It was not only ready for me, but the ladies were all very sweet with two of them helping me carry items to my car. (1) This location closes before the times posted on Yelp. This is a problem! (2) Preparing bagels in quantity is not their strong suit. Labor is specialized and doesn't cross over: Your large order can get hung up by the uncoordinated efforts of workers who stay in their lanes, even when it's busy. read more

So I usually order on DoorDash or if I'm out early I'll come get my breakfast sandwich.. but on this day ( 9/15/2020) @ 7am I ordered on DoorDash I received the order it was made wrong .. but I did put it in the instructions I called the store to tell them , the manager ( very nice and sweet ) said she made the mistake of it she would refund me and remake my order if I came in even tho I placed it threw DoorDash .. I told her I had work( from home) and I'm 9 months pregnant they felt bad so I went in they already had my refund ready and another coworker grab the manager and said mikeala is here lol she had her team to quickly to remake my breakfast correctly and she gave me a few treats because she felt so bad that she made me get out of bed and be this far along in my pregnancy.. she did amazing job customer servicing me and her team fixing the mistake and went beyond to make sure I was happy .. I forgot all of the teams names ( blame pregnant Brain) ( they all wore their names tags ) but the whole team should be congratulated because they acted in a professional matter .. they made sure I left with a smile this is how you fix a mistake by apologizing and do what you can in a professional work place .. I'll give them a round of applause because they set the tone. Because most places don't even care if they messed and they throw a lot of attitude.. but you guys did an outstanding job I understand we all make mistakes that's why I was extremely nice to you guys because I been in that same situation and I understand because I'm human too and I'm super nice anyways lol .. This is not specifically about the local store. This has to do with catering service and calling customer service. I asked them if they would do donations and/or discounts for catering for a local school in Pinole CA. I talked to someone and the said they would have the District Manager contact me. I never received a call. I sent several emails to their customer care address plus called back and still nothing. If this is not their policy, I'm ok with that. But at least have the courtesy to call me or email me and tell me that. So I will not be supporting a business that has that type of customer service. read more

I have been coming here for years. One thing I can say is the quality of their product is very consistent. Their bagels are always fresh, fluffy, and delicious. My favorite employee is Miss Rose! She has been here for years.... She is as sweet as sugar but you had better respect her! She is a woman who is not afraid to speak her mind! I have been more recently and there are some new employees who, I am sad to say, are quite poor when it comes to customer service.... That is why I am not giving Noah's five stars. I love the general manager, even though I am sure she has a TON of things she has to do, if it gets busy, she always comes out to the front line and helps out. A true leader. No other Noah's that I have been to (San Francisco, Berkeley, Albany) are as good as the Pinole shop! read more

Best noahs around!! It's usually pretty busy so expect a few min wait. They do get your order done pretty quick though.

WHENEVER i'm in the area, i stop by this place. The service is awesome, i've never had them mess up my order, it's always clean and i think they have free wi-fi as well. The coffee/latte is also delicious, if you're in this area definitely check it out. read more

Every single time I come to this Noah's Bagels location I get outstanding customer service. The manager or staff always greets you and makes you feel at home. I was surprised by how nice the manager Elizabeth is, always accommodating people's need. Besides the customer service quality, their bagels/cream cheese are my favorite! Recently tried the Olive Oil & Herb bagel and I cannot stop eating it (with cream cheese and bacon...YUMM). read more

Hands down The. Best. Noah's. The Pinole staff is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient, and the food is always tasty. Last night, I called to order a sweet nosh box, to be picked up early morning, on my way to an event about 30 miles away. Given that this location is usually packed in the a.m., I hoped to skip the long line by ordering in advance. The woman who answered the phone (I THINK her name is Stacy) went out of her way to assist me, and my box was ready when I arrived the next morning. i've been to this noah's shop 4 or 5 times over the years and every time the people behind the counter are unfriendly, rude and i leave there each time telling myself not to go back. good thing there are other shops around so i can avoid this one as much as possible. went in there today and it was awful. both women looked like they hated being there. neither one made eye contact with the customers and their service was very slow even though there were only 2-3 customers there. one woman did nothing while the other tried to juggle us in her unfriendly manner. read more

