Dare I say it? Best patio brunch in Wayzata!? Had an absolutely lovely brunch at ninetwentyfive --it was giving Montauk meets the Hamptons vibes for sure. You cannot beat the location - right in the heart of Wayzata. The modern nautical aesthetic blends effortlessly with Minnesota lake life vibes, creating a space that's both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We snagged the most perfect spot on their covered patio. I'm not sure there's a bad patio spot at this place! The service was lovely--warm, attentive, and unhurried, just the way a weekend brunch should feel. Drinks were yummy as well. In terms of food - the chicken and waffles was yummy, a perfectly cooked waffle topped with crispy chicken glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce. The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing - pillowy, bright, and just lemony enough. The breakfast tacos packed bold, fresh flavor, though their delicate corn tortillas made them a little tricky to handle (classic corn tortilla behavior, honestly). Whether you're staying at The Hotel Landing (absolutely stunning) or just dropping in for a weekend treat, ninetwentyfive is definitely worth checking out. Enjoy!

YO! *drool* we were pleasantly surprised when we ordered room service, the serving sizes were huge and the food was dang good yall. I got the chorizo scramble and it did not disappoint, I wanted to eat the whole thing but I had to save room for the 3 leches French toast and when I say that was a hit it was a hit! We were a little disappointed we didn't get glasses of water with our meals and the coffee was cold but other than that everything was fantastic.

Good brunch location near Wayzata! Their eggs benedict and beignets are fantastic! Lattes are ok, nothing special. Normally pretty easy to get a table too! Star rating is based off the brunch. Unfortunately I would not give their dinner 5 stars. Ive gone a few times for dinner and was disappointed. It takes a lot for me to send food back to the kitchen but twice I've had to send my burger back for being extremely undercooked.

We wanted to try a new brunch place and hadn't been here. The best thing is one we actually didn't partake of, which is they have bottomless brunch mimosas (90 minutes) for $18 which is a solid deal! I had the chorizo hash, which was an ample portion of hash browns with chorizo, eggs (menu says fried but they asked how I wanted mine so I said scrambled), and hollandaise. And the rye toast that came with it was crusty delicious and well buttered. My gf had the mushroom and asparagus omelette which came with a nicely vinaigrette dressed green salad. She did the cheesy hashbrown upgrade because who can resist cheesy hashbrowns??? The place has a nice modern and open feel to it and service was present and helpful. Definitely coming back to take the mimosas for a spin!

We went for the Easter buffet and it was a total disappointment. $70 per person before tax and mandatory tip. Given the price, there was no soda or tea was included. Food was mediocre at best, no seasoning. Hashbrowns said cheesy, they were not. We had to ask for a steak knife to cut through the English muffin of the eggs Benedict. Desserts were super sweet. Ice cream was so melted it was soupy and they ran out of gummy bears which was disappointing. Charging 22% service is ridiculous. We did not receive $46 service. We had a change in server mid way through our meal and our original server never told us. We only saw our server a couple times and that was just to refill waters, they didn't do anything else. $280 for 3 people, certainly not worth it.

This place continues to amaze me. Their sausage scramble is probably the best dish in their breakfast menu. I tried the build your own omelette, and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients with this one. Coffee is good, service is great and ambiance is perfect. Totally worth for the pricing they have.

    Steak skewers and brick chicken

Went on Friday afternoon. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice, bathroom was very clean. Our server was nice. We had the walleye tacos as a starter, they were very good, the fish was perfect. My fiance had the beef skewers and veggie medley, and I had the brick chick with veggie medley. We both thought the veggies could have been better. Maybe roasted longer. The Brussels sprouts were a lil tough. She like her steak skewers though they were slightly undercooked, the brick oven was good, though I would have preferred it without the au jus. It took away from the crispiness of the skin. The drinks were really good though

We went to celebrate my friend birthday with the fondue set menu. This restaurant is located next to Hotel Landing, they have a parking ramp behind and share the same entrance. Beautiful lobby that leads to a fancy restaurant. Service was awesome, our server explained how the set menu works, first was a pastry with a salad inside. Then a kale salad, followed by cheese fondue and then chocolate fondue. The cheese tasted bitter, we told the server about it and he changed the cheese to a different mixture, which tasted better. I thought we signed up for the igloo experience but that was a different cost. Next time we will try it.

Pros: Great location Outdoor seating is available Nice decor, but a bit on the dark side Good team service - several servers delivered our food and bussed our table Love the acai bowl and the fluffy pancakes Ample brunch menu with many options and breakfast cocktails Cons: They take your credit card when reservation is made and will charge you if you are late :( Service was slow and it took a while for the server to take our order and for the food to come out On the pricier side Pro tip: It is attached to the hotel, so can be confusing on which entrance to use.

