Food usually comes out quick. Lots of options to choose from. I am usually a breakfast person, so when in the area, always try and hit this spot. The close just after lunch, so breakfast and lunch are their thing. I got the pancakes, mmm so good. I enjoy a good pancake. The potatoes are good too. My husband got a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. Easy, delicious. Always a nice experience when else eat here.

On a Saturday morning, my boyfriend and I dined here around 9am. We were lucky to score one of the few parking spots since there isn't many and parking is tight. Upon walking in, I was fairly surprised at the size of the place inside since it looks much smaller from the outside. Service was pretty decent. Not overly personable, but had what we needed. I ordered a scrambled egg plate with patty sausage, home fries, and a blueberry muffin. The blueberry muffin was my favorite, it was really good. The home fries were less desirable. I wish they were crisper and maybe had onions with them to add more flavor. My boyfriend ordered his breakfast with an extra order of toast and we had to ask our server to bring it out because it was forgotten about. The food could of overall used more seasoning. Also for the quantity and quality, I thought it was very expensive.

By then, most of the specials had vanished into the mist. I ordered a BLT, but some unseen calamity befell it. It arrived only after everyone else had finished eating. Another table appeared to be suffering from similar misfortune. The cafe seemed adequately staffed, so perhaps we had merely arrived on a cursed afternoon. The BLT itself was acceptable, though hardly the stuff of legend. My girlfriend's chicken salad sandwich, however, was excellent. My mother found the pancakes merely adequate, while my stepfather deeply regretted choosing the club sandwich. Service was slow, though the staff remained friendly. Inside, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, almost suspiciously so. As we ate, several patrons began warning us in hushed voices about a werewolf roaming the area. The moon was full, and the shadows outside seemed to move of their own accord. Fortunately, I never travel without my werewolf hunter kit. We reached the car without incident, but just before I turned the key, a howl rose from the darkness. Then came a low, mournful complaint. The werewolf, it seemed, was dissatisfied with the slow service as well. Despite the cafe's agreeable atmosphere and a few genuinely good dishes, I cannot say White Wolf Cafe left me eager to return. It was a one-time visit for us, a meal best remembered as an eerie little chapter, now mercifully closed.

The shrimp were HUGE and somehow still perfectly tender, which was impressive for shrimp that size. Everything was delicious, beautifully crafted and you can tell a lot of thought goes into each dish. The chicken meatballs were another favorite. The tableside avocado toast was such a fun touch and Eric did a great job putting it together right at the table. They started us off with a complimentary pour of champagne for our birthdays and surprised us with macarons at the end. Such a nice way to make the celebration feel special. Our server Lillian was kind, attentive and took great care of us. Really enjoyed the food, cocktails, atmosphere and all the little details. Definitely a brunch worth checking out and somewhere we'll be back to!

In the evening it is a bit dark and I prefer a litle more light when eating. We started with the lions mane mushrooms and the lobster flatbread. The mushrooms were nice and hot while a little sweet. The lobster flatbread was crispy and tasty but a little cold. For drinks and cocktails they have a nice interesting list of selections. We had an espresso martini, a drink called positive affect and very interesting cloudstar. The drinks were beautiful and delicious. The descriptions on the menu are very inviting. Positive affect included vodka, cumber, basil, and citrus that was refreshing and a beautiful green color. The cloudstar sounds like it would be really sweet but it was not and was a very good drink. This had a lot going on but mixed together well which included vanilla, banana liqueur, proseco, and you pour passion fruit juice over cotton candy. Dylan our server was very attentive and kind. Entrees were a burger with these huge crispy fries, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and I think they forgot to add the spinach. We also had the rack of lamb that was flavorful, tender and plated well. The meal presentations were very good. Some of our food could have been served a little hotter. Moving onto desserts we had the butterscotch creme brulee and the chocolate decadence that was like a torte with a very good berry sauce. Both desserts were very good! It was a good evening. I could not finish the rake of lamb so bonus I have lunch for tomorrow.
