If you are in toe mood for a bagel, stop by! Lots of free parking in this area. There's a ton of ways you can have your bagel! I would have never thought of making a Texas Brisket bagel! The ladies were super friendly and nice in the store. Lots of standing room only if you don't mind if it gets busy. Super popular place for any type of bagel any time of the day! You can also get coffee or drinks inside. Nice ambiance with air conditioning you can be comfortable while you wait for your order.

    Terrible service.

Service recovery was provided, shift manager was apologetic to my husband and understanding of the inconvenience this caused. Thank you Noah's

I haven't been to Noah's in a few years so I was excited to go. I took my daughter for the first time, the selections are endless seems like. I was so undecided on what I wanted so I went with the bacon avocado egg sandwich but said no egg. Omg, I got literally 1 piece of bacon in the half that I bit into. My daughter went with the avocado bagel with bacon. I had no idea the bacon would be a separate charge of 2.29! Then I got 2 bagels to go, the jalapeño was more like thin hallow bread once it got cut, not a think regular bagel. Let's just say I'm not enthusiastic anymore about Noah's bagels.

Staff is nice but this is crazy

Noah needs to reflect on these bagels honestly. Staff are nice for the most part, Gina is always helpful and kind . But what kind of bagel even is this honestly.

    Roasted tomato SAUCE!

I've been coming to this location for many years now. I've never had any issues until last week. I ordered 2 bagels online. When I went to pick them up, I asked if I can have a side of the roasted tomato sauce that is put on my bagel. (I've done this MANY times and the workers have ALWAYS given it to me with NO ISSUE!) Not this time though. I asked the older lady whom apparently is the store manager, if I can have a side of the sauce. She say's that I had to pay for it. I said that it was fine. I walk over to the register and she tells the woman at the register to charge me for cream cheese. I said "why are you charging me for cream cheese when I'm not purchasing cream cheese?" The manager says that if I wanted it, I had to pay for it. I said "yes but you're charging me for cream cheese, I'm not buying cream cheese!" Anyway she wanted me to pay $3.80 for a small side of sauce! I told her no that I wasn't paying for something that I'm not buying. Charge for a side of sauce not cream cheese. I have attached an image of what she was trying to charge me $3.80 for.

Great service every time I go here and the bagels are always so fresh! As for sandwiches, the Nova Lox is by far my favorite. 5 Stars!!

There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. I moved over and got one of their attention since they were not going to come and assist (because you know, they were busy goofing off - there was no adult there). The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I got my order and left, got home and realized the burrito wasn't there. I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. And this was the last time. Management will read this and just laugh. They could not care at all. Time for poorly run businesses like this to be done.

This is not my first, second or third visiting this restaurant; I actually really enjoy coming here. My review is based on today's experience as well as every other time I have dined at Leila by the Bay. I literally have no complaints; as you can see the food was delicious. The service was great and the environment was cool, not super busy. Leila by the Bay is a good choice whether you're looking for an indoor or outdoor place to dine. We arrived on time and at first we were sat down inside and we asked if we could move outside and at the girl said they didn't have anything, and then we asked possibly the manager/owner (didnt ask him who he was) but he did check and there was one table but it didn't have an umbrella which we were okay with. So, it was nice that we were able to sit outside on a nice day. We all ordered the unlimited mimosas which were nice. For our meals, we ordered the Chorizo hash Benedict, the Corn beef and hash Benedict, and the burger. The Corn Beef Benedict was good, the eggs cooked perfect, the corn beef was pretty good, and the potatoes were crispy like we like them. The Chorizo hash Benedict was also delicious, it wasn't greasy like some Chorizo can be, and the eggs also cooked perfect. The only thing it could have used was some more Hollandaise sauce on them all. There was very little amounts on them all. The burger was cooked perfect and it was also good. Mimosas made up for it. Our food came out in a good time frame and the service was also good.

We had to talk to the manager because our waitress was not consistent with the pouring of bottomless. We lost about 30 to 45 mins of time because of it. The manager understood and granted us more time. I also did not like that fact that our finished plate sat on the table way longer than what they should have.