Love, love, love this place! Love the atmosphere, the food, and the amazing service! Perfect spot for brunch with the girls, date night or a little family outing for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Landing. If you need to wait to be seated you can cozy up by the fireplace in the main entrance! We ordered the Steak Fajita Omelette, chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes, and the "X Not Found" vodka espresso drink. Everything was perfect & I will definitely be visiting again,

The food here is always on point, and is plated perfectly. The steak fajita omelet has all the flavors with peppers and onions in the omelet and cilantro crème fraiche, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo on top. While the steak and eggs is a classic dish with béarnaise. Both options are highly recommend! And both come with hash browns and choice of toast. The sourdough is exactly what I look for in my toast and comes with a delicious house made jam! The fries a twice cooked and also the perfect side! For drinks the espresso martini is on the stronger side, so I always add a shot of Baileys to make it a creamier espresso martini. The tequila sunrise is the best morning drink with tequila orange juice and grenadine. Inside is beautiful and they have 2 patios, one on the main level and one upstairs! Love sitting outside when it's nice out!

Eating dinner at the hotel bar on a very cold Sunday night may not provide the perfect setting. Everything was a solid "3". Vodka martini was fine. French onion soup did not n burn my mouth which means it was easy to eat so I should have been happy but for some reason I was not. I went with the Chicken and Waffles because the ingredients were either going to be epic or not. Going with "not" as final answer. The fired chicken had so much stuff on it it was not crunchy. The smashed avocodo on the waffle made the waffle soggy as well. There were some good flavors but non crunchy chicken and waffles is a bu

I was greeted by the hostess outside and although the patio looks lovely it was 96* and I opted for inside (I do not live in MN for the heat!). There are lots of fun photos on the wall and soccer team banners hanging from the ceiling. After being seated I was immediately given water and silverware and looked over the menu. There is a good cocktail, wine, and beer menu with Guinness, of course, and several Irish whiskeys. My server, Bill, was a delight. We talked about our dogs (mini dachshund for me, Malinois for him) and our shared love of Costa Rica. I ended up ordering the French Onion soup and a Lobster Roll with fries. The soup came out first and it was just as sumptuous and beefy as I hoped. The melted Gruyère and caramelized onions made a hearty starter. The Lobster Roll was perfect: chopped lobster on a warm, buttered, toasted roll topped with slivers of pickled carrots. The lobster was chilled and didn't need any dressing at all. The fries were plentiful, thin, and perfectly crispy yet still tender inside. A home run. Excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and terrific staff made it a delightful lunch. Thanks, Bill! ;)

Very close to the lake(walking distance) There is a free parking ramp right behind the building. The decor of this place is cute! The details seem like they were well thought out! It feels upscale and cozy! I saw a video of this place and that was what originally drew me in! The seating here is also comfortable and not over crowded. Our server was ok. I saw so many raves about the "amazing service." She did refill our water glasses, which was good because I needed it with the salty steak! Obviously the most important piece is the food. We started with the popovers. The taste was fine but the texture was almost over done. The honey butter was lacking honey flavor. Cinnamon would have really elevated the butter! I got the steak frites and my sister got the spaghetti. My fries were average. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium all the way through! I was impressed. However, it was drowning in a VERY salty sauce! I had push a lot of it off. This should be served on the side, not covering the whole steak. My sister got the spaghetti, which our waitress explained was not a regular spaghetti. I feel she has probably had to do that multiple times and honestly, it should just be renamed. It's confusing for the customer. My sister did say she enjoyed the dish and that the shrimp was ere done well. For dessert I got "Aunties iced latte" which is their version of like an espresso martini. It was just ok. Would not get again. We got the carrot cake which was good!! But then they ruined it by putting fake whipped cream.... This is supposed to be a higher end restaurant and that made the dessert feel so cheap. We also got the creme brûlée. DO NOT ORDER THAT! It is an absolute waste of money! The sugar top was so thick we couldn't eat it! The dessert had the consistency of scrambled eggs, not a smooth custard. The taste seemed ok, but whoever made this does not know what they are doing! Overall, the food was not memorable and a lot of it was done poorly. There are definitely better restaurants in the area.

The tots were stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese and chive, and served with aioli. I had the Traditional Bone-in Wings ($16.50) with two sauces - sweet chili, and sticky garlic gochujang. Although both were flavorful, my personal preference was for the sweet chili. All of the wings were juicy and cooked well. I also upgraded to a very large portion of beer battered fries, which were shoe-strong fries. They were cooked well - not greasy or overcooked and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.

