Xiaolong bao from Lao Ma

Love the variety of Asian food. The ambience was family friendly and fun. The kids loved getting to buy food from different kitchens and have a smorgasbord style dinner. Everyone left with something they wanted to eat and as parents that means everything! Now how can we get one of these in Surprise, AZ?

The valley needs more places like Niu Mama Kitchens. It's a perfect place to have multiple restaurants in one place and a perfect way to try out various foods from around the world. They have Japanese, Chinese, Korean and delicious boba's to enjoy. They have plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the restaurants too. Great service and a great concept to support small businesses.

Gotta love a good food court, especially one that specializes in Asian food. So far they have Korean, Japanese, dumplings and a boba shop. We got a little of everything and it was all pretty good. There is plenty of seating and prices were fair for all the restaurants we got food from.

Came by on a Saturday at noon. Not busy at all. Love the Asian food hall concept as you can find various choices to match your mood. Went with Pho Mama because I have a tendency towards Viet food. Pretty easy menu and a very nice staff member took my order for the Brisket Pho. Sat with my pager for a bit until my order came up. Simple setup, pho in a disposable bowl and a bag of veggies for garnish. Broth did not have a deep flavor or usual spices I would expect of the usual pho broth. Meats and noodles were okay. Just enough for a quick fix for me. Nice concept so maybe I'll give them another shot in the future.

This a pretty cool place for grabbing some food with friends and family with a variety of places to pick from. I had dinner here last week with friends and we all enjoyed and finished our foods. We ordered from the following places: Saito Express: Chicken and shrimp hibachi - good portion and very tasty Pho Mama: Beef Pho - not many sections to choose from, broth was good Lao Ma: Spicy dumplings - they were out of cucumber salad so we ordered these K - Bap: Beef bulgogi and Korean tacos - tacos were pretty simple, on the sweeter side. Bulgogi was good Sumo Snow: Boba smoothies and cheesecake with ube - good cup sizes for the price, ube on cheesecake was not good Everything was flavorful. The employees all seemed nice and eager to take our orders. The dining hall was clean and there is plenty of seating. Worth checking out!

All the vendors were friendly here! We ordered from everyone basically and we had a great experience. I ordered beef pho and it was delicious. The broth was flavorful and it was served hot! I was able to try my friends food as well and it was all yummy. The inside was spacious and clean.

Cool concept. Busy on a Friday night. We opted to order bowls from K-Bap. Korean chicken bowl was pretty good. Chicken very crispy. Sauce very sweet, it needed more of spicy mayo. I'd order again from there. Service was pleasant, food was prepared fresh and was delivered to us hot. Four stars. We also ordered from Lao MA. So dining companion wanted a dozen beef pan fried. I ordered the Happy Meal for the other two of us to share. Ordered pork and chive, pan fried. Received pork and cabbage. Dumplings were steamed but only pan fried on the bottom. Slightly over fried with a strange crispy coating on the bottom. None of us liked these and one had a long blonde hair sticking out of it. We were told it was part of the filling and the lady was very rude about it. Two stars. Won't visit again. She tried to charge us for drinks even though we had a receipt from K-Bap. As a whole just an average dining experience. I would dine at K-Bap again to try the tacos.

I love everything about this place! Staff is so nice and bring the food to your table. I've tried beef bulgogi and shrimp K Bap bowls, both amazing, crab rangoons w real crab finally! And delicious spring rolls. I came with friends and we all split our dishes. The Korean corn dogs are so good if you love a cheese pull. I came back to try their coffee and dumplings with my gf and they didn't disappoint. I will be coming back for sure:)

