My friend recommended this donut shop and I had a great experience. The person helping us was kind and patient. I was a bit indecisive because they have such a big menu. Food was old and stale, service was horrible, and the ambience felt like I was in a scary movie. I got yelled at by the lady who works there, and cussed out, and she started chasing after me. It first started by me going to get a Thai tea and some donuts. She kept rushing me and then going back and forth between front and kitchen like asking me 'you ready? You ready?!' No light in her eyes whatsoever. I said 'I'm sorry ?!' And she goes 'wjy you take so long I just I have stuff to do come on every time you say wait come on!' I was going to the Michael's and PetSmart next door so I decided to check this place out. I ordered the ube marble with boba and a donut. As the woman was ringing me up she added a donut for free! The total was less than one drink at other boba shops so I was happy. The boba was soft which is a plus. The bacon, egg & cheese bagel did not disappoint, also grabbed a blended drink. They had coffee flavors so that was a bonus, the staff was nice and very tentative. The reason I used to come back every time was because of their jalapeños ham and cheese croissant. Super warm and cheesy and massive. However, ever since they've rebranded- the croissant is different. It's cut like a sandwich (before it was just one massive croissant with ham and cheese stuffed inside), and the jalapeños and cheese were cold!! Not melted. Surprised all the reviews talk negative about the customer service, I have had wonderful experiences with the past staff and the recent hires. Always kind to me and other people for what I've seen. They make their donuts fresh, and are worth the price. I personally am okay with the prices they sell their items, coming from a local business. Looks like under new ownership or maybe just an upgrade but Rich's donuts was still really good, now it looks so much more exciting and new now. Love the design inside, brightness, claw machines, the new drinks and food. Absolutely in love with the panda donuts that I also love from California donuts in LA. I never thought anyone could screw up making donuts... I actually had to do something I've never done... I had to throw them away!! The donuts were very bland, not fresh (we arrived at 10am Sunday) and they had a weird after taste. The jelly donuts tasted awful! One bite and was done... raspberry or jelly donuts, the filling is what makes it good.. the donuts we tried were the Bavarian cream, jelly donut, maple bars, buttermilk glazed and chocolate... they were all just awful .. Love this place! I am glad to support small businesses during these uncertain times. I stopped by to grab food on my way home from running a few errands. The place is immaculately clean and stocked with donuts. There are signs saying masks are required. There is plexiglass separating customers from staff. The masked up employee was very nice, attentive, and careful to note down my order. They even threw in a free cinnamon roll in my bag. I purchased a mocha cappuccino, a couple of old fashioned donuts, and 2 breakfast croissants. Mine was sausage, egg, cheese. My husband ordered a bacon egg and cheese one. Both were hot and fresh, and big enough to last two meals and everything was packaged separately for take out. Coffee was good. The sweet treats were fresh, I could tell they were baked that morning. You should totally go here. I don't eat/buy donuts frequently but these were delicious.
