Greek Omelet with English muffin and grits
    Louise D.

Delightfully delicious! I ordered a Greek omelet. The ingredients were super fresh. I called over the phone to order and was greeted super friendly. I got my order with 30 to 40 mins. I'm very pleased with how tasty the food was. I added avocado to my meal for a buck more and it was super green when it arrived. It wasn't bad avocado. A+ on delivering so fast. The tomatoes and feta cheese were on point. I decided not to get onions in the omelet, next time I will. I'm very picky with my coffee & they got it completely right. I would definitely order from them again in the future. I can see myself walking into to this place to sit down and eat again. Before the pandemic, I ate here. It felt like a nice mom and pop shop. The prices have gone up a little bit but thats just how life is now. I spent about $12 on this meal because of additional items such as English muffin that was toasted and grits.

Interesting deli -be careful what you order! I came here last week with a friend as we were in the area. The staff are helpful, but you should be careful when placing an order. I ordered three Philly cheese steak sandwiches and one vegetarian sandwich. The guy behind the counter wanted (seriously) me to pay for his lunch as well, on the pretext that my friend had said something along those lines. Fortunately, I caught this at the check-out counter. The sandwiches were great, but this tactic will not make me return!

Fast, quick and friendly service from this small corner deli in Queens. The boss at the cashier (friendly Greek) is all business, he makes sure the line goes by quickly and that your order is accurate. The deli is CASH ONLY! I stopped by on my way out of the city with the car, parked right outside and went in for some water and a couple of egg and cheese on a roll. My order was ready within two minutes and tasted really good.

I can't help but order the same bacon-egg-and-cheese-on-a-roll when I'm in town. This place is your typical corner coffee shop where you can order any quick breakfast your heart desires. The service is friendly and fast, and the food is made with New York flare of "no fuss, no muss." Say your order, pick up at the counter, and get out of the way. Love that.

So I normally order from this deli and have no issues however today I guess they thought I wanted a side order of roaches with my food !! Because that I exactly what I got along with my order. Surprisingly and oh so conveniently when they were contacted by grubhub to issue a refund there was no boss or manager onsite to "approve" the refund. Seriously!?!! A customer finds a roach in their food and that is a refund that has to be approved? No to mention suddenly there's no one in charge that can make the sound decision to honor the refund ?! Like what if I was there In person and this issue arose ? It very sad because like I said I order from here frequently however they just lost a customer because clearly they have a roach infestation and secondly their customer service is horrid.

Eat here everyday before I head to the gym. They are reasonably priced & everyone is friendly. I would suggest their meatloaf, its delicious. I wish they were open late night for my midnight cravings. When I choose to get my food delivered, they are always quick. 5 stars.

The tastiest, freshest flounder around..bar none!!! Call and ask for it ...but do it early cause it's while supplies last!

So today is Wednesday Aug 23rd..just found out that they have fresh flounder fried in the tastiest secret breading....(the coating is not too thick which allows this high quality white fish to shine)....you have to order it early because the always sell out!

Most Asian…read morerestaurants in this neighborhood are fancy sit-downs, so it was exciting to see a quick, casual stop for Asian "finger food" (for a lack of better word) within my vicinity. Joju specializes in modern Vietnamese cuisine, serving meals like bahn mi, loaded fries, and rice meals. The menu recently added soy garlic wings, and since I am a fiend for Asian-style fried chicken, I of course had to have it. While all of the beverages looked tempting, especially their non-alcoholic soju refreshers, I needed caffeine to offset the afternoon slump that was about to follow, so I ordered a Vietnamese coffee. The wings were huge! It was notably crunchy, saucy, and juicy. There was a decent skin to meat ratio, (I so hate biting into a mouthful of breading), and the meal came out piping hot. It was clear the chicken had been fried per order. Those who know me know that I can't live without rice and would eat it with almost any meal, including fried chicken, so I did request it on the side, although the wings don't come with it. The man who took my order did me a solid and served it with mine, anyway. Good lad! I've been wanting to try Vietnamese coffee for a while now, and it was everything I imagined it would be. Sweet with a bitter backend - but not too bitter! I'm still new to coffee, and I pucker up at anything too intense. This was just right. My meal at Joju satisfied me, mind, body, and soul. I hope it is here to stay, and I hope that a shop like this is a catalyst for other quick Asian food stops to follow. Korean and Filipino restaurants - I'll be waiting!

Lyly tries to bring a modern twist to traditional Vietnamese cuisine UES Pho (3/5): They are known for their 5-spice smoky short rib pho, but personally, I didn't love the smoky flavor profile in the broth. The short rib itself was also overcooked, leaving the meat a bit tough and rough. On the bright side, I ordered an extra side of brisket and enjoyed that much more than the short rib. The broth overall lacked a deep, rich beef flavor. Saigon Shaking Beef (4.25/5): The standout dish of the night. The beef was absolutely delicious and perfectly flavored, though pairing it with arugula felt a little odd. Beef Wrapped Betel Leaf (3.5/5): This was just okay. There are a few locations, but I decided to visit this one because it was the most convenient for getting to and from home. I got there around 7:00 PM, which felt a little close to closing time since Google said they close at 9:00 PM, but it wasn't busy at all. In fact, I was only the third customer to place an order. I ordered the La Summer sandwich and added pesto. After sitting down and taking my first bite, I immediately understood the hype. Without a doubt, this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I'm not even a huge sandwich person when it comes to subs and deli meats, but everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ingredients paired together perfectly, and you could still taste each one individually. The only thing I'd change next time is the meat. I had no idea prosciutto was a type of ham, but honestly, it didn't even taste like ham to me. It was sliced paper-thin, slightly salty, and worked surprisingly well with everything else. Next time, though, I'll probably add salami just to see how it compares. Overall, this sandwich was a solid 10/10, and I will absolutely be back--whether it's to try a different sandwich or, if we're being honest, order the exact same one again with salami added. I will say it's on the expensive side, but that's New York City for you. Apparently, all of the ingredients are flown in from Italy. After tax and tip, I paid a whopping $28 for a single sandwich. That said, it was incredibly filling and definitely kept me satisfied. The workers were also really nice and accommodating, and the indoor seating was beautiful. The atmosphere felt like a fancy Italian café, complete with couches and artwork throughout the space.
