I had a pedicure with a massage that was incredibly relaxing, and my wife had a dip manicure that came out beautiful. The quality of Jackie's work really stood out -- clean, precise, and very well done. What impressed us most is that Jackie does an amazing job and she's very efficient. As working professionals, we truly appreciate being able to get top-quality service without spending all day at the salon. That alone makes us want to come back. The spa itself was very clean and comfortable, and Jackie was so pleasant and professional throughout the entire visit. Just an all-around great experience. The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience.

I was looking to try gel x but after talking with Tiffany she recommend hard gel to keep my regular nail and build from there. It was perfect because I didn't need the additional length. I typically do square but a nail had broken and she asked if it would be okay to reshape. I'm so happy that we did that. This shape feels more natural than the square. I also saw the artwork she had up at her station and asked if she could do a Valentine's design. I think she did a great job and I would be happy to come in again! I had another shop I was loyal to but the quality had been declining and I decided to try out AO Nails. I'm so happy that I decided to give this shop a try. I've found my new go to nail spot. I wanted and got frustrated and then handed me off to Anne who did an effy job. I told the Insta picture and what it is I wanted. She didn't really give me what I wanted so to say, and on top of that, they were just a bunch of bumps and ridges all over and she didn't file them down I had mentioned to her she can reapply or at least file it down and she said that she did and I saw her try to do that at least, but it seemed like she was a bit new so to say just from looking at her work. Overall experience for me was horrible but if you are looking for someone who does know how to do nails and is really good with designs and shaping definitely ask for Amy. my sister ended up booking with Amy and she did a terrific job as you can see her nails getting done by her ( red sleeves).

Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one just finished up. He was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny-I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent. When we arrived, the salon was completely empty, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. During my pedicure, the older male nail technician with shoulder-length hair was rude, dismissive, and at one point actually raised his voice at me. To make matters worse, he and another female technician spent part of my appointment openly arguing with each other about how much to charge me for repairing a cracked nail. *NOTE* One specific detail I do want to point out that I feel is extremely important for health and safety is that halfway through my pedicure process the female technician working on me swapped with the male technician (assuming he is the one that does nail designs) and he did NOT change his gloves AND used the same tools as he was using on my partner on me. What started as a basic $32 pedicure somehow turned into a discussion about charging me $57 for a single acrylic repair on one toe. The situation became so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I chose not to complete the service. I left without polish or a finished pedicure and only had my previous pedicure removed. When I calmly expressed that I was unhappy with the experience, the male technician raised his voice again and began directing all communication to my partner instead of speaking to me directly, which I found incredibly disrespectful. As a final concern, their POS system was reportedly down, and they asked us to text them our full credit card number so they could process the payment later. That is not a payment method I am comfortable with and seemed highly inappropriate. Overall, the customer service was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the entire experience left a very negative impression. I would not return and cannot recommend this salon based on how we were treated.
