I ordered the Hibachi, while the rest of our group enjoyed the Spicy Pork Ramen Bowls. We also shared the Man on Fire sushi roll, which was packed with flavor and was one of the highlights of the meal. The hibachi included a choice of soup or salad, and we all chose the salad. It was fresh and crisp with a delicious house dressing, but the real star was the house jalapeño sauce. It added the perfect amount of flavor and just enough heat without being overpowering. I found myself putting it on everything because it made every bite even better. The Yum Yum sauce was also excellent, but that jalapeño sauce is something I'll remember long after the meal. The service was equally impressive. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and our server was attentive from start to finish. The staff checked on us often, kept everything moving efficiently, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meal. This was an unplanned stop that turned into one of the best dining experiences of our road trip.
