I've been wanted to go here with my boyfriend because his name is Noah as well, but I had no idea it was based of Noah's ark which I love!!! They played gospel music the entire time & I really enjoyed that, felt like I was at church. Their interior is pretty & well put together & they even have a merch store. I ordered smoked salmon Benedict, my go to fave in the mornings & it came with basic frozen store bought potatoes & cup of fruit with some variety of kiwi, pineapple, strawberry, & massive grapes. I really enjoyed my dish, salmon tasted fresh & the bread they use was super yummy & fluffy as well!! Delicious! I ordered cheesy grits & when it came out my partner & I couldn't help but giggle cause they just slapped American cheese ontop of plain, flavorless grits. I wouldn't want to order this again. We had meals both breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts we have had multiple times are solid. The salad that I had was really good except. My only complaint and it's not just this restaurant but many other restaurants do not carry olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I would absolutely recommend the pork shank. It is absolutely wonderful. My son loves their burger. The staff are always great and very attentive, but not overly so. Their mission is also fantastic for the cherry on top. I can't find anything bad to say about this place if I wanted. My experience was exactly what I expected from an establishment that donates 100 percent of their profits to towards charities focused on Forster care, human trafficking, and addiction. Right out the gate you are met at the door by staff welcoming you by opening the doors. The staff here can easily fit in at an upscale restaurant. The establishment itself was very welcoming. Very clean from the dinning area to the bathrooms. They also have a bar area right off to the right of the main dining area. Outside patio seating is also available with outdoor fans. The my omelet here was one of the fluffiest, well executed omelets the star of the meal. I also had the wings with Cajun dry rub which were delicious. Perfectly cooked and perfect balance of seasoning. Not sure if it they were but the sausage in my omelet taste made in-house. Soo addictive. I'll definitely be a habitual here lol. Had a lovely dinner here catching up with a friend! We were in the area and this place was on both of our hit lists so we decided to give it a go. We started with the wings and we chose the Korean sauce. These were pretty good! For our entrees, I got the lasagna and my friend got the shrimp and grits. The lasagna was a bigger portion than I was expecting, which I appreciated. I enjoyed it, but I wanted a little bit more of a flavor punch from it and from the garlic bread that was included. Similarly, I tried a bite of my friend's shrimp and grits and I thought the same thing: great but wanting a little something more from it. It was a weekday night so getting parking and a table was super easy. I really liked the ambiance, it felt casual but tastefully elevated. I was super impressed by Noah's Kitchen. The physical restaurant may not look like much, but I was told they're in the process of revamping everything. I has a subtle Noah's Ark theme. The have a full bar. The food was amazing for the prices. A huge pork shank is only $23! It would be double that anywhere else. The Korean BBQ wings were very tasty. My favorite dish was the salmon. It was cooked perfectly! I didn't care for the chimichurri it came with, but you don't need it! The brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful. They serve breakfast all day long. We tried the french toast and shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits had a little too much garlic for my liking, but it was still a great dish. I loved the french toast! You have to get the bourbon bread pudding for dessert. It will melt in your mouth! The best part is that they donate 100% of profits to local charities. They've been open for less than a year and already surpassed $100k in donations. The owner, Adam, is wonderful. Kyera was our server and she was great too. Easy 5 stars for some of the best brunch fare + service I've ever received. The WOW factor is they donate all profits to local charities. While traveling to Louisville for an overnight I used my Yelp app to search area restaurants. Noah's stood out for its strong reviews and delicious pics. Since it was pretty close to my hotel I settled in on trying. The area is an upscale mixed strip with business's that range from restaurants to brewery's. Parking was easy and the lot clean. I was shocked that the hostess greeted me and my party in the parking lot and opened the door for us. The ambiance was comfortable with seating for around 60 including a small outdoor patio. Concrete floors with high ceilings and unique lighting that dispersed light eliminating shadows was immediately noticed. The fish tanks were cool too. They offer a small bar. I requested a table. The host got our menus and waters. They serve brunch all day and will launch a dinner menu soon. They have only been open for a few months which shocked me because of their high review activity. The crowd was quite eclectic from young to old and the alcohol was flowing!!! Our waiter Laurent was immediately attentive with asking if we had questions on the menu. It was hard with so many