This is the place to go for any athletic wear. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received anywheres! Ask for Anthony W if you need help! Dude knows his stuff! First-It's a nice store in the citadel outlets. Very clean and staff was everywhere's able to help and fast checkout. Probably the most welcoming, polite and knowledgeable staff I've ever came across seriously. I am a avid Nike wear'er but inferior dyes are purchased a lot of Nike wear but fading black colors in joggers are upsetting I hand wash my black color sport wear , but after two wears they look like Ives had them a year or more all my 1000% cotton look like trash totaling up setting, in fear of the same thing happening with the expensive offered item I hesitate and reframe from recommending to friends and family, totally disappointed with this staple brand and they need to make good. read more

I came in to look for some tennis shoes and went upstairs and I found a pair but when I came down to the register the box had the same shoe so It had two left shoes and they couldn't find the right shoe upstairs so I went upstairs to try to help find it and we found one but it was an inconvenience to have to go back up and try to find the other shoe. I spoke to someone and mentioned that I would recommend that they organize all the shoes against the wall by sizes because it could have made it much easier to find it. Haven't had a WORSE experience at any other Nike Store. I honestly only buy Nike's and won't wear any other shoe brand and after this customer service i'm reconsidering!!! Traveled from Vegas to be apart in the audience on The Voice and decided to stop here before to grab some new shoes. Found 2 pairs I liked and grabbed them off the walls. Both had sale stickers on them and so I was super happy!! I go to the counter to checkout and Maggie rung me up and I realized the sale price wasn't showing so I grabbed the pair I found in which why I thought they were on sale. She gave me the worst attitude and blamed me for putting the shoes in the wrong box. I told her I understood maybe a customer or associate did it but asked to honor the price and she said no. I asked where the box was for the shoe I needed and she had no clue. Doesn't make sense either that when I left the shoes upstairs on a bench an associate put them back in the same box and didn't correct this mistake. Could have gotten a manager too but she didn't. What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I placed an order online around 11am. I chose store pick up because orders are usually ready within 2 hours and my son needed those shoes today. I arrive to the store after work- 6 hours later to pick up the shoes and the young at the register was fantastic, she was trying to fill the order for me but needed a manager. That's when this whole thing went south! J-T arrives and asked for my conformation email- the only email I had received was the one indicating my order would be ready in 2 hours so I was hoping they would fill the order while I was there so I could walk out w the shoes- instead he chose not to accommodate my request, started arguing with me and telling me I needed to wait for the stupid email ! And now we were both pissed. Instead of MANAGING the situation he threatens to cancel my order because he didn't like the fact that I pointed out the 6-7 hour wait I've had in between this store visit ! Probably THE WORST nike factory store that I have visited in a while; and i've been to a lot: Vegas North, Vegas South, Barstow, Ontario Mills, Cabazon, Camarillo, and of course Citadel. Not sure why but the Nike factory store at the Citadel outlets just seems to be way too unorganized. Miss-placed clothing items and shoes all over the store. Wrong sizes everywhere. Lots of items are also missing price tags. I guess I'm just used to stores being much more organized. Also the selection at this Nike store seems to be pretty small. read more

