The s'mores had a liquid chocolate topping that flowed like lava. The strawberry was smothered in custard and berries, and the plain were as advertised. Even though the smothered versions aren't quite as healthy, the toppings helped add some needed flavor. The light and airy risen puff cake by itself is a bit plain just like a regular plain pancake would be and just need a little something to add some flavor; even if it's just some maple syrup. The breakfast came with 2 fluffy pancake, scrambled eggs with scallions, home fries, sausage, onions, and maple syrup. The pancake was fluffy and paired well with the sides. I feel like though something like hollandaise sauce would have taken the dish up a notch instead of just simple maple syrup. The hot cocoa bomb was interesting as you get the cup with marshmallow rim and a chocolate ball where you pour hot milk yo melt and mix the chocolate. Conceptually fun but chocolate wasn't great quality and didn't mix well and marshmallow rim was hard to eat.
