Ok lemme just start off by saying manager Keith and the sales associate Keith are two a plus customer service guys. Was being tossed around back and forth and even accused of trying to get free stuff even after the manager at the east los got an email from corporate. Came in here just to ask a question about a make and model and I let him know the trouble we were going through and he apologized on the other stores behalf and really just gave us that awesome customer service. I love to come here for back to school shoe shopping. The times I've been here I always find great deals for my daughter and son. But just FYI, you have to have a lot of patience to be here because it does get crowded on weekends and it sometimes gets hard to walk around without bumping into someone. And expect to be in line for 15-20min on weekends. But the prices are worth the wait. That's why I keep coming back. read more

This is an outlet store for a reason. Crappy selection of Nike shoes, accessories and clothing. They have more of the items they could not sell or did not sell in regular stores. Considering the quality they have here, you would expect it to have better discounts. In addition, Nike shirts, just fit horribly and need to have a better cut and fit. Disappointed. read more

This store disappointed me tremendously. I have never felt so belittled or ridiculed. I was there making purchase and I thought I could pay for my purchase with any associated with a mobile device that takes card as payment like I have done in the past at any Nike store. Well no not here there was this person who stated she was the manager big white tall girl with blond hair who refused to giver her name. She brings me to the front of the store to tell me she will not ring me up and argues with me for 15 minutes and still turns to her associates to make fun of me requesting for her to take my payment. I had a crying baby in my arms and if I knew I couldn't make a mobile payment I wouldn't have requested it and would have not stepped in the store today. What happened to customer service? Wow she had time to argue with me but not help bring that line down. It's very sad I thought I was a a better quality store not Walmart. read more

The service here is terrible! I purchased almost $200 with of shoes here to get a $25 gift card for a future visit after $50 is spent. Well I come back to use the card, my total came to $49.99 before taxes and they would not waive to 1¢ in order to use my $25 gift card. EVERY OTHER RETAIL STORE HAS HONORED THIS TYPE OF OFFER! I know they have plenty of customers and will continue to, however not reducing the penny to get a much larger sale doesn't make any sense. Especially since you're in the business to make money.. She took the time of calling to find out how she can order for me. It's always nice to see the huge swoosh as you're walking along. However, not much different from most Nike factory stores on the inside. It's crowded and they never have the latest basketball stuff. Originally I was at the Nike Watts Outlet Location and was sent over to this outlet because in their system it showed they had the shoes I wanted here. Well when I walked in to the store I let one of the associates know there that I was here for certain shoes. To my surprise they told me they are sold out of the shoes I wanted and apologized for the Watts Location sending me to them. I was very upset because I drove about an hour to their location to find out they didn't have my shoes. I asked for a manager and Jason came to the rescue. He was very sympathetic and empathetic of the whole situation. He told me he would go check in the back and /or go to the warehouse close by and see if he can find a pair there. I saw Jason walking around the store going back and forth between the back and the front , so I knew he was actually talking the time to help me. 15 minutes pass by and here is Jason with a box in his hand and the pair of shoes I wanted . I had the worst experience today on the 2nd floor top females section with a very immature female Named Cynthia she had a lot of acne on her face !!! Also another female she was black ! She lied to me when i asked for her to give me her co workers name!! I recently walked in with my 7 kids last week clueless of what to get for my upcoming hiking/running trip. I ran into a sales associate named Melissa B. She was really helpful on finding the most suitable pair of shoes for my trip. She even convinced me to buy shoes for all my 7 kids. I ended up walking out with 8 pairs of shoes and fresh new gear for me and my family. Overall my experience was great at Nike all thanks to Melissa, Nike needs more employees similar to her. I recommend having her named Employee of the Month due to her knowledge of the store and products. read more

I am so blown away by the customer service I was provided today. Ok so I purchased some workout pants as a gift, but unfortunately they weren't the right ones. I lost my receipt. So I went back to the store to see if I can return it anyway. Its very hard to track an item without a receipt. I hardly remembered what day I came, what register I was rung up on. And what time. Thank Jesus I was helped by 2 very nice, sweet, patient employees named Nancy and Kalina. We all worked as a group to figure it out and track my item. We did eventually track down the transaction. They were so funny too. I was laughing and they just made the already situation a pleasant one.These 2 girls are the definition of good customer service. This Nike Outlet is 2 stories tall, first floor for men's and the second for ladies and kids. It's nice how they divide the departments. From the other outlet shops I've been to this doesn't differ much, they had the same items in stock as they did at the outlets back in the bay, the service was great as always, and they carried the same items on sale. The store is neat and organized, fly knit lunars were on sale 109 bucks with an additional 30% off!. Nike Outlets never seem to disappoint. Hopefully next visit I'll find a good deal. read more

There isn't usually a great selection of shoes or shirts. I went in to see if anything peaked my interest but nothing really stood out. I'm a bit surprised some of their soccer shirts are $28 with this being an outlet or factory store. If I'm in the area again I may pop in to check out the selection, but I doubt it. read more

The one employee that my sister asked for help wasn't very helpful; he just said "we don't have that" and left.

It's just horrible. The cashier left the magnetic thing on the shirt I bought carelessly, and when I called back to see whether they can help me get the magnetic thing off my shirt, they didn't call me back even though they said they would. Today, I have to call back to discuss about mailing, and it takes a MONTH for them to have me get it ready. I spent the money, found something wrong due to their fault. It's me who have to contact them to discuss about details, and it takes so much effort and a MONTH to get what I want. I will never go to this store again. read more

Not as good as I expected. Their shoe selection isn't that great compared to other Nike outlet stores I have been to. Place is a lot smaller than other ones also. These outlet stores are really a roll of the dice kind of place. Somedays you might get really lucky some days there might be nothing good at all. The place has two stories bottom floor is for Men's shoes and top is for women's. Their clearance rack doesn't have any good stuff either. Maybe it was just an off weekend I went to but there wasn't that much good stuff here. I'll try giving this place another shot and hopefully next time I get better luck. read more

CHARLES was knowledgable and extremely helpful. I was lost trying to find good running and hiking shoes (at a decent price). He was very honest and explained why the shoes would benefit me and how they would meet my needs. I found some great shoes and he helped me order a pair that were not in the store. He was fast, efficient, patient, and well informed. He had several people asking him questions while he assisted me and was able to help everyone, without forgetting or getting frustrated. I would have filled out the online survey but i waited too long (expires after 7 days). He was amazing and now I truly enjoy my new running shoes. Best pair so far...at half the price! Definitely going back for my next pair and hoping other associates will be just as helpful. read more

Great shopping experience! The service's excellent, I met many nice employees yesterday afternoon. I was selected to go out of the line and went after one of the employees because I was going to purchase with my card but not cash. She was friendly and always with a smile on her face.
