I really enjoy coming here for lunch. Sharon and Jennifer are so sweet and kind. The service is great! I love that they immediately bring out complimentary bread called popover with strawberry butter and chicken broth. Really nice place to sit on the patio to relax and people watch. The patio is mostly shaded so it's not too warm out there. The salmon tacos are soooo good and I love that they add a nice sized piece of salmon to the tacos as well so it's pretty filling. Great place to eat if you're visiting the mall or nearby!

One of the best pineapple burgers I've ever had was enjoyed here. The sweet potato fries were also very good. The cafe is large and bright. It has some really great views of the strip and all the way to the Sphere. We sat at a high top with the best views of everything and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately my girl didn't love her sandwich and the cookie I ordered for dessert couldn't be any harder. Even though everything wasn't great I would come back for my meal. It's a bit of a hidden location but worth finding. Service was very friendly.

Such a cute little upscale café inside Neiman Marcus at Fashion Show Mall. I came here with my coworker to celebrate her birthday. We had a reservation where our table had a nice view. The vibe is classy and calm. The menu is pretty limited, but the croissant pastry with the strawberry butter was amazinggggggg!!! It was easily the best part of the meal. Also, the little cup of chicken broth they bring out is such a thoughtful touch and makes the experience feel extra cozy and elevated. I ordered the chicken sandwich and truffle fries. They were just okay...not bad, but nothing incredible. The pickled veggie topping on the chicken sandwich was a little too overpowering for my taste and kind of took over the flavor. A hot chocolate chip cookie came out for my coworker and it was soft and indulgent. Very satisfying treat. The cookie and confetti on the table was a kind gesture. Customer service was amazing from the hostess and waitress. It's a really nice place to sit down, chat, and feel a little fancy while shopping. I'd definitely come back for the pastry and the atmosphere.

I'm a huge fan of the Nordstrom cafe and had never been to the Neiman Marcus cafe so thought we'd try it out. The cafe overlooks the Sphere and service was nice. We ordered and the waitress brought us each a small tea cup that she placed next to our drink glasses without saying a word. I took a sip and was surprised that it was chicken broth and not tea. It was very tasty and I enjoyed it, just not what I was expecting. Maybe she thought we were regulars and already knew what she was bringing us. A few minutes later she brought over a popover with strawberry butter. Again, no word, but this time it was more obvious what it was. We had zero expectations going into the cafe so these were all nice surprises. We ordered the hamburger and a turkey club and shared them so we could each get a feel for the food here. Our usual order at Nordstrom is the turkey club so we wanted to see which we like better. In this case, I felt that Nordstrom wins out on the turkey club. The NM one was very dry. We both ate our halves of the burger and decided after a few bites of the dry turkey to take that to go for later when we could add something more to it at home. All in all, it was a nice cafe and we will likely come back to try other things on the menu. We will not repeat the burger or turkey club.

Luckily I was able to find a spot at the bar. The day I was shopping in Neiman Marcus I didn't have reservations for the cafe but they were able to squeeze me in at the bar. It's a small little restaurant, but boy does this place fill up. It can get really noisy inside when it's full. The staff are nice and efficient. Each meal comes with a huge pop over. It wasn't my favorite and I found it really doughy and buttery but I'm sure that is what most people like about it. Everyone around me devoured theirs immediately. I felt bad not eating any of mine but that's ok. I got chicken salad but I didn't read the menu close enough to notice that it wasn't a salad with chicken but a salad with chicken salad on top. I'm not a fan of mayonnaise but that's ok too. I just ate the lettuce under and around the chicken salad. The lettuce was yummy and fresh of course. The salad had dried fruit and nuts on top which I really enjoyed. Luckily I got the dressing on the side since I didn't really care for it. Next time I will definitely get the soup (if it's something I like) or a sandwhich. Both those things looks yummy on other peoples plates. Overall, this is a nice little lunch spot for a quick bite if you are in the area. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is excellent.

"It's an amazing thing to revisit and remember what you thought you might of lost, then rediscover it again." After shopping at Neiman Marcus, you can truly work up an appetite. Glad that the store offers a place to come and sit and grab a bite to eat after so retail therapy time. Now that we are moving to a more digital world, you can make a reservation online for your dining experience. When we walked up this cafe is a busy place. We were added to. a wait list where they text you when the table is ready. It was only thirty minutes for our waiting time too. We had our choice to sit inside or at the patio, since it's winter time here in Vegas the afternoons become very chilly. We opted to sit outside all cozy under a heat lamp. This little cafe gets busy but while we were being waited on our server helped three other tables plus ours. The service was fabulous too. What more could you expect after an incredible shopping experience inside the store. After looking over the menu, it's truly hard to make a choice but in the end use your intuition. You will love your food choice no matter what. It's all great. The menu offered here is seasonal but most of the burger offerings rarely change. The salads are made fresh with many creative combinations. In the darkest times of the year here in the winter time we look forward to a little joy. Get out and enjoy some fresh cooked food and drinks and a little something for dessert among those that you love. Look around everyone is smiling and it's beautiful. Live life in the moment. Where will you spend your next moments.

