I love this place and my review is long over due. I came once during dinner on a week day and it's fast casual but today I came in on a Sunday. For here they treat it like a sit down style place so just keep that in mind. I really love mom and pop style burger places. Some can be hit or miss but this place is so good. The zucchini fries are a must because they are the perfect size just thick enough not to stringy but also not so thick they are almost soggy inside. I might dare say so far the best zucchini fries in Riverside. Burgers are that nice charbroiled flavor and their fries are solid too but I wouldn't say anything special. They have an amazing drink selection that some places would charge a premium for. It's worth stopping by here and they have amazing portion sizes. My club sandwich was huge and could have easily been shared with two people. The service for a fast casual place is always great here. The people are really nice here and my food has always come out pretty fast even when they are busy. Come here you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant that I'm so happy I found lol the asada tacos are SO GOOD!! The bacon double cheeseburger is also very tasty! Every time I come, the orange cream soda is also a must when coming here, if you dine in - it's free refill as well! Also, the zucchini fries are AMAZING. The staff is also very friendly and have great service! The dining area is very spacious but I've heard it gets very packed during weekends for breakfast time. I swear man the ppl in these reviews pumped this place up! I thought I had a hit after reading how good the food is! Lol you guys clearly never had anything better! This place is ok it's edible NOT delicious. I like food so good I eat when I'm full! Lol I stopped eating before I even got full! The pastrami was full of meat! But it was lacking flavor my bread was SOAKED WITH JUICE! Was not edible so mushy! Normally they grill the meat to get the water off! Not here. The burger patty had a nice grill taste but did not give me the wow-ness with the special sauce, I don't like Mayo and that taste like Mayo not that semi sweetness you normally get with the thousand islands sauce. The chili cheese fries blah! Chili had no flavor fries all the fries came flimsy no crisp what so ever!! The BEST thing was the orange whip!! When it comes to pancakes you cannot beat the batter too much, it'll make the pancakes tough and hard to cut. Over beating the pancake mix will look smooth but give you tough pancakes Have you tried Aunt Jemima instant mix ? Maybe they changed their name. People don't want see a black face on the box. I have plenty of maple syrup. Smooth batter looks good but yes it yields a tough pancake. Of course I'll continue eating there and will check in about their pancakes. It's tucked in a little strip mall on Magnolia, you might miss it on the road if you're not keeping an eye out for it. My usual has always been the double cheeseburger combo, $9.99 at the time of this review, comes with fries and a drink. Burger was big, tastes great, and ingredients are very fresh. Fries are always fresh out of the fryer and served in good portions, you'll be leaving with a full stomach for sure. As the years go by, it's also becoming a good value considering that fast food spots have been steadily increasing prices while skimping on portions. Service was friendly and quick. Dining area is a small and clean space. In regards to the pandemic, staff was wearing PPE and made all the necessary precautions to ensure safety during these times. There are a lot of great burger places in this area, but not many of them have stayed consistent for as long as Nikko's has. Finally stopped in for breakfast and it was open. Kinda dead for a restaurant at breakfast time, but everything was good and the service was great! We had an awesome waitress and only had enough cash for our food. I tried getting change for a hundred, but the cashier couldn't break it, so I didn't leave a tip. I used to come here often when my kids were younger and just went back yesterday for lunch with friends. We ordered three double cheese bacon burgers and custom one with zucchini and the other with mushrooms along with three diet drink. Maybe it was just an off day for me but I thought my burger was ok and didn't love it like I once did. In fact it was a little dry to my liking but my friends love theirs. I wish that the zucchini were bigger and thicker like they served at Farmers Boys. However despite zucchini's is small but it was tasty and so are the mushrooms.
