I order here via Doordash sometimes, and every time my food arrives cold and late. I thought that it was because my house was difficult to find considering that I usually give them a generous tip the delay should be minimal at best. So I now meet with the drivers and have asked several of them about the delays. They informed me that they are treated rudely and poorly by the workers here and that all delivery and pick up orders are non priority. I saw this first hand when I went in person. They treated the delivery drivers with disdain. As if they didn't exist and were non helpful. The food is pretty good but the service isn't up to par at all. read more

Noah's Bagels make some delicious bagels and shmear. I've been to this location a couple times, and it is always packed! There are a lot of tables and seats inside, but every time that I've been here, they have been completely full. This last time around, we were able to snag a table outside. Everything that I've had here is great. My go-to is the jalapeno cheddar bagel with garlic and herb shmear. I also regularly get the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich with salt pepper and chives. You can make any of their bagels "thintastic" if you want less calories/carbs. If you bring in your own coffee cup, they'll give you a coffee for the refill price, which is great from both a price and sustainability perspective. Went on Yelp, found Noah's, and we made our journey. There was a pretty decent line when we got there....always a good sign. I decided on the southwest turkey-sausage....that is after my boyfriend was thoughtful enough to ask if it was turkey sausage or turkey and sausage. Very important for the non -pork eaters we are. It's hard to find a good bagel in Sacramento. I am not a fan of the fruit or candy bagels, prefer traditional poppy seed and other more savory types. So far the experience is good. Got our order taken, which included pastries, but the cashier (Sam) did not offer if we wanted those pastries warmed up, (by the way, if it isn't policy to ask your customer that, in my opinion, then you should... if anything, to go that extra mile) sadly. They offer a vast array of bagel flavors and spreads along with breakfast and lunch selections as well! Go figure people want to start their morning with Noah! We got the apple cinnamon bagel, a chocolate chip coffee cake, chai tea latte, and a coffee. More people poured in as we waited for our deliciousness. The apple cin bagel was really good toasted and warm, but I didn't get the schmear. Got to watch the belly! My chai tea was a bit too sweet, so it took me a while to finish it. I didn't bother to change it either, since we were in a deep convo. Coffee with cream was good though. Took the bagel out to eat it. It was completely burnt! I called and spoke with Grant the manager there. He was nice and told me he would speak with the employee who made my order. He also offered me a free bagel. I declined and told him I had not called to get a free bagel. My first time here and I didn't know what to expect. The staff was busy so good thing I ordered on the app. I had called to place an order so I wouldn't have to download the app for this one time use as I'm visiting from Southern California and wanted to bring my customers bagels. The lady who answered said she was too busy to take my order but directed me to the app. When arrived to the store I asked if my order was the one on the counter and it was four separate dozen orders so I had my hands full. I asked for the cream cheese and the lady behind the counter told me to help myself at the fridge area where you help yourself and went back to what she was doing. Another staff member by the name of Caitlin? I think I remember correctly or maybe it was Catalina? Either way, I was so impressed by her mindfulness. Sorry for not remembering but again she was amazing. She noticed the customer had just placed a large order and he probably had never been to Noah's bagels, she decide to take it upon herself to help me to the fullest. She answered my questions with ease and politeness and even went to the back and get more of the cream cheese that I wanted. Then she brought me bags for all of my bagels and an extra one for the cream cheese. She like everyone else was busy but she took it upon herself to see the value of taking care of your customers!!! Noahs Bagels dropped the ball on me today! I'm super bummed because I really love their bagels. I was very disappointed with my service today. The same couple who walked in after my boyfriend and I got their food, ate and left before us because of the incompetence of the cashier. I ordered a turkey bacon swiss on the menu on a poppyseed bagel. I asked if I could change the cheese to cheddar. The cashier either didn't listen or didn't know that was a menu item because she proceeded to ring each item on the sandwich up individually and charge me $1.75 extra for bacon....I asked if the bacon cost extra even though it came on the sandwich and she realized her mistake. It took five minutes to ring up two sandwiches, one with chips on the side and the other with fruit. At this location they ring you up at one register then have you walk four feet to another register to pay. Weird. So we walk to the second register to pay and two associates are just shootin' the shit talking away ignoring us. A little throat clear got his attention, I'm annoyed at this point and his upbeat personality didn't do it for me. I do have to say their iced coffee is pretty darn good, I drank that while we waited for the food. They put swiss instead of cheddar on my sandwich and gave us both fruit. So I walk back up to the counter to have it corrected and had to call out to be acknowledged. I'm standing there right in front of an employee and they didn't even look at me. I'm not standing here for my health! Come on. Food is very very good but service is lacking and is expensive! Twenty bucks for two sandwiches, tiny cup of fruit, tiny bag of chips and one drink. I keep trying chain bagel places, and I keep being disappointed. Not in the quality of the ingredients, how good their bagels are, or in the selection they offer. But the people who work there just don't give a crap (gross generalization, but this is my Yelp review, not yours) about what they're doing. Bagelman took his big broad hand and smashed my bagel flat so he could cut it. I paid extra for the spinach-artichoke cream cheese and there was probably a tablespoon of it on the bagel. They asked if I wanted it toasted but it looked like they had merely held it above the toaster and hoped it ended up brown and crispy. Just went to my local Noah's Bagel for some brunch, and what I received is far from satisfactory. Most days they are pretty on point. Polite, speedy, food fresh and ready upon your order. Today however they seemed to only get 2 of those right and one of them wasn't the food. The most important part I may add. Today my 2 egg bacon cheese bagel on sourdough had 2 eggs more green then anything else, but that's not all. How about egg shell?!?Or little pieces of foil (not what they wrap the sand which in) but INSIDE my sand which. Are you kidding me? Having subsisted on grocery-store bagels for lo these many years, I can say that this Noah's Bagels is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Let's face it: We'll never have a New York-quality bagel around these parts, but Noah's does a mighty fine job with theirs. From sweet to savory, the restaurant offers a wide array of bagels, sandwiches, and smears; you're bound to find something you'll enjoy. My vegan girlfriend and I were delighted to discover that they'll swap out the cream cheese for hummus on the Veg Out sandwich, making it an arguably better value than simply a bagel with hummus. They also offer a variety of espresso drinks (as well as coffee), so you can save yourself a trip to the nearby Starbucks. The facility itself is very spacious and inviting, with ample seating for groups small and large. The staff is friendly - and there are a lot of people working behind the counter, which keeps the line moving during the rushes. (This place hasn't been open long, but they're always pretty busy when I drop by.) My one gripe about this (and other) Noah's: Why does a simple bagel with nothing but hummus cost $3.55? I imagine vegans and lactose intolerant patrons would appreciate a more reasonable price than that - as well as the addition of a non-dairy cream cheese alternative. I do appreciate that they have soy milk in stock, which you can request for free to add to your coffee. Adding soy milk to an espresso drink costs 20 cents more - which is less than what Starbucks charges, but I look forward to the day that all coffee shops eliminate their soy tax. read more

