We were greeted by super upbeat staff and just felt their energy was put into the food and drinks! We had the carpaccio, the octopus ceviche (onion rings were super crisp!) and the seafood paella. My friend wanted more seasoning which the staff gave us more pepper. I like the way the paella tastes and was able to have the jumbo shrimp with the juice on the side. The avocado sauce was smooth, creamy, and balanced everything out perfectly. It added a nice richness to the burrito. Overall, it was well worth the wait, and I can definitely see why this place is so popular. I'll be back, and next time, hopefully early enough to grab an order of churros too!
