Today I visited this awesome café and had the asada breakfast burrito... it was cooked perfectly. The ingredients were well-balanced, with nothing overpowering anything else. Everything came together as the perfect blend of flavors and textures. The salsa on the side paired really well with the burrito and elevated it even more. I also tried the iced coffee, which was a very good beverage refreshing and flavorful. The café itself is nicely decorated, very clean, and offers plenty of seating. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. The view is great right on the airport runway. Quality of the proteins are always great bacon and sausage are always cooked perfectly and all sides give great compliments to on another the owner Leimamo is always attentive and making sure her guest get the best service! Came here to check out the vibe of the place since we've heard about it and wanted to see what it was all about. Airplanes & breakfast, why not?! The kids definitely loved it. We came around 11am on Saturday & wait was quick. They told us 15 mins but we definitely were seated 5 mins after. We requested to sit outside on the patio so they can see the airplanes while we eat. Plenty of space between each tables and view of the runway was clear and visible from all spaces/area on the patio. There's also inside seating too but with kids, being outside is definitely a must. There's space heaters as well so that was nice. There's a giant connect 4 and corn holes for the kids to play with if available and not occupied by other families. They also have a DJ in the patio area during breakfast. Definitely a good vibe and weather was nice during the time we went too! The service is decent & server was nice. Ordering was easy and menu was straight forward. They also had a kids menu & pricing is definitely reasonable for a family of 4. A lot of options for everyone and they even have a lunch menu as well (something we definitely will try next time). My daughter got the kids pancake meal, which came with 3 silver dollar pancakes, 1 egg and 1 bacon. Pancakes were fluffy & tasty and the bacon were crispy and just how she liked them. My son got the kids Early Bird meal, which came with 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 toast and hash browns. My husband got the Go Around. That comes with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 sausage & hash brown. We sat outside where they had heaters set up, and the atmosphere was festive with a DJ playing. Some groups were even dancing, which added to the holiday vibe, though it was still a bit loud even from a distance. The food was okay, nothing particularly standout. I ordered the Bonjour Breakfast for $16 and a Diet Coke for $4. Unfortunately, I ended up being the last one served, and I never received utensils because the servers didn't come around, so I had to use another guest's unused spoon to eat. It was also hard to get refills, and for a group of 20, I expected the waitstaff to check in a bit more often. I haven't been here in years. I used to come here often to get a tuna melt. That's what I was here today for. No matter where I go I always order the tuna melt the same. On Rye french fries crisp. And that is how I ordered it today. To start off walking in they now have people that meet you as soon as you walk in the door with a smile. They were very friendly and welcoming. After sitting down and looking at the menu I ordered the same thing I have always ordered from here. Tuna melt on Rye with french fries crispy and an iced tea. The food came out quickly and looked really good. It looked better than it tasted. The tuna had no flavor, the crunchy toasted rye bread was the best part of it. The french fries were not crisp and had the flag someone down to get crisp french fries. After I was done eating my tuna they brought me a fresh order of french fries that were crisp. I also had the flag a server down to get a refill on the ice tea. I didn't see my server until after I paid the check as I had to go up to the counter to ask for my check. I work close by and thought that this would be a good place to maybe start going to again. As I've seen videos on social media. I really don't like leaving a review like this. We've been coming here for years and it's always been one of our go-to spots, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to have gone downhill. We ordered the chilaquiles and they were a letdown. The chips were so stale they never softened, and there were only a few tiny pieces of pork (maybe four, and very small). The refried beans had an off, almost chemical-like aftertaste, which was really concerning. Even the home fried potatoes were overcooked and tasted stale. It's frustrating to see such a noticeable decline from what this place used to be. We've always enjoyed coming here, but based on this experience, the quality just isn't what it once was. read more

