Pretty frustrated with the service, initially tried to place an online order for 2 days out but the system would not process it after multiple times. Decided to call in and after about 7 attempts finally got some one on the phone. It was a large order but placed it for 6:40am the following day. Showed up at 6:40 and was told it would be at least 30mins. They said they took in to many larger orders. When I asked why they didn't call in the morning to let me know they did not have a reason. Did not get offered any type of discount or compensation for being 30mins late. Will not be using them for any future corporate events. The service is shit. When I mean they screw up online orders all the time I mean ALL the time. Ever since the previous owner left the people working are beyond incompetent. For example just this morning out of the 4 bagels we ordered only 1 was correct. You are making bagels not working at the pentagon. And when I say this is so frequent I mean 90% something is wrong. They allow their staff to wear headphones and ignore customers. I once saw this guy who bought a coffee cup ask everyone working to refill the coffee gallon. It was nice, clean and quiet at 12pm on the Monday I went. I went for a quick and easy lunch with my sister. The bagels are always fluffy and fresh with many choices. They got my drink order slightly wrong due to my misunderstanding but they happily remade it for me. The variety of cream cheeses are amazing as well I highly recommend the jalapeño smear or the sweet honey almond one. I also highly recommend their caramel cold brew, I add half and half to it at their little condiment station and I'm happy as can be! We used to love this location when Sebastien worked there, fast, accurate, friendly, professional. He was missing today. Three young females working the counter and making the orders. We preordered via app but still had to wait 40 minutes in the store! A steady line of customers walked in which resulted in an annoying crowd of folks waiting patiently for their completed orders. Folks who just ordered got their orders before the folks who had PREORDERED!!! One lady mentioned that she had put in her order two days ago and was still waiting after we received ours! One of the workers was referring to a chart to check what ingredients go into the sandwich. No manager or lead person taking charge or instructing. Arrived cold and not well put together. They wouldn't refund the item, only giving me 3 dollars back for a single missing ingredient, even though it was nothing like advertised and missing more than one item. I had saved my money to treat myself on a day I needed it and chose this place after a friend recommended Noah's. Disappointed, and friend is too. Both food and service were terrible, including the other bagel which did not look like online images and was lukewarm, though the delivery person was friendly and professional and punctual. I stop by here at least once a week. The bagels are baked daily and the quality of food is great. I'm surprised this place only has 3 starts!? The service is fast. Maybe because of the 3 stars not many people visit, so the lines are always short. I usually order bagels and a container of smear, and this is perfect. Fast!!!! Ordered a veg no onions and gutted. On an everything bagel. Thats what I got. It was gutted and no onions. I tip after getting food even though the till asks for tip first. Nice clean restaurant too. They are next door to Peets. They have self serve coffee and a better selection of coffee and creamers. Including almond milk (anti-dairy). I go to this place all the time and have seen it in complete chaos, then Sebastian will come in (I'm assuming from break or lunch) and he gets everything back in order instantly. Wow, the people that work here just don't give a f-ck, and they make it a point to show you. During the ~20 minutes when waiting for my order today, I witnessed one worker purposely slamming customers' drink cups loudly on the counter several times, and other workers throwing customers' food/chips (literally throwing from several feet away) into bags with no regards to their customers' food or experience. When I finally got my order, one of our bagel sandwiches was burnt and we had to throw much of it away (see pic). We live close to this Noah's location, but have been going to the Pleasanton location recently because the service is much better there, and the food is also much more consistent. We go to Noah's probably 1-2 times a week and will be driving further to the Pleasanton location from now on. read more

I'm not really sure how to review this place. On one hand, the bagels are delicious and I really enjoyed the breakfast bagel with lox. The service at the counter is friendly and fast. On the other hand, the restrooms and dining rooms have been closed for a very long time I was standing in the lobby, trying to wolf down my half sandwich, and a gentleman who works there or owns the place was a bit rude telling me that the dining room was closed. They direct you to the Peet's bathroom across the pathway because the restroom is also closed. It does not appear there is any construction or reason for either of those things to be closed. I was in the mood for a classic bagel. You know? The kind that smells of buttered toast, bringing a warm aroma to the nose, and cream cheese cold to the tongue. I come in feeling great, ready to have this craving satisfied... the cashier was fine and I stopped by Peets while I waited. I come back and both entrances are locked, but the cashier comes and hands me my bag of bagels. Until I got them back and they weren't even toasted? That's the only instruction I asked for, and as demonstrated in my picture, toasted bagels should not bend like this. Also it wasn't cut in half which to my knowledge is typically per usual. I rated Noah's Bagels in Danville 1 star because of a bad customer service experience I had on Friday, March 11 around 10:20 am. I waited at the register for approximately 5+ minutes and no one was there to take my order. I eventually asked the lady was in the back preparing the bagels for customers if someone was coming to take my order.She responded someone would be with me shortly. Another lady came into the store while I was waiting and she commented she wondered if anyone was coming to take our order. She asked a man who was putting bagels in the oven if he could take our orders. A man appeared from the right of the register and said to me "did you not understand that someone would be with you shortly?" His comment was rude and unprofessional and I quickly told him I asked the lady for help and the lady behind me asked the man if someone could help us. As a professional Training and Development professional who has taught customer service training classes for over 30 years, if someone had told both the lady and me the man would be with us shortly and he came to get our orders, there would have been no need to have this conversation. I believe I gave the man a $20 to pay for my bagel, but he gave me change for $10. I told him I thought I gave him a $20 and he said differently, so I still believe he owes me an additional $10. As I stated earlier, I love Noah's Poppyseed Bagel and this is the first time I've had a bad customer service experience at this store location. I hope this male employee gets coached so he knows how to talk to customers in a polite and helpful manner in the future. read more