Hawaiian burger and sweet potato fries were delicious.

Upscale cafe within Neiman Marcus with great views of the Las Vegas strip. Came in for a weekend day date and sat at one of the high-tops right on the wall-to-wall windows. People watching here is outstanding and there's a direct shot of the Sphere. Seating is very comfortable and cushiony. Let's get to what matters most. My mans Hawaiian burger was the best thing we tried. Very juicy and messy and topped with teriyaki sauce, cheese, and a grilled piece of pineapple that was perfectly caramelized. It also included tomato and lettuce and some of the best sweet potato fries we've ever had. My seasonal shrimp and asparagus soup was delightful and very creamy. The chicken salad croissant was very disappointing and served on bread that wasn't fresh. The salad itself consisted of shredded chicken and mayo. Couldn't taste any seasoning, no crispy factor from celery or nuts. No sweet touches from raisins or grapes. Zero fresh herbs. And my man ordered a cookie that we were told was soft. It was hard as a rock and our server said that sometimes they keep their cookies for up to 3 days. Any high end place like this should know better. So the overall experience was fab, our server was attentive, some things should be taken off the menu or reworked, the complimentary chicken broth is a lovely touch but hopefully that isn't happening during hot summer months and the fresh popover with strawberry butter should have been our dessert as it was fabulous. My honey latte was also great. Would return but never order the chicken salad or cookie again. Hopefully they listen and make some necessary changes. Solid 3.5 rating. Parking is free in the malls garage, you'll need to walk into Neiman Marcus and go to the second floor and near the children's area you'll find the front door.

*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2023 Menu *** What a hidden gem! I had read reviews from friends years ago, and I thought I had to give the NM Café a try. What better time than Restaurant Week Las Vegas. The starter is set, the main course has options, and dessert is set. I sat at the counter rather than take up table space. I had a good view out the windows toward the walkway over the Strip to Wynn. The bar keep, my server, was Jennifer, and she was a delight. When I sat down, the menus and my napkin were already set out. For the main course, I chose what their menu describes as their best selling dish for over 60 years--the Mandarin orange soufflé. The starter was a popover served with strawberry butter and chicken broth. The chicken broth was in a small demitasse (I know that sounds redundant, but the cup was smaller than a normal demitasse). Along with the popover, it was a very good start. The Mandarin orange soufflé is not your typical soufflé. Rather, it's a gelatin with Mandarin oranges in it. Along with the soufflé, you get a generous portion of chicken salad with slivered almonds, strawberry and apple slices and their bread of the day which was a little muffin. Dessert is the NM chocolate chip cookie for which they'll share the recipe if you ask. It's a large cookie. I was asked if I wanted it to go or did I want to eat it there. I ate it there. The cookie is served warm. Service was great! Jennifer was very accomdating and asked if I wanted an iced tea to go. The whole experience was perfect. A good view, good food, great service, and easy underground parking. What could be better. I'll go back when it's not Restaurant Week and enjoy something from the regular menu. The counter seating is very comfortable if you're dining *** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2023 Menu ***solo.

My daughter and I continued our annual tradition of going down to the Fashion Show and having a nice holiday lunch. Todays pick was the Neiman Marcus Café. We had a 12:30 reservation which gave us enough time to drive down and find parking which was surprisingly easy for Christmas week. We were promptly seated. The restaurant is not huge but has a nice airy feel to it. Big windows in the front provide terrific views to Las Vegas Blvd as well as the gorgeous Wynn Hotel. I need to dine here again when it gets warmer as they also provide patio dining. Our server Gordana was just so attentive, helpful and kind. She quickly brought out the first Neiman Marcus tradition which is a small cup of chicken broth to stimulate the appetite. Neither of us had tried this broth before and it most certainly did make me hungry. For drinks, I ordered a Matcha Latte however they did not have oat milk and I had to go with almond milk. Unfortunately, it did not work with the Matcha but I drank it anyway. My daughter drank a tasty, spicy Chai tea. The menu listed a variety of choices. We decided on a bowl of the Roasted Tomato soup, and we split the California Club sandwich. When our soup was served, we were provided with another Neiman Marcus tradition which is a light, fluffy popover served with strawberry butter. Oh my, so good and we actually dipped the popover in our soup which was just delicious. Our sandwich was so delicious and my daughter commented on how fresh the veggies tasted. The atmosphere, service and good food led to a joyful lunch and I will definitely return. If you go be sure and ask for Gordana as your server. She is the best!