There's an upper level balcony to wait and watch the planes take off & land. The servers were great and extremely courteous. The food however, was a complete let down. The menu is insanely long and after going through the entire thing we finally ordered the Hamburger special and the Nani O Cristo. Both were so bland. Since the Nani O Cristo came with ham and turkey, I asked if they could exclude the ham and I was told that it was already premade in the morning & excluding wasn't possible. I mean, I have no issues with eating the ham but maybe since food is premade, could that probably indicate why food is bland? I dunno. Didn't really enjoy the meal so may not be coming back anytime soon. read more

Waitress was very knowledgeable and she checked on us the proper amount. We split French dip with tater tots and Buffalo cauliflower. Both very good. Roast beef tender,, cut like butter:) Buffalo cauliflower a tad under done batter inside but it was quite good. We asked for easy sauce to not be so soggy. Ranch made in house not from a bottle. August broth warm and flavorful...not just beef bullion over-salty flavored broth. Out of Budweiser (boo) and Mango Cart is not from a bottle, it is from a can for $8.50 so that seemed too high a price. It was nice it was served in a cold glass though. We will be back for sure. While waiting for my car, I discovered this hidden spot. I have been to Riverside quite a few times and have never seen it. I didn't even know they had an airport. Anyway a friend and I went there for breakfast and were pleasantly shocked when we went inside. This is a really nice breakfast/ lunch place with reasonable prices and diverse cuisine selection. The waitstaff were very friendly and a nice combo of young and older servers. You can choose to dine inside or out on the patio. We chose inside, where it was cooler, but went outside to look around. It was crowded with guests and kids playing horseshoes and the large sized Connect Four. You are also right next to the airport so you could see the small planes come in and out. We love to go here for brunch and it never disappoints! They have a ton of food options and everything has been delicious and consistent in all of the years we've been going to the RAC. Now let me tell you, this spot gets busy! Expect a bit of a wait, especially if you want to sit outside. Brunch always has a DJ on the patio so if you're not into the loud music, you can eat inside too. But if you wanna get down to some old school jams, hit the dance floor in front if the DJ booth! The lobby has a small bar to grab a drink or a snack while you wait. They have options for the lil ones at the lobby bar as well, and there's usually a friendly clown lady doing face paintings and ballons. The service has always been great and everyone is really friendly. If you've never been there, it's an actual airport so you get to see the planes on the tarmac right outside of the patio seating! Grab a nice, big michelada or a bottomless mimosa and enjoy the vibe. There's cornhole and giant Connect 4 on the patio too. So glad to have found such a fun and and cool place! Not sure if it was only because of Memorial Day weekend, but it was lively with a dj, face paints, balloon artists, and yard games. They also have a small bar cart to order some beer and micheladas while we wait to get seated. Plenty of parking, though we had a short wait to have our names on the wait list. I could easily check our spot in line and they'll text me when the table was ready. We asked to sit outside at the side bar tables to enjoy the sun, and the host mentioned that next time we can go straight there without waiting as those are first come first serve. I didn't mind the unnecessary wait for the table, since I was able to explore the airport building and check the upstairs deck. I ordered the Carlos Omelette -- packed with country fried steak and cheese, then topped with country gravy -- and it was absolutely delicious. We brought my 2 year old grandson here today and I can't believe how wonderful the experience was. Watching planes and helicopters take off and land.. he was as in Heaven!! I've gotten breakfast both times and it's very enjoyable before 10 AM. They even have a discount on breakfast, the inside is decorated nicely with posters of pictures of Riverside And you can sit on on the patio and watch the local planes takeoff and land. Not really it is much busier than before. But the food is meh a bit overpriced for what you get and the service is consistently poor by being slow forgetful abd really apathetic and unorganized. This comes from the check in which is much bigger than it needs to clearing tables or seating people at tables that havent been cleared or wiped down. I guess good help is hard to find these days. AMAZING! The chile verde Chilaquiles had real pork chile verde with pieces of pork not just the green chile sauce. Oh, and I got the michilada with Modelo. Yes, with breakfast . Was searching for a new place to stop at on the way home from the casino and came across this gem on Yelp. Rosa informed us that the burgers are hand pressed. We wanted breakfast, but one of the kids order a hamburger and it tasted great without any condiments added, so I'm excited to come back for a cheeseburger.
