These guys were very professional and punctual. Two very important factors when someone is coming to work on your house. They (Larry and David) arrived well within their time window and explained the issue very thoroughly. I ended up getting a cleanout installed on the main line a week after their initial visit. The installation went smoothly and I even felt comfortable enough to leave them at the house alone for a few hours as I had to stop by work for a little bit. At no point did I feel nervous or unsure of what they were doing. Every task they performed was followed with an explanation as to why it was necessary. Ninja Plumber came out to fix our water heater that was not working. Justin, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgable with our system. He quickly analyzed the cause of the problem, fixed it, and then suggested a recirculating fan for the tankless system that would alleviate another issue we had with the system. The service and experience that I just had with Ninja Plumber doesn't get any better. I called them at noon today (a Saturday) to schedule an appointment to have my shower fixed. An hour and a half later and they've already come out and fixed my problem. The employee that answered the phone when I first called was helpful and told me that someone was already in my area so they would be able to come out within the hour. She took down all of my information, and they arrived about 40 mins later. The technician (Matt) quickly investigated my shower, ran to get a part, and within a total of 45 mins everything was fixed and like brand new. Not sure of their service, but to come out for 10 minutes just to look at an exposed pipe for my sink cost $90 dollars. They weren't able to complete the job due to not having equipment available (which as a plumbing company would think they'd have). I can apply that dollar amount to the repair, but they most likely can't get my in all week. I am not one to complain much regarding services, but based on the situation i had to. I would love to thank the friendly and helpful staff over at Ninja Plumber for coming out to our home in the middle of the night to clear our drains. They offered us late night service without extra charges and got us draining again just in time so my Mom could get ready for work! I commend the company, the awesome night dispatcher who by the way, even called me to notify me the technician would be just five minutes late from the original approximate arrival time given to me so that way I would not be waiting for him at the gate area then asked me if better yet I had a gate code (which I had forgot to give them) to make things easier for us which I highly appreciated (needless to say) being the middle of the night and all. Recently needed plumbing work done at our house in the valley, found Ninja Plumber on CL. Talked to Mor and what can I say, these guys are great! Called Friday afternoon and at our doorstep within a couple of hours, after business hours at that. What i was hoping was a simple job on our over 50 year old house piping turned out worse than we thought. Mike did a thorough job assessing the problem. Our bathroom pipe was corroded beyond repair. Richard A just left my house after trying to snake a kitchen drain (through a clean-out) with no success ($89). Tried that for about 30 minutes and was unsuccessful. I knew in advance that hydrojetting was going to be about $300 so he said he'd just charge me $350 for everything and it would be clear. Sure enough, after an hour, we're clear and good to go. After my previous review of the Ninja Plumber employee quoting me $2000-$4000 for a job that ended up costing me $150 from another company, the owner of the company contacted me personally and listened to everything that happened with the visit. He was very apologetic and said the employee would undergo further training, etc. He also mailed me a check for the $89 visit fee I paid. My first review was 5 stars for their service on a different job. My second review was 1 star for what happened above. Ninja Plumber charged me $300 for a service that they never completed, and then refused to give me a refund for their failure. To put it in simpler terms - they stole my money. If you want to take that chance with YOUR money, go ahead and hire them. Otherwise, I would look for a different plumber. On April 12, a Ninja technician came out to do a main sewer line inspection for a house in escrow. The technician arrived 30 minutes late and refused to answer any questions about the inspection, simply saying that everything would be in a report which would be sent within 3 business days. This was very frustrating considering the narrow inspection deadlines I was dealing with. Of course, that report never came, and with the inspection deadline fast approaching, I was forced to hire a different company to do the job correctly. The other plumber arrived on time, explained all his findings on the spot, and delivered a report the same day. That is how it should be done. Two weeks later, realizing that Ninja disappeared with my $300 and NEVER sent a report of any kind, I called them to request a refund. They refused, claiming the report was sent, stubbornly ignoring (or not caring) that I never received it. With Ninja Plumber, it seems the customer is always wrong. Bottom line: stay far away from this company if you value your time and money. read more

I believe that what truly sets a company apart is not only its professionalism and ability to resolve problems, but also in responding with integrity when issues arise. Let me explain: Ninja was the quickest company to respond when my trash disposal stopped working. They came out, took the disposal apart and got it running again. The job was completed quickly and successfully. After a while, I noticed my dishwasher was causing a small leak underneath my sink. Knowing nothing about plumbing but realizing the tubes were closely connected to the trash disposal, I suspected it may have been related to the job performed. I called Ninja and they sent someone out right away. The technician inspected the problem, which was just a loose part, and very honestly concluded that it may have come loose during the last fix, so I wasn't charged for the second visit. Honestly, this made me like the company even more. Minor issues happen all the time and they could have very easily dismissed it as a separate problem (which it could have very well been). But they chose to fix it, not charge, and now everything is great again. read more

I contacted Mor Friday night at 7:30 with a blockage at my house. He was able to send someone out by 8:30 that night to work on the clog. They stayed there late that night to work to get that block resolved as best they could. They came back the next day to work on it some more with the HydroJet machine. Mor was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the issue and took the time to explain the problem and proposed the various solutions that he could think of, giving me plenty of options and price points. He was very willing to work with me on what options would work best for me. His work was on point and I would definitely work with him for future projects.
