Large store with options. The biggest problem is that when you go to outlet stores you would expect last year or last season's gear to be on sale. A sale here means a few bucks off when you buy 2 at regular retail price. I have been to many other Nike stores and outlets with better prices. Maybe being in amongst other high end stores influences pricing here. read more

Don't believe the hours the posted because they do not follow it. Disappointed with management. Hours clearly state online and over the phone that it is 11am-7pm but they stop letting people get in line at 4pm. 3 hours before they close. Bad communication. People are making the drive like myself just to be turned down. They need to make it clear that they don't take people after 4pm. Technically open for only 5 hours. I understand they're being cautious but they need to communicate this to the public so people aren't wasting their time and can plan their visit accordingly. read more

I make occasional stops at this store (I am not a very athletic / fit person, but I like dressing the part, lol) and I come here to look for apparel on sale. Their stuff usually usually goes on sale fairly quickly (additional 30-40% off). When it comes to apparel for women I think they have a pretty good selection, specially for their running gear. When it comes to shoes tho, their selection is very narrow. Although I can tell the difference in shoe quality from a full retail store to the outlet store, I still consider Nike Outlet as a must come and check out before getting your next kicks. I paid $129 for my last running shoes at the mall, where here they have the same model, just different rubber and different funky colors but for only $89.99, sounds like a good deal to me (... if only I wasn't so particular about shoes). The staff is definitely helpful, it does not take very long for an employee to come up to me and ask me if I need assistance. The checkout lines are usually long but they do move fairly quickly. TIP to self: If you like something buy it! You may not find it in your size tomorrow. read more

Really poor customer service was here in the evening and they had 5 registers open & the line got 3 times as long in terms of the number of people so they closed all but 2 of the registers - that's how this store is run - employees avoid eye contact, wear shirts that make it hard to ID them as employees etc etc etc read more

This Nike outlet looks huge on the outside, but is actually pretty small. Not much selection here and don't even bother asking the employees to look in the back. The layout is a little different. Mens stuff is on the bottom floor, while the womens (and maybe kids...) clothes are on the top floor. There is an elevator on the far left side of the store. So don't try to unload strollers and wheelchairs to go up the escalator. the selection here isn't the greatest. Clothes are limited to a couple racks for each sport, and they don't seem to have any last chance/clearance items. I've personally never purchased anything here, but tons of people buy stuff. I love Nike clothing and shoes. I was a bit disappointed at the prices. This is supposed to be an outlet, right? The prices were barely discounted. I didn't feel like I was really getting a deal on most items. I bought a girl's sports bra, girl's capris, children's socks, and a boy's top. These prices were cheaper which is one of the benefits of being a small person. The sales associates were awesome, and this review does not reflect their customer service. Jessica was manning the dressing room and helped me put my items on hold and knew a lot about the products and made sure I didn't need another size etc. The store layout was nice, two floors and clearly delineated departments. Most of the merchandise was very well organized. I didn't shop for shoes but those looked to have meager discounts also. Again, my review is not a reflection on the brand or employees just a disappointing mark down or lack thereof. The prices are probably slightly cheaper than what you would find at a Nike store so if you are only headed to these outlets for Nike I would rethink it. read more

How can you not love it? Well Here's a few things. Selection can be a little slim at times particularly with 9 and 9.5. I've found some great deals here, let me say that. You just have to go at the right time I guess. Found a pair of Air Max 2010's for $100 or so. My "lucky day" I went there the other day and all the Kobe's in size 9, 9.5 and 10 were gone. Why? A reseller came in and purchased all those sizes. My question is why would that outlet let someone buy 7 of ALL THE SAME SIZE. That's ridiculous! Resellers are screwing the game up so much I'm this close to giving up on sneakers. The only other hot pair was a pair of military blue AM90's. Guess what? All the 9's, 9.5's and 10's were gone. I love the store. Not only for their dirt cheap Nike prices but because each employee is genuinely friendly, helpful, and there to make your shopping experience great. Because I have received a 30% off coupon expires that weekend. I figured I might as well go to a nice everything was already discounted so I can stack the discount. I walked in about 20 minutes before they closed and begin looking around for the things that I would want to purchase. At each place that I stop in employee asked if I had any questions or if they could assist me. I definitely had questions regarding some of the merchandise and it's applicable discounts and prices because some of the signs didn't really tell me would receive the discount and what did not. Either way every employee who spoke with me it's very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. I stayed in the store another 30 minutes after they had closed still shopping and they did not have a problem with that. This was a busy store. Parking is tough just be patient. Keep in mind this store is one of many outlets at the citadel. Despite the craziness I found some great deals here and saved some money verses buying the same shoes on ebay. Very pleased and happy camper. The associates and manager Scott were very helpful and patient. Terri and Jennifer (not the exact spelling) were also helpful. Jennifer somehow found a discontinued pair of kobe ix (9). I at first thought it was an xi but realized it was an 9 at checkout. Wow. Killer deal on the clearance shelve plus the fourth of July discount. Great experience this time. It was luck, careful patience and helpful employees that made it all happen today. I also got some good deals on comfortable shoes for work a few weeks back. Hopefully I can find some other keepers when I return in a few weeks. read more

The Nike store at the Citadel Outlets is now my favorite store after shopping there last week. I don't know if Id go to the extent of waiting hours for a 30 dollar discount on black Friday though like Mr Charles. Most of the clothes and shoes here are already on sale anyways! (It is an outlet) The other day I walked into the store, looking for the perfect hoodie. Walked out with a navy blue Nike logo embedded hoodie for a little over forty dollars. As I was walking down the Isle, I asked a worker for help. I spotted a pair of low dunks that I liked, and wanted to check to see if they had my size. A beautiful rep by the name of Claudia, helped me out. She was kind, quick, and in high spirits despite the annoying music playing and kids running around the store. Nike outlet is a false advertising. They have a clearance section with nothing on sale. All they are doing is sticking a different color price tag on top of their original price tag with the same price. Just as any other outlet, this Nike Factory Store has a combination of last season items and current retail priced items. I prefer to come here for that reason; I have my selection of discounted items or just sticking with the current. As always, I came to pick up a few items that I needed-and if you're anything like me you need to walk into the Nike store with a game plan of "in and out" otherwise you walk out with a few extra bags of stuff you weren't planning on buying. But in regards to my experience here, I've always encountered friendly staff regardless of how busy the place gets. I've been here when it's been packed! I've read a few of the other reviews about peoples bad experiences with the staff, I was surprised. Today fortunately was another wonderful shopping experience. They helped me look through racks of clothes to find my size, were helpful when it came to picking out shoes and to conclude Jeff at the register was very polite went above and beyond with customer service.
