I really did like this company the first time they came out, they wanted $2k just to fix a leak on a condenser in a package unit. I couldn't afford that so I just had them tune my other unit. When the tech came out here I told him I was looking at possibly putting in a mini split and ask if they could install it if I got the unit, he said absolutely just call the office for the quote. Fast forward to 6-8 months later when I asked for the quote they told me they can't install it due to warranty and liability they have to install the unit new from their suppliers (I never asked them for a warranty and their insurance should cover liabilities)....This is obviously a choice they want to make to force profit margins so they can make more on the backend. What's even worse is I wrote them a long email with a link to the unit I had bought explained the entire project and their only response was "Unfortunately we only install new equipment that is purchased and provided by us for warranty and liability purposes. We do not install customer supplied equipment." Why not send a quote for your equipment package with that response so I can make the decision to go with them or install myself. Looks like I will be ordering a vacuum pump and gauges, another trade I can add to my "jack of all trades." It's really unfortunate that our second interaction had to go this way. read more

Wow if I could give 100 stars I would.. we had been in our new build for 5 years and I thought it would be a good idea to get a tune up. I joined the "cool club" for $100 which was a promotion in the paper they were advertising. A representative came out.. did what he needed to do and left. Easy cheesy... 1 month later I noticed the ac being really loud and then it stopped at 9pm! Luckily we had a relationship with them already so we weren't panicked. Someone actually came out at 945 pm! The problem couldn't be fixed by the associate so the OWNER came out first thing the next morning. After some investigation our motor was leaking and needed a new one. He noticed it was under warranty and got it covered for us- even tho we didn't register it when moving in (my bad..). They already had our motor in stock and had a guy scheduled later that afternoon. I'm so impressed by the professionalism and reliability this company has provided. We called "No Sweat A/C" on Tuesday, August 29 about 2 older A/C units that weren't working well. Donnie came over the next day to look at both. He diagnosed and repaired one unit within 10 minutes of his arrival. The second unit needed major repairs (new compressor) which would have not been economic to repair so he gave us an honest evaluation of the alternatives and answered our many, many questions. We had the A/C unit replaced on August 31 with a high efficiency unit at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again to replace our other 3 units over the next few years. read more

By Friday afternoon our Carrier unit was up and running. He gave us the best quote and the best equipment. Donnie is such a pleasant, personable and honest person. We were told that the team would arrive on Friday morning around 7 AM, They were at our house at 6:46, something unheard of in Las Vegas. We have been living here for 20 years and no one has ever arrived on time or near the time they promised. Donnie and his team were amazing. They were extremely respectful of our property. They put down tarps to protect the flooring and swept up any debris that they made while installing. The house was in perfect condition, when they left. Our house is a new a build... we noticed that our bedroom gets extremely hot in the summer, even at night.