things looking great! We were hungry and dialed in quickly on the dishes. Prosciutto omelette and steak & eggs. The restrooms are single use in the rear and gender neutral. I found it clean with proper supplies. I noticed returning to the table they also have a small merchandise rack of quality shirts with Noah branding. After only 10-12 minutes food pushed out and was delivered by Laurent. The omelette was plated beautifully with light fluffy egg presented beside Asparagus and small cup of fresh mixed fruit. My eight ounce NY Strip steak with scrambled eggs was a beauty and the surprise were the french fries. Laurent did a quick table check after a few minutes. After comparing notes and bites we agreed that they were equally quality dishes. Laurent did another table check for drinks and to confirm temperatures correct etc. Bring your appetite if getting the omelette. It was light and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked properly, had little fat and was a quality piece of meat and includes chimichurri for dipping. The eggs were tasty. The french fries were the wow factor with incredible seasoning and cooked perfectly crisp. Nothing was left. We asked for the bill which was quickly handed off. They have an efficient QR code to pay the bill which I did. I had to tip big for some of the best service I've ever received from Laurent. After talking to him we learned he has done it all from front to back house and owner of a pub. He wanted to make sure we knew all proceeds from Noah's went to local charities, over $40k in just months. The owner takes no salary, pays the staff and covers overhead. 100% of proceeds are distributed to charity. I've never heard of anything like this. I urge anyone reading this to give them a try and if your lucky Laurent may be working. read more

We had a reservation for Noah's Kitchen this past Sunday and were able to be seated relatively fast. Even though they were extremely busy, the waitress was great and checked on us multiple times. I ordered the Wild Mushroom Omelette. It was very good. There was more goat cheese in the omelette than I would prefer and not enough mushrooms, but I love mushrooms. Someone in our group ordered the Shrimp & Grits which they said was great. My husband ordered the Noah's Ark which was a lot of food and all excellent. Several of us shared the waffle. I enjoyed the smaller size of the restaurant although it is still a fairly good size. There was a buzz throughout the restaurant with people talking. We ran into several people we knew which was nice and gave it a lovely neighborhood feel. We will be back! read more

We tried to find a place that had some good breakfast without it too far from the interstate. We were pleasantly surprised to find this non profit organization that gives to charities. The food was delivered very quickly and our waitress , Ty was very sweet and attentive. It is a Christian establishment so the ambiance was peaceful. Found it on Yelp and had no clue till I read the menu that 100% of profit goes back to their non-profit that combats human trafficking, support foster-care and adoption services, and aid recovery from alcoholism. Wow, 100%?! Incredible. I recommend reservations during their busy times. We sat on the counter. We had the Breakfast Your Way which was a good portion. The biscuit was our only curve ball because it was a savory one and it was our little guy's plate. We had their Chicken Club which was really good. Fries were good too. We took a group of 18 for lunch on a Thursday, with Reservations. The food is outstanding, even if you are a hot brown connoisseur you're gonna love this one. Several got chicken and waffles. A delicious Smashburger.... You will love the chicken Parmesan sandwich and those fries... They are not Cajun but they're seasoned and delicious. Keep in mind, a full menu, breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrées. Staff very attentive, keep your coffee or beverage filled, and takes away dirty dishes as soon as you need. Here's the most exciting part.... 100% of the profit from this restaurant goes to human trafficking. We were told that just in the month of January, seven women were rescued. Phenomenal! Heartbreaking! They have a nice added side area that would be delightful in summer, however, it's totally enclosed and they were using it currently. He seated us and ended up being the server. They seemed to be understaffed. He was a great server though. My dad chose BBQ on the side while my mom got honey mustard. Me and my sister's sandwiches were night and day. Chips were good though! Her chicken was still juicy and tender while mine was dry and tasteless....the inconsistency was disappointing. My dad's tenders were also slightly drier than my mom's. The BBQ sauce was awful. Like someone took BBQ sauce and mixed grocery store honey with it. They could've at least used local honey! The star of the show was my mom's honey mustard. It tasted exactly like the version at O'Charley's. So good! Price wise, it felt expensive for the quality. Interior was well decorated, and we really appreciated the Noah's Ark theme. Server was courteous and prompt. As our dinner went on the fly situation got worse. After a brief wait dinner arrived. My wife's salmon Caesar salad looked appetizing and she said it met her expectations. My dinner: the good - risotto was creamy, brussel sprouts were crispy. The bad - the New York strip was not cooked or prepared correctly. There was no sear on 1/2 of the steak. The steak had been cut through almost completely in six different locations across the steak. It was mushy and pale colored. I ate the majority of the steak. It was not hot. Cleary whoever was cooking in the kitchen does not know how to cook a steak so there was no point in sending it back for another. Flies and bad steak - for that reason, I'm out. I'd heard so many good things about Noah's Kitchen that I finally decided it was time to stop in--and I'm glad I did! The first thing that stood out was the warm welcome. We were greeted like friends, and you could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed serving people. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent. My wife had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fried Brussels sprouts, and she loved both. The Brussels sprouts were especially delicious! Honestly, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so good that I could have ordered just about anything on the menu. Since I'm trying to lose a little weight, I chose the Chicken Cobb Salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. It was a beautiful afternoon, so we enjoyed eating outside, which made the experience even better. I've been twice now and had two very different experiences. Both times the service has been great, so there is definitely consistency there. The first time I went was for breakfast. It was pretty packed and I sat at the bar. I had two very well made boozy coffees and some chicken and waffles. They were both divine. The second time I went was at night. It was fairly empty and there was no true bartender. I'm assuming the kitchen was also short staffed. I ordered the charcuterie board which was pretty basic and likely pre-made. My group ordered multiple drinks, none of which were prepared well. My food, the mushroom risotto, came out cold. Overall not such a great experience. Absolutely LOVED Noah's!! Such a wonderful restaurant that truly gives its profits to those in need. The food is so creative & delicious. They offer breakfast and lunch options. The chicken and waffles were some of the best I've had. The waffle is as light and the perfect amount of crisp. The chicken was also a thin crispy crunch and super juicy. The berries were fresh and it came with a side of whip and bourbon syrup (they also have regular). The staff was so friendly and they had the cutest animals in the theme of Noahs's ark that you could purchase for 5 bucks as a keepsake. The Noah's theme really sparks a community feel to the dining representing all things Noah's ark. If you are not religious, it is not over the top and would not offend. There's really not much to say. This place is great! I was a little sticker shocked when I first looked at the menu but I will say the quality of the food exceeded expectations and worth the price. Arrived early on a Friday morning and thought it was closed at first but luckily it wasn't. The inside is nice and inviting and the service was quick and attentive. I've been wanting to try Noah's Kitchen ever since I started seeing signs around town advertising their opening. One particular Saturday, my wife and I finally had matching schedules and were able to meet there for lunch. There was plenty of parking available around noon. My wife arrived before me and secured us a table on the outdoor porch. When I arrived, I simply stepped onto the porch and sat down. Our server was very friendly and patient as we looked over the menu. I ordered a Mimosa, and my wife went with a Mojito. By the time our drinks arrived, we had decided on our meals. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, and my wife chose the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The food didn't take long to arrive. My dish came with four small biscuits topped with sausage gravy. Both the biscuits and the gravy were full of flavor, but what impressed me most was the generous amount of gravy. Most places serve a limited portion, but Noah's got it just right. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her sandwich -- I assume it was delicious since she didn't offer me a bite and completely cleaned her plate! In addition to the great food, we were also impressed by the fact that the restaurant donates its profits to charity. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the staff -- they were friendly, professional, and added to the overall positive experience. Our waitress took our drink order and while we were waiting and perusing the menu another waitress asked if we had been helped. When we told her it was our first visit she pulled up a chair, sat down, and asked if we had any questions. So super friendly, quick service . Our waitress was also super friendly, and sweet. We opted to aplit tge chicken tenders tgat came with french fries and added an order od Brussel sprouts. All food was served hot and fresh. The tenders were crispy but very juicy and tender. Fries were hot and crispy and the sprouts were well seasoned and very tasty. Prices were reasonable amd we had plenty even splitting an entree and adding the sprouts. Cool atmosphere, inside and outside seating, plenty of strip mall parking. Just wish it was closer to home. But we would go back if we were in the area again. read more