Niu Mama Kitchens is basically an Asian food hall/food court in a strip mall on 43rd Ave and Glendale. The concept is interesting, there are five fast-casual spots under one roof: Saito's Express (Chinese/Japanese), Sumo Dnow Express (Boba drinks), Pho Mama (Vietnamese), Lao Ma (Chinese dumplings), and K-Bap Kitchen. We didn't try everything, just the Dumplings Combo from Lao Ma and pho from Pho Mama. Honestly, we left feeling pretty thirsty. The dumpling combo ($25.99 + tax) came with 24 small dumplings: 6 Signature (pork, chives, eggs, and shrimp, I wasn't a fan), 6 Pork & Cabbage (best of the bunch, but still not great), 6 Pork & Chives (okay), and 6 Teriyaki Chicken (way too sweet). The pho (Meatballs $13.99, Brisket $15.99) was surprisingly sweet rather than savory, the kind of sweetness that isn't from slow-cooked meat. Definitely not worth the price. Overall, it's an interesting concept but very pricey for food court-style food. We went to try it, but we won't be coming back for the rest.

At first glance, this place looked mid but you can't ever judge a book by its cover. It's a few restaurants under one roof. The dumplings were tasty with their chili sauce. I appreciate how they make it fresh for you! Their pho was really delicious too. The broth was actually packed with flavor, and the meat and meatballs were perfectly tender. Service was amazing. Ambiance is the chill spot. Perfect for a family and group of friends to hang out. We also tried their green Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee... both were also FANTASTIC!

It's a nice place for family to hangout at night time after work or day off with many different types of foods. The place so nice and clean and cute decorated. All the employees are so friendly and quick. We usually here every week. Highly recommend this place.

Pan fried dumplings from dumpling place and the ramen from the place up front

So cool! A mini Asian food court with literally everything you could want. We started at K Bap and got some delicious chicken (pictured) it was crunchy and the sauce was sweet and spicy and the chicken was made to order which is so delicious. Then we got dumplings at the place next door, we got the pan fried pork & chive dumplings, these were my favorite thing we ate that day. like a delicious soup dumpling, just so flavorful. Pan fried is absolutely the way to go. We also got ramen and yakisoba from the restaurant up front, it was good but maybe my least favorite of all the restaurants. And finally the boba place! It was soo delicious. Definitely sweet but flavor levels were adjustable! Food aside, everyone was so nice and recommended their favorite dishes at each restaurant! We definitely had some questions and they were more than happy to answer. The restaurant was like a super cute patio but indoors! Definitely gonna be great in the summer. Overall I'd say there's something for everyone!!

I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience Misleading & Poor Customer Service…read more I am writing this review because my experiences at The Food Hub located at 720 W. Highland Ave., Phoenix have been consistently disappointing and unprofessional, and management needs to be aware of what is happening at this location. Every time I come here, there is an unnecessary attitude from staff. Orders are frequently missing items, and instead of taking accountability or resolving the issue professionally, the employees immediately become defensive and rude as if the mistake is somehow the customer's or the delivery driver's fault. It is not. During my most recent visit, a Hispanic male employee was especially disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding a missing item, he refused to get one, dismissed me entirely, and literally walked away from the counter mid-conversation. That behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. To make matters worse, he claimed that I "always come in with a bad attitude," which is completely false. In fact, during my previous visit, the manager acknowledged their mistake and compensated me for it, which contradicts the claim that I am the problem. So which is it? If I were truly the issue, why did management previously admit fault and correct it? This location operates in a way that feels intentionally misleading. Customers believe they are ordering from legitimate brands such as Starbucks when in reality, this is NOT a real Starbucks location. The drinks and food are being produced through this food hub, yet customers are led to believe they are receiving authentic products from the original companies. That is deceptive and unfair to customers who are paying premium prices expecting authentic items. Overall, this business lacks: * Accountability * Professional customer service * Transparency * Proper management intervention It is incredibly frustrating to feel disrespected, dismissed, and misled as a paying customer. People deserve honesty about where their food is coming from and basic respect when issues arise--especially when the mistake is not theirs. I strongly encourage ownership or upper management to step in, retrain staff, and address the misleading nature of how this location operates. Until then, I would advise customers to pay close attention to where their money is going and what they are actually receiving. This location needs serious improvement.