Customer Service is on point! The young lady that helped me, I can't recall her name was so friendly and helpful. I ordered several muffins and bagels, and she offered to put them in the boxes for me, instead of having me do it. My order was confusing, because I was ordering double of everything for 2 clients and I wanted it a certain way, and she never got annoyed and in fact apologized that she may have put them in the wrong bag. read more

We were enroute to Oregon and stopped for breakfast. The lady in charge (manager?) was incredibly accomodating. The 3 of us had a variety of Noah's coupons from the newspaper, and she let us use all of them in one transaction. This doesn't happen anywhere!! The women taking our order, Rose, was not very pleasant, i had to repeat my order three times for her to understand it and then had to point it out to her on the actual menu. Okay, so I've heard of Noah's but have never actually been. And after today I most likely will not return. So I'm already not feeling well, but keep a positive attitude. I go into Noah's first couple of minutes are good. They were quick to take my order. I said specifically "medium chocolate hazelnut iced no whip cream and a chocolate chip coffee cake". The woman's customer service was decent. I used to work in a cupcake shop and an ice cream shop and know what it's like when your having a bad day but I would never express that to a customer. She came to ring me up and brought me a HOT chocolate hazelnut. I said "sorry! I actually wanted this iced" she gave me the nastiest look and just walked away. Didn't say anything just walked away, informed her coworker (who seemed to be in a better mood than she was) that the bagels would be done in ten. Then made my coffee iced. And said thanks. That was it. While deciding if I was going to complain about her rude attitude I looked at her badge it said GENERAL MANAGER. I was shocked because if you're manager shouldn't you be leading by example? I just left I figured okay not great service but maybe the coffee and coffee cake would make up for that. The coffee was hardly iced and tasted like chocolate milk. They put way too many pumps of chocolate. I just threw it way . The two stars are for the coffee cake that was actually really good. However because of the awful service I got and nasty coffee I will stay faithful to Petes from now on! read more

Nice soft, yummy bagels. Great for breakfast, beats a donut anyday. Plus they are near Starbucks so you can get both.

I love the convenience of this location right off 80, and the staff tries really hard. But if there are more than a few customers, the wait times can be unbearable. The basic problem is that this is a very understaffed location (I actually can't think of another bagel shop with so few employees). I'd like to give it another try, but had to walk out 2 of 3 recent visits, so it may be awhile before I return. read more

This is our regular favorite spot for a quick breakfast stop. We always order bacon and egg bagel sandwiches and coffee. Liz and Rose are our favorite attendants. The place can get crowded sometimes with line of people waiting for food and drinks. Bagels are always fresh and coffee is decent! This was my first time coming in and of course I had to wait a little bit while the person in front of me figured out what they wanted and the people behind the counter scurried to complete the task they were working on. That being said the wait gave me some time to consider what I wanted and I could see everyone was working hard, I had no where in particular I had to be so I didn't mind waiting. Everyone I talked to was so sweet and friendly, and they even threw in a free cookie for being patient. I was definitely not expecting any sort of free anything! I will definitely be going back here because they have delicious bagels, plenty of cream cheese (I don't know what some reviews are talking about but maybe if you want globs of cream cheese specify you want extra to avoid dissapointment) and my pumpkin latte was delicious! In fact I was coming out of luckys and the smell of their Bagels drew me in...and they read made my day with their service and kindness and I know personally it is not always easy to remain so cheerful when you are slammed with customers in a cafe. i have always loved Noah's Bagels, but I will NEVER return to this one ever again. I know that this isn't the best neighborhood to go in with the friendliest people, but really they could be a whole lot nicer to their customers. Rosa had helped myself as well as the person right before me and she was so rude and she came off as if she didnt have the patience to tend to us.
