone to Audi Customer Support with no resolution. When I received my permanent plates I went to mount them on the front grill only to find out there are no mounting holes in the trim pieces. The dealer was not willing to supply the parts required to mount the front plate and told me to go to the nearest dealer to get the parts. I called Audi San Jose parts department and talked to Lee. I told him the story and he said Audi San Jose will supply the parts for free if you purchased the car from them even if you purchased the car 2 years ago and decided you needed to mount the front plate. So why won't Niello Audi do this. The parts cost $318 for the pair. It is California state law you have to have a front plate. Jackie the sales person set up the user as 'Scott and Susan' for the one working key. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Audi Customer Service trying to figure out how to back that out, it had to be done through my Audi app. This car has not been easy, I have a BMW that I successfully programmed everything I needed without even having to read the manual. Audi needs to improve their MMI system, it is not user friendly or intuitive. I think this is my first and last Audi. read more

The finance paperwork was improperly drafted multiple times, meaning I had to sign paperwork 3 separate times - this lasted approximately 4 weeks. Just purchased a used Audi which we are very satified with and we can not recommend our sales rep enough - Joseph (patient, authentic, and a true car afcionado). That said, we discovered later after we got home that the "hard wired, already installed, etc." RECOVR device was just sitting in the glove compartment with zero documentation. What? The negotiation person (not our sales rep) made it clear that is was already installed in the car, etc. We thought he meant it was integrated into the circuitry of the car. I recommend you negotiate any tracking devices offered and ask specifically if it is hard-wired into the car. (RECOVR does come with a 3 yr car-locating service, although their app is not well reviewed in the App Store.) read more

I didn't have a pleasant buying experience here. If they didn't have my car, I wouldn't have made a deal with them. This dealership definitely defines a shark tank. I'm a bit disappointment with the service as well. It baffles me that they don't even wash the car after a service. Instead they give a voucher for clients to take the car themselves to wash. It's not even at a car wash that hands wash but rather through a machine. For a luxury dealership, I expect my car to be hand washed after a service and not told to go take it to wash myself-- not to mention the premium hourly rate for service they charge. I've taken my other cars to other Niello dealerships and have always had my cars hand washed at the dealership as part of the service. They are not the only dealer that does this, but there are plenty in Nor Cal, even down the block, that don't do this. I get a call saying they found a leak that will take 9 hours to fix and since their system is down and they apparently are short staffed , they will need to keep my car for 2 days . The additional cost - $2,795 !! Oh, and they don't have no car for me to use while they have my car for 2 days. What I find interesting about this dealership is- I have a recall on my car but of course they don't have the parts for this even thought I've been waiting months , BUT the do have all the "chargeable" parts needed to repair the leak they found !! SHADY Used-Car Salesmen and Sales Manager. "Undercoating" Scammers and outright liars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Nearly $1,000 in shop fees and repairs after trouble codes started popping up shortly after driving off their lot. Niello refused to help. My father, in his 80's, recently purchased a used vehicle from Niello Audi (vehicle from another manufacturer). After agreeing to buy the car at their listing price which was about a $1K over high blue book, and a suffering through a lengthy sales process, the sales manager did the classic used-car-salesman routine of trying to force him into purchasing a ridiculously overpriced "anti-theft service" (modern day "UNDERCOATING" SCAM). The Sales Manager insisted that my father HAD to have this "anti-theft" service and they could NOT sell the car without it. He kept pushing relentlessly, ad nauseum, until my father finally got fed up and started to walk out. Only then did the Sales Manager finally admit that he actually could sell the vehicle without the anti-theft add-on, but he warned my father that he was putting himself at grave risk without it and Niello would not be responsible for anything terrible that happened as a result of his refusal to purchase the recommended service. How many people to they scam on a regular basis with this nonsense? During the test drive, the Niello Audi salesperson told my father that all of their used vehicles came with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty "in case they missed something during their vehicle inspection". That is an outright LIE. The car started throwing a drive-train warning light on the 5th day and less than 50 miles after he brought it home. Niello told him it was just a maintenance reminder (uh, NO, it's a drive-train error warning light, per the owner's manual) and told him to take it the manufacturer's dealership for maintenance. The fine print in their sales contract states there is no warranty whatsoever and the vehicle is sold as-is. Niello Audi made false representations during the test drive and sales process and made zero effort to stand by their product, or even to take a look at the car, when error codes popped up less than a week after driving it off their lot. Additionally, the transmission shop found a leaking radiator hose while servicing the transmission - not something a trained mechanic would miss during a standard vehicle inspection. Their quality assurance program is either severely lacking or completely fake. The vehicle is now at a local auto repair shop to resolve continuing error codes and potential sensor malfunctions. My father has currently spent about $800, and rising, as the diagnosis and repairs continue. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

They charged me $1,000 for a repair that didn't actually solve the problem I was having, then after I complained they did at least offer to re-diagnose it for free, so that was positive. I'm not convinced they actually even tried though. They said they couldn't figure out what was wrong but the car was clearly on the precipice of breaking down because it wouldn't even run the minute I brought it home. I brought it someplace else and they ran a basic smoke test and were able to figure out where the system was leaking right away. I was ok with paying a high price thinking that they would be experts on Audis, but it sure doesn't seem like that was the case. Purchase was great, sales person was new to the industry and honest.. aftermath.. The car only had 27k miles on it but unseen issues, before you buy a car here.. take it to get inspected! The trunk had a weird noise when it closed, I only discovered this because I was in a rental for over a month after purchasing the vehicle from this dealership. Apparently, they needed to replace the hinge on the trunk which took a couple of weeks. While I was in a rental, the local Audi recommended new tires. I called Niello Audi to discuss and spoke to Alex, he said it was a used car and didn't require new tires unless they were under 5/32 .. at the time my car measured 4/32, obviously contradicting Alex's original statement. He then tried to insinuate another dealership was speaking poorly about Niello, again not true, they ONLY recommended new tires. At the end Alex said they have the lowest priced cars and would have to raise their prices if they installed new tires on every car which would make them less competitive for sales and refused to contribute to new tires. I was not looking for "free tires" and willing to pay but his lack of professionalism and shady car tactics made it very clear to NEVER do business with this dealership. After I purchased the car it needed a new ECU, it took over a month because Audi did not have any in the country. Leased a Q6 Prestige etron in February 2025 and have non stop issues. It's been in the shop every month since. Most stints are for at least a couple days and this month's recent stint was for a week. Ultimately , only when I reached out on Day 6 did they said they couldn't replicate the issues. I told them the warning messages occur most mornings and the central locking malfunction is random. Per my app, they didn't really try to replicate, driving it once (on day 2 of having it, and in the afternoon despite me stating it's most mornings) and then they drove it for 48 minutes and 34 miles. No further attempts were logged, making me believe no further attempts to replicate were made. Although James in the service department has been nothing but nice, I was dealing with Omid this time and he was dismissive and rude. The most helpful thing he said is something about how he would never buy a car during the first year of the model. Hindsight being 20/20, neither would I. Overall, if you want to enjoy the new car you're buying, I don't think it should be an Audi. Doesn't seem like Niello is advocating on my behalf and knows these cars have issues. read more