When you first walk in you notice how open airy and CLEAN this restaurant is! The bar is incredible and they have a wide range of wine, spirits and specials! The bartender was attentive and funny - thank you Celeste the popovers are to-die-for & its obvious the manager Pam is invested in their Brand. I am so down with NMCafe!

Late post from our visit on Sunday, 4/23. I really love NM Cafe, I always receive excellent service and the food and drinks are always on point. With all the dining options on the strip, this is my go to spot for lunch. Popovers and the consomme are included with the meal and always delicious. Thanks to the staff for always going above and beyond. I really appreciate it.

First and foremost, we had amazing service at our lunch the other day. We popped in for restaurant week and were greeted by friendly faces and had an amazing server. Upon being seated we were brought some chicken consume (chicken broth), which was such a unique starter and so tasty. This was followed by a popover with strawberry butter which was also really delicious. For our mains we got the cheeseburger with truffle fries and the orange soufflé with chicken salad, their most popular dish for the last 60 years. That fact was so surprising to me because this was one of the worst dishes Ive gotten. I'm not one to send things back but the chicken salad was under seasoned and the chicken had an odd taste. The soufflé was interesting but more like creamsicle flavored jello, definitely not worth the $26 regular price. Our server was kind enough to replace this with the spinach salad which was delightful and tangy. The fries were also top notch. The burger was just ok. I'm pretty sensitive to the flavor of meats and the burger also had a bit of an off flavor (not spoiled just tasted funky). Not a big fan of the cookie either :/ Don't think I'll go back but I'm glad we got to have the experience. The environment was also nice. Very bright, lots of outside light coming in and a sun great service.

Sample of lunch menu! Not cheap, but the quality is very good!

Our waitress was super friendly and really encouraged us to try some things because we really weren't sure about the menu. She was super attentive and we really appreciated that. The reason I'm giving this a three star review (and I feel bad doing so) is because I genuinely hated the drinks. Like viscerally hated. The menu really was a struggle as someone who's a gin drinker. There wasn't a lot on the menu which I'm often used to, but the drinks were either cloyingly sweet or incredibly tart and bitter. There seems to lack of balance and there were a lot of really weird flavors that really didn't seem to go together. Now I can't speak on every single drink on the menu, but I did try a couple that are either premixed or on tap and I really struggled with them. I was excited about the ginger drink, and I was given a taste of their homemade ginger beer, and it felt like it was going to burn a hole through my stomach. Which is typically not my reaction to anything gender flavored. I just think the balance of flavors are not quite right and so certain things overpowered other flavors. I ended up really not wanting anything on the menu because everything was so rum based and I really don't like rum, so they offered to make me a cocktail with some flavors that I liked. They told me they had passionfruit, which I was really excited about. It usually is a really nice combination of sweet but not too sweet and good fruity flavor. I had a passionfruit gin drink made, and it was absolutely gorgeous coming out. Unfortunately, what I didn't know was that the passionfruit that they have is on the very sour and tart side (contained by a staff member later), which has never been my experience with passionfruit in the past. One of the things that I told the waitress was that I really don't like sour. I like citrus but not something that is so overly sour that it tastes like I'm eating a warhead. And the drink that was made for me had both lemon and this really tart passionfruit to the point all I could taste was this awful sour flavor. I felt bad and drank it and was not about to ask it off the bill because they were so kind about everything. The drink ended up only being nine dollars and I genuinely wonder if they undercharged me, but I felt a lot better that that's all I paid for it. Aesthetically it was beautiful, but it tasted horrible. I tried my friends drink, which was a play on a margarita with Mezcal, and that was also incredibly bitter and sour. I'm not someone who needs disgustingly sweet drinks, hence me not liking rum, but I do need a balance of sweetness with the other flavors. My friend thought her drink was OK, but she said she wouldn't order it again. I would definitely give this location another shot if I could figure out a drink that would work, but it seems their drinks either are very sour or very sweet and I'm hoping that at some point they will be able to find a good balance between the two.

They came out absolutely loaded with melted cheese, generous truffle, and plenty of toppings. Rich, messy, indulgent, and completely worth ordering. They were honestly to die for. One of the best parts was being able to use my $100 Amex Platinum property credit while staying at The Cosmopolitan. Ghost Donkey made it very easy to maximize that perk with a couple of great cocktails and the truffle nachos, which turned the credit into something that actually felt like a fun part of the stay rather than something I was trying to force myself to use. Great drinks, incredible nachos, and a unique intimate atmosphere. Ghost Donkey is absolutely a spot I would come back to.

