Our company had an appointment with Ron this morning. There have been various leaks in the building when it rains. The Maintenance staff have not able to figure out where the leaks are coming from. When we met with Ron, he asked a lot of specific questions about the possible causes of the leaks. We found Ron to be very pleasant, professional & honest. Needed a broken dishwasher removed and disposed. And a new dishwasher installed. Messaged Ron and he responded immediately. Ron arrived a few hours later, 8pm on a weekday. Discovered at like 8:00pm on the Sunday before Labor Day that the intake pipe for our water heater was leaking badly, there was water everywhere! I tried calling a couple different plumbers first but they didn't answer. Tried Ron, he answered and said he would be right over. Like five minutes later he arrived, assessed the situation that the inside of the water heater was rusted out and discussed our options with me. We had already been considering a tankless water heater and decided to go in that direction. Ron pulled out the old water heater that night, came back on Labor Day to prep for the tankless install, then picked up and installed the tankless the next day (since the tankless was not available on Labor Day). It's very important to my that my water pressure is always strong. For the past few months my shower head has not been the same. I found this company through a google search since I was in desperate need of someone to come help us connect our water heater at my ice cream shop this is after 2-3 hours of trying to connect it ourselves. Ron came to fix a bathroom sink clog I had. I had tried to snake it earlier, which didn't work. Then I called another plumbing company who ran a snake 30 feet and couldn't clear it either. The other company told me they would have to send a camera down into the pipe and cut out sections of the wall. The next day, my wife found Ron through our neighbor. Ron answered my call immediately and was able to come out the same day. (Not sure that's always possible. However, he did mention he is 24/7!) He addressed not one but two issues we were having with our toilet. He patiently explained to me how the problems occurred and was able to fix both issues with parts in his truck. Ron had installed a faucet for me before. This time I needed the whole bathroom plumbing updated before installing new tiles. When he was done, even the tile installer was impressed with the work, pointing out all of the extra reinforcements for the pipes that plumbers generally skip. My tile guy told me that this way I can be sure that I'll never have leaks behind the tiled walls, which is particularly important since you don't see those until black mold eats it's way through surrounding walls. read more

I wake up on a Sunday to a running/cycling toilet.