Obsessed with my Nike Free RN Flyknit running shoe's. I was so happy that I found these @ outlet store. In store 130$ & found them for 69$ bucks! Now that's a steal practically robbed Nike. At this outlet store they had a lot of sizes. I was surprised BC it's always hard finding size women's 6 anywhere that's the size that sells out fast. Lines yes, long lines but I gotta admit I was impressed with the flow and efficiency of how fast it went by fast. They have a huge selection in kids, men, women's here. Workout clothes. Sweats, shorts. Water bottle, keychains anything and everything Nike. The set up is strange tho. Up stairs and down stairs. 2 levels. Service was good. I came to the Nike Outlet in hopes of finding a few pair of new shoes for a great deal. While searching for comfort and style I became frustrated and asked a sales person by the name of DJ for assistance. DJ kindly assisted me and asked questions to navigate me through my shoes searching process. He was knowledgeable and selected shoes for me to try on that I hadn't even considered, but turned out to be perfect! He even selected a few pair for my fiancé to try on, and searched online when we were unsatisfied with selections in store. We were amazed by the customer service he provided. As Nike members we were uncertain if we would be able to redeem our rewards at an outlet store but DJ checked in with management (Gentleman by the name of JT) and everything worked out! It was jam packed swamped with rude people and employees who didn't give a crap that I actually wanted to buy a couple of pairs of shoes. I understand that they were really busy but it seem like most people were just looking and not buying there was no line at the register. I, however, wanted to buy. Twice I had to look for salespeople to get help. Twice I was just brushed off. Honestly I didn't even see any really good deals but I would have bought shoes had I found the right ones and my size. Mighty long lines occur at this location. People buying loads of Nike items, it is just a typical day at the Nike Factory Store. Filled with children, young adults and even elders I feel like this place has become ever so more popular with all different generations. Nike is a brand that I sometimes love and I sometimes hate. They come out with nice shoes that I love to wear but then I think about who made those shoes..it an sometimes be a tad bit of a touchy subject. The store is pretty ok size a little bit small compared to other Factory Nike stores. They do have two levels, the top one is for girls and the bottom for boys. This Nike location needs to teach one of their salespeople some manners. His attitude stinks. I was downstairs checking out some men's clothes and came across a pink and purple hoodie. I said to myself, "this hoodie looks so girly" . So I asked this short and young salesperson with a tattoo on his arm who happens to be nearby about the hoodie. I asked him if this pink and purple hoodie a men's or women's. He replied with an attitude saying "that's your opinion" and walked away. I was like wow. Really? This guy works here? First off the store is like a mad house & trying to find an employee that will answer a questions is ridiculous. A lot of shoes that were on clearance didn't have prices listed. I asked a girl a price on a shoe and she literally snatched from my hand and walked away, didn't say I'll be back or give me a second, very rude very unprofessional. Upon purchasing 2 pairs of shoes we later discovered at home that the security tags was never removed from one of the pairs of shoes. I live about 1 hour 45 minutes to possibly 2 hours away depending on traffic. I called the store to ask what I can do, the person suggested I come back in and ask for a manager for a discount. I returned to the store 2 days later and spoke with Courtney Marshall (manager/supervisor). She first stated "today's the day for complaints" I proceeded to tell her how far I lived and how inconvenient it was to drive back due to an employee failing to remove the security tag and the stores alarm failing to go off. She said "what do you want me to do then?" I said well we drove all this way I want a discount. She informed me they no longer had friends and family discounts she could hand give me, but would give me her email and I could email her so that she could email me a discount for the future. I sent email to her as she requested, 5 days later no response. It's very unprofessional, but no surprise being that half the staff is rude so why would management be any friendlier. I love Nike and the quality of their products, it's sad that this store and its employees represent this company so poorly. read more

Customer service is mediocre here. You walk in at other nike stores and someone is usually there to greet you or hand you a bag. That wasn't the case here. The staff isn't rude they're just not pro active in helping guests. The prices are okay for the quality you get. While at check out my cashier and her co worker were talking about the customer that was next to me in a different language about his hygiene there was no discretion or anything. Despite the lowish reviews here, I was very happy with this Nike store. Pros -Extremely helpful staff. Everyone was very knowledgable on their products and I felt I learned a lot about each shoe I was interested in. All staff members were very open arms to helping me find exactly what I was looking for and answering any and all questions. -Great deals. I was able to get a pair of Kobe's Venomenon 5, FlyKnit 4.0, and Pegasus 31 all for $60 bucks each. Gotta keep your eyes open on the shelves for ones that are on sale. Cons -I found things very stressful considering the Outlets here are flooded with tourists who are walking around aimlessly. Not the stores fault at all, but definitely made things frustrating. read more

If you're not an obvious foreigner or tourist then forget about getting the proper help and let alone respect you would come to expect from a merchant of this caliber. Tried to get help from JT the manager after waiting over 20 minutes to get help from other staff to just realize that he's the reason they're all like that. He did the exact same thing. JT asked to give him 5 minutes to help us so we did. Those minutes came and went so we starting walking toward the escalators to exit the store and he walked right behind us not saying a word and walked us directly out of the store. This place is just in sane!! I first approached a little Asian kid in the front of the line was a general line to go in. Considering in the past I know there have been shoe release lines I had to ask. He looked at me all confused. I then reworded my question and in a very condescending way he replied "we don't get releases here. I then looked at the line he directed me to, and they cram you in a hallway with bare any ventilation. Granted it is warm outside, but I rather stand in the sun than packed in a hallway during covid. During COVID 19, atleast a 1:30 hr - 2 hrs wait in line before you get in. Hours are 11am - 4pm and they give out tickets so you are not saving a spot for someone or if anyone cuts you. The store is a hit or miss, you might something and you might not. Ontario location is temp closed so that explains the chaotic lines and amount of people coming to Citadel location. Please double check your receipts because they may overcharge you, talk to the employee outside and they will let you in to correct the transaction.
