This place is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. We are in the club so get some points for free items. Food is always fresh and yummy.

It was nice, clean and quiet at 12pm on the Monday I went. I went for a quick and easy lunch with my sister. The bagels are always fluffy and fresh with many choices. They got my drink order slightly wrong due to my misunderstanding but they happily remade it for me. The variety of cream cheeses are amazing as well I highly recommend the jalapeño smear or the sweet honey almond one. I also highly recommend their caramel cold brew, I add half and half to it at their little condiment station and I'm happy as can be! As I was sitting there like 10 different mobile orders came out with an iced coffee and each looked to die for, which is what ended up enticing me to order my own since I watched all these delicious drinks come out

Noah's Bagels is always great when we order by the dozen. But when we came in on a Saturday morning for a toasted bagel to eat in, we got this half burnt bagel. I can't seem to believe it's a mistake either, because wouldn't the burnt-ness be noticed when the cream cheese was being smeared on? Disappointed.

Two different bagels with barely any cream cheese- the others looked the same.

Our family orders the bakers dozen quite often but the kids wanted to eat there so we grabbed individual toasted bagels with their yummy cream cheese. First of all we could have gotten a bakers dozen and two cream cheeses for the same price so I won't so that again but unfortunately our bagels were barely toasted and scarce cream cheese. Huge bummer. I won't be ordering that again! Recommend for diy bagel at home but don't order from the restaurant and expect any cream cheese.

I get bagels from here all the time and love it. This time I placed a DoorDash order which normally goes well and is delivered fast. I placed it over an hour ago. It came cold and the wrong bagel. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel and they gave me plain. i will eat it anyway because at this point im starving, but if i wanted a plain bagel i wouldve just made one at home

    Jalapeño cheddar bagel

Genuinely what the hell is this? I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel with ONION CHIVE and they give me this piece of Sh*t with jalapeño spread and barely even any spread on it. Additionally, they also forgot my chocolate milk, and put it in someone else's order. Lastly, there has been so many hairs in the bagel I've ordered in the past. I came to this place over 10 times and I don't know the last time they got my order right. I hate this place and these workers.

They cheaping you out of a real lox bagel. Wtf is this?! Don't call it inflation, it's practically nothing on this thing

Good breakfast bagels and egg sandwich. Quick service with app. Nice clean, safe area.

    Free bagels!

I stop by here at least once a week. The bagels are baked daily and the quality of food is great. I'm surprised this place only has 3 starts!? The service is fast. Maybe because of the 3 stars not many people visit, so the lines are always short. I usually order bagels and a container of smear, and this is perfect. Occasionally, I'll order sandwiches and these are a little sloppily made. Too much sauce. Falls apart. Maybe instead of making a sandwich just pack it into a bag and I can eat it like tapas. Oh and if you fill out the survey on the receipt, you get 3 free bagels!

I tried their pick up option online so I could order and pay without waiting. The app even tells when your order is ready. I decided to build my own sandwich and ordered a roast beef and turkey sandwich on Dutch crunch with everything. Picked it up to a friendly greeting and smiles from all of the staff. Took it home to eat and wow this was a huge sandwich and full of ingredients. Unfortunately I noticed quickly it was all turkey and no roast beef. They forgot my meat. I sure hope they get it right next time. I should say that even without my roast beef this was an incredible tasty sandwich. Every bite got better and better. I honestly can say I haven't had a deli sandwich as good as this in a very long time. Probably the best Dutch crunch roll ever and so soft with the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness on top. This sandwich was pure heaven and so big but I was hungry and wanted to go right back for another. Still one of the best sandwiches in the Bay Area and I'm so glad there finally in my hometown of Pleasanton. I'll be back soon and very often I guarantee! It's a must try if you're in the area or even if it's a bit of a drive. Tell em Scotty sent you.

The problem I have is the average 45 minute wait times for my food to reach me from when I finished ordering. They are not making complex dishes, they are making sandwiches and have multiple workers working on them. Either, they are not working as efficiently as they could, in respect to their customer's time or how they are managing the orders isn't efficient enough. I would love to come here for lunch but I cannot wait my whole lunch period just waiting on the food and not have time to actually eat it. It's a shame because I actually like the place but it does not cater to time sensitivity for the average working Joe.