I had very special plans and was going to present my wife with a beautiful new diamond ring to replace the one she got 15 years ago on our 10th. The most uncomfortable thing is finding a place to park. If you can't find a spot in the lot, tracking down a street spot that isn't only 1 hour can be a challenge or a bit of a walk. We started with cocktails and Bread is Life appetizer (5/5). Bread is indeed life. We needed two baguettes to eat the three butters/sauces. The whipped ricotta and honey was my favorite, but the chimichurri was a close second. For entrees we split the Beet and Watermelon King Salmon Salad (3/5), A Fat Burger (5/5), Chilled Lobster Roll (4/5), and the Spicy Lobster Mac and Cheese (5/5). The salad was good, but the salmon didn't have enough seasoning for me. It's also more of a traditional watermelon salad vs lettuce salad. The lobster roll was good, but of course mostly bread. It was a hardy sandwich and filled more than other restaurants. The burger was in fact fat, cheesy and juicy. The sandwiches come with hand cut fries (5/5) and an aioli. While the Mac and cheese says it's spicy, it's more of a Minnesota spice. It's a shareable portion, but no more than 3 people if they have other food. For dessert we ordered the Mud Moon Pie (4/5). When they say it's served with a knife they mean it. The portion size is huge! Like 6-12 people could eat on it. We ended up sharing with the table next to us. We were warned it was shareable, but I wish there would have been a smaller portion option to select. We felt so wasteful not being able to eat even half of it. We loved our server. We never felt rushed, our water glasses were never empty and she split the bill with our individual dishes and then split the shared items (I love when they do this vs giving us one bill). While the prices are a little high, the portion sizes and quality of food make it worth it.

If I had found this place earlier this summer, I probably would have spent many happy evenings here. (I truly can't emphasize how well this restaurant captures summer vibes.) The menu was great and ticked all the boxes, taking advantage of the bounty and mood of the season. For our starters, we ordered the arancini and the johnnycake. Both were delicious. The arincini was crispy on the outside and oozed with creamy cheese. The romesco sauce complemented it perfectly. The johnnycake was fluffy and delicious and had the perfect balance of sweet and salty (don't skip the jalapeño infused maple syrup--it isn't spicy; it's just an extension of the sweet and savory balance). For our salads/veggies, we split the last three on the menu: the cauliflower, the Brussels sprouts, and the watermelon salad. My friends, don't skip any one of these. The cauliflower is a cauliflower steak that is perfectly cooked (be sure you get a lovely toasty bit!) and made for delicious savory-salty-tangy mouthful with its tomatoes and onions. Doenjang and tahini? Heck yes! The sprouts were covered in a spectacular mojo verde (imagine what pesto would be if it were Indian and you'd not be far off) that was a creative and absolutely apt pairing. As for the watermelon salad, it was all summer: chunks of watermelon, crumbles of feta, basil, hazelnut, and rings of Calabrian chili. It tasted exactly like relaxing on the porch with your most sophisticated but still totally chill bestie. For my main, I ordered the linguine pomodoro e vodka. Dude. It was so stinking good. I love a good tomato sauce, and this one did not disappoint. Crispy breadcrumbs? Yes. Mint and basil? Yes and yes. Chili oil? Heck yeah! This packed a punch and was an absolutely glorious foil for the burrata. As for dessert, I went for the crème brûlée. It was really good! It was rich and creamy (almost buttery) and absolutely chock-full of vanilla bean. Very good indeed.

I started with the iced lavender oat milk latte, and it was delicious. We also shared the famous monkey bread, and it definitely lives up to all the hype I've seen online! We ordered it with both the cream cheese and caramel, and it was amazing. The monkey bread was incredibly soft, fresh, and the portion was huge. I've had monkey bread at other local coffee shops before, but the texture here is on a completely different level. For breakfast, I ordered the French toast, and it was made well. I appreciated that it wasn't overloaded with whipped cream. My husband liked the crispy bacon and his chocolate chip pancakes he said they were rich and fluffy. We'll definitely be back. Everything from the food and atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. This place is simply too good not to return!

I was looking for a new and exciting brunch spot and for some reason we always forget that there…read moreare a ton of restaurants out in Wayzata. So I found Benedict's online and thought it looked like a good choice. The restaurant itself is really bright open and airy. Lots of natural light and high wood beams. The restaurant employs an online wait list, which I love. So you join the wait list online, it tells you how long your wait is and the you can plan your arrival to minimize your wait. I was surprised that on a Saturday, we walked right in and were seated... it wasn't all that crowded (that said, there was a big No Kings rally that day so people might have been busy). At any rate, we were greeted and seated immediately at a nice table. I enjoyed the many options on the menu and also loved that you could order a single specialty pancake if you wanted one. I ordered the classic benedict. My husband got the tot hash. We ordered a strawberry nutella pancake to share. The pancake was good, though honestly the nutella strawberry topping was a bit meh. My husband said his tot hash was not what he expected (they seem to make their own tots and then deep fry them) but he did like it. My benedict was decent, but there was way too much ham and not enough hollandaise. I hate when people are stingy with the hollandaise. Coffee was good and strong. My peach mimosa was fine but honestly pretty small -- I'd be surprised if it was 8 oz. Service was OK. Nothing super major to complain about, but my mimosa wasn't delivered until I was almost through my first cup of coffee. The waitress clearly just forgot about it. She basically said so and apologized. I noted that many tables had lovely little bottles of water for when you wanted to refill your glass, but we did not receive one. It also bothered me a bit that there was a lot of "stuff" on the floor. Trash, bits of food, etc. I know that things get really busy at brunch spots on the weekends. But someone really needed to go around with a broom or a vacuum. It's just not what I expect from a dining establishment where I'm going to drop $80 on breakfast for two.