My absolute favorite bar of all time! 1000000000000000/10!!!…read more I could live at Dark Sister!!! It is my go to place to hang out with the girls on a night out! If I am in the arts district, I am at Dark Sister (if they're open... sometimes I'm there in the day and they are not open yet and I am sad. lol) It's moody, it's witchy, it's got all the Goth eclectic goodness! I love how it is decorated!!! It's giving dark academia, mixed with a séances, sprinkle in a little bit of dried flowers and top it with a tarot card. They have such a variety of seating, they have large loungey couches in the front, smaller couches with chairs and tables as you go inside, long and larger tables for larger groups in the back, a massive bar area with seating, as well as a gorgeous patio with bar seating as well as tables and loungey bench areas. It is comfy, cozy, and an amazing place to just chill and hang out. The music is always perfect. The lighting is the perfect dark dim. I have never felt more at home somewhere in my life. It is my happy place. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. If I go there it makes me happy! I absolutely love that they have a mocktail menu and that they rotate the drinks every season. I don't drink and also a lot of my friends don't either and their mocktail menu is a winner every single time, I've never had a drink there that I did not enjoy. Honestly, I would love if they had more mocktail options than they already do. I'm really glad that they added snacks!! Their snack tray is amazing I get it almost every time I'm there. The only thing I would like is for there to be more variety of snacks! I do love the chocolate covered espresso beans but somehow, I am the one that ends up finishing them and then I don't sleep... which is definitely a me problem but like... they're addictive man... we need something else chocolate, like, of course keep the chocolate covered espresso beans, but like maybe chocolate covered raisins or chocolate covered berries? If you guys added a charcuterie board... take our money!!! My friends, and I would never leave, Take all our money!! Like a witchy charcuterie board!! I absolutely love that they have an outdoor patio now!!! It is stunning! Being witchy in the fall is going to be amazing there!!! I've been going there since they opened and from the moment I walked in I was in love. I have watched as this bar has continued to grow, and it only gets better with age. I adore the staff, they are so sweet! They have always been nothing but kind and caring. If something is going down outside, they are locking us in and keeping us safe. I was there one time when there was a shooting going on outside and they immediately locked the doors until it was safe for us to leave. I appreciate how much they take safety seriously! I really love that every single time I go there it seems that they have added something new to make it an even more fun experience! They have a lot of really awesome places to take photos! Definitely cute place to have a girly witchy photo shoot! They do a lot of of events and classes, I haven't been able to go down for one of their events/classes yet, but I'm really dying to go take one of the crafty witchy classes! I love that they're not only a bar, but they're also trying to build community! Dark Sister is absolutely perfect. PERFECT. It is all I have ever wanted and more in a space. I will continue being a happy loyal customer for as long as we both shall live. Thank you, Dark Sister for existing... and making my life complete.

I can't remember what I got, but 1 of my friends got the spicy drink that comes in a skull glass with 2 peppers to look like horns, loved the presentation! We had great service from the hostess to the bartender! There was a place across the way playing live music, so that was nice in the space. Not sure if we could hear music out there without it. I thought the prices were pretty average for a bar downtown. We also gave the photo booth a try inside and came away with 2 great strips. Great place to stop in for a drink!

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you have been transported into an underwater, tropical adventure somewhere between a Hawaiian island, a pirate ship, and an old school Vegas attraction. The decor is completely over the top in the best possible way: bamboo and thatch, carved tikis, glowing portholes, tropical artifacts, hidden details, and an artificial night sky that makes the whole space feel like its own little world. Every corner gives you something new to look at, so it is easy to understand why people come here as much for the atmosphere as for the cocktails. The Golden Tiki opened in 2015 in the former Little Macau space and was designed as a tribute to classic mid century tiki bars, with an especially theatrical, Vegas style twist. Its elaborate interior includes work from tiki artists and features a playful fictional pirate legend centered on Captain William Tobias Faulkner and the mysterious Golden Tiki. That sense of storytelling comes through everywhere in the bar's design. The service was fun, welcoming, and matched the lively energy of the room. Even with the place being busy, the experience felt upbeat rather than stressful. And the cocktails were excellent, tropical, creative, and exactly what you want in a serious tiki bar. If you are looking for a typical quiet cocktail lounge, this probably is not it. But if you want strong drinks, friendly service, and one of the most visually memorable bars in Las Vegas, The Golden Tiki is absolutely worth visiting. It is the kind of place that makes a regular Tuesday night feel like a mini vacation.
