Nick came by amazingly in LA right on time Monday, 5/22/17 and began to work on my Laptop and which I could not logon. Nick restarted the laptop and checked my Avast and then went to my Desktop to set up my Video player and to have me order more megabytes for the Desktop. He also removed the dust from my Tower and made my desktop run faster with removal of items not needed. He is a real pleasure to work with and he will be back to install the megabytes. Nick was great! Modifying my review beccause I emailed him and called him a few times for some follow up quesitons and never heard back from him. We had issues with both of our computers and Nick troubleshooted, went down our list of things we needed done, and even went to the computer store for us to purchase needed accessories. Highly recommend and will know who to call if we experience computer issues again. I may try calling him again, but maybe he's moved on. read more

Nick is great. I have used him to fix my computer on two separate occasions. The first time was about 2-3 years ago. My computer had some viruses on it. I had tried everything. I had run all different virus scans and had gotten rid most of the viruses but there were still a few viruses that I couldn't get rid of and the computer was running incredibly slow. Nobody could seem to fix it. I found Nick on Craig's List. He was able to meet me the same day. He fixed the computer in less than 2 hours. When he was done with it, it was like having a brand new computer. It was running lightening fast. Instead of taking 45 seconds to connect to the internet, I was connecting in about 5 seconds. The second time Nick worked on my computer was earlier this week. This time I didn't even have to meet him in person. He was able to do it remotely and he fixed it in less than an hour. Once again, Nick Weiss to the rescue! Suffered a neighborhood power outage (no notice). Even after the power came on, the printers did not. Texted Nick at 9:30 p.m., and he was at the office by 11:00 a.m. the next day. Typical Nick, he fixed the problems with the printer, then went on to fix other issues I did not know I had, and ordered a battery for my back-up, saving me about $100 if I had to purchase an entirely new back-up unit which would have kept the power on. He is fast, has incredible skills, and his pricing is really fair. Plus, he is a great guy and easy to have around. Not related to his computer skills....he loves animals and always takes a moment to play with my two and a half cats. Best technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
