Today I called and was asked if I could come now as the tech was available right then. She is always meticulous in her work and makes sure I am happy with the color. I made a bad choice initially and she was happy to pivot and allow me to make another choice in color. My only issue is that out of all of the open chairs (Wed morning before 10 am with approximately 7-10 chairs occupied), I was sat next to a girl who was FaceTiming with her parents with no air pods. This girl was rude and inconsiderate speaking so loudly that every customer in the spa was looking at her. Thankfully her service half over when I was seated so I was at least able to enjoy the second half of my service w/o listening to a conversation I had absolutely no interest in. I suggest a no calls w/o earphones for everyone policy. This girl should have been asked to end the call or go outside.

The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience.

I called, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they were kind enough to squeeze me in, which I really appreciated. I went in on Friday, 7/17, around 2:00 PM. I want to start by mentioning the woman who did my pedicure. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was absolutely lovely,kind, gentle, and did a great job. She's the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my manicure with Nina (although she told me her name was Kim, while her station said "Nina"). She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She handled my hands very roughly, constantly grabbing and pulling them around. The turning point was when I politely asked if she was still planning to file my nails into the same square shape I came in with. My nails were visibly uneven and hadn't been shaped yet. She was about to apply the polish, so I simply asked if she was still going to shape them. Her response was, "I already did," and everything went downhill from there. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years, since I was a teenager, so I know what a finished nail shape should look like. I normally go to the same salon in Mission Hills, San Diego, but because this was a last-minute invitation, I thought it would be quicker to find a place nearby. I wasn't rude or confrontational, I asked a legitimate question. It seemed like she took it personally or was offended, and her attitude became even worse afterward. It's unfortunate because the manager (I believe she was the one who answered the phone and fit me into the schedule) was very nice and accommodating, and my pedicure experience was great. Unfortunately, one employee can completely change the overall experience. If I'm ever in the area again, I would choose another salon, and I wouldn't recommend this one based on my experience with the manicure.

She didn't really give me what I wanted so to say, and on top of that, they were just a bunch of bumps and ridges all over and she didn't file them down I had mentioned to her she can reapply or at least file it down and she said that she did and I saw her try to do that at least, but it seemed like she was a bit new so to say just from looking at her work. Overall experience for me was horrible but if you are looking for someone who does know how to do nails and is really good with designs and shaping definitely ask for Amy. my sister ended up booking with Amy and she did a terrific job as you can see her nails getting done by her ( red sleeves).

Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one just finished up. He was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny-I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent.