The parking lot is a bit of a drag, with a weird layout that can be challenging when they're busy (which seems to be most of the time), so watch your six when backing out! I had the everything bagel with salmon Schmeer capers chopped onions toasted and it was yummy. To add to my calorie count I also had a blueberry muffin. I love the muffin top of the sprinkle sugar on top, and the tangy blueberries. One thing I really love is the coffee. I always drink the lightest coffee which is very smooth. I could drink it without cream, but I like cream. I've had the locks on previous occasions and I love that too. I've been going to various Noah's locations throughout Northern California for the last five years and I've never had a problem with the coffee. read more

Every location operates the same and the food quality is consistently good. I feel you have to go early to get the freshest bagels. Also to insure the best selection. The premium bagels are good but I don't think they are worth the premium. The smears are standard and what you would expect from flavored cream cheese. I always order coffee and it is smooth and rich with plenty of options on sweetners and dairy. I have ordered the lox sandwich with potato salad from time to time. This is a pretty good value. The sandwich is decent sized and comes with an ample amount of smoked salmon. It is not like a vacation style lox breakfast but it suffices. This location has good seating and is clean. Parking can get tite but it is never horrible. The staff is always courteous and the wait is never more than 5 minutes. I need to mention that the fresh parties are always good. My son loves the cinnamon twists. They seem to be always low on these. read more

This Noah's has been a usual Sunday hangout for breakfast. The service is normally great and the bagels and coffee are typically spot on. This morning we arrived at 8:30 for our normal order and after getting the bagels, sat down at the table near the front door. Several minutes later, there were a stream of Noah's employees making a brief trip out of that door and back in after spending several minutes outside. I stood up to look out the window after the second employee came through the door to see a guy outside with a Rottweiler mix dog and everyone being friendly to him and the dog, giving it a lot of love and pets. When I looked over at the second employee who came back through the door, they returned immediately to their post to keep on working. The successive folks from Noah's who walked out the door did the same with the exception of two who stopped to wash their hands and dry them before returning to work. While I did not notice if the first person who came back in washed her hands, the other two people of the four I observed went right back to work, handling customer's food. I'd love to congratulate the two who actually had the consideration to wash their hands after having them all over the dog as well as the owner for keeping the animal outside. You are to be commended. That said, if I ever see the remaining two people again on one of our Sunday visits, I'll turn around and leave. I'm positive that if the owner of this business checks the ceiling mounted cameras installed in your business between 8:45 and 9 a.m., you will verify the validity of what is in this review of your business.
