A cute little spot for ice cream and drinks with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. I absolutely love their menu, especially the milk ice cream. It's so light and has just the right amount of sweetness, unlike many places where it's either too rich or overly sweet. My other favorite is the Biscoff Dalgona Coffee, and I was so happy to see they offer a decaf version, which is a huge plus for me. My family also loved the Mango Sago Ice Cream, it was refreshing, creamy, and full of flavor. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for unique treats and excellent service!

Decent sized menu for drinks and ice cream options~ Easy to order from kiosk or main cashier when busy. Ice cream and drinks were decent-we ordered the Mango mellow ice cream and I ordered a Paradise Crush. The ice crea had a variety of textures- jelly and corn flakes! Very cute boba spot with a variety of drinks and fresh cotton candy. Nice place to just chill with a friend in this area. Me and my friend got drinks and an ice cream cone. The ice cream was solid and enjoyable. For my taste the drinks were overly sweet. We got a biscoff matcha and a brown sugar milk tea. I could not finish my drink and the boba was overcooked. My friend had to get a second drink because her matcha was so sweet did not taste premium to us. She enjoyed her second drink it had mango foam and passion fruit inside. I would give this place another chance just order it half sweet.

Been wanting to try this place for months. We finally got to go a little after lunch on a Sunday. No lines, plenty of parking. This dessert shop serves ice cream and boba. Very cute inside, a lot of pink. Service was good. We were craving ice cream so we decided to try the mango mellow, it was SO good. Soft creamy mango ice cream with corn flakes and a type of boba I wasn't familiar with but it was nice and chewy. Servings are a good size. We also tried the pistachio ice cream and were not a fan, we couldn't taste the pistachio and it tasted artificial. The mango was the clear winner. Would like to come back and try their boba and the Dubai ice cream.

A cute dessert spot with fun flavors, creative toppings, and something for everyone. Stopped by Nobibi after lunch with Face, The Kid, and J for a sweet treat. I ordered the Mini Cloud, which comes with milk-flavored ice cream, freeze-dried strawberries, and a cloud of cotton candy on top. It was delicious and probably my favorite thing we tried. Face ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream. It came loaded with chocolate and kataifi, and while she enjoyed it, she said it wasn't quite as decadent as she expected. The Kid ordered the Brown Sugar Matcha with Boba and really liked it. Jhaneen went with the Oreo Crunch, which comes with corn flakes on the bottom, milk ice cream, Oreos, and fudge. She enjoyed it and definitely cleaned her cup. We also shared the Strawberry Cheese Tea. The cheese foam on top was amazing, but the tea itself reminded me a bit of a flat strawberry soda. The shop itself is bright, clean, and cute, and it's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Overall, a fun dessert stop with lots of options. Looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

I got the brown sugar sundae and we also ordered the cotton candy sundae that came with melon and mango flavor. Melon Mango Ice Cream Cloud: The melon was flavor was very artificial tasting and the mango flavor was very light. It didn't have much flavor at all. The cotton candy was fun though and all the desserts were quite aesthetically pleasing. Although don't be fooled! The cup doesn't go all the way down the paper cone, it just sits on top of it which was kind of unfortunate but funny to discover. Brown Sugar Boba Sundae: I enjoyed my brown sugar boba sundae. It was very sweet but the milk ice cream was quite good. The boba was also pleasantly cooked, not too hard and overcooked but a nice texture. Overall would come again to try their other desserts once in a while.

They have really good drinks here. We love the Oreo Dalgona coffee specially. We actually came back for it......to our disappointment, they didn't have it. So, we're a little disappointed, but lives goes on. I took one star out for this reason.

After having someone order from here and bringing it to work several times, I decided to come in person to give it a try. The place looks cute on the inside, and the staff looked chill. This time I ordered the Biscoff Crumbl. I've gotten it before, and it was just as good as when I got it before through delivery. This time though, the biscoff was slightly more crunchy since it wasn't sitting long. I would recommend this place to all my friends for a sweet treat!

The ambiance is fun and light hearted. It's definitely fun and chill and clean inside. Ordering is simple. I think the ice cream was alright but for some reason not something I would come back for. I would definitely come back for the drinks. I really enjoyed the coffee.

Aesthetic dessert spot serving up ice cream, smoothies, and boba drinks. We tried the Dubai chocolate and biscoff soft serve. Portions are def shareable. I think the biscoff one was better and it wasn't overly sweet. I love the cookie crumble topping and the corn flakes on the bottom. I wish they also have hot desserts like taiyaki or waffle cones. That would make this place 5 stars for sure! Kinda random but they have a trinket exchange box here which was pretty cool.

Order: 1 Dubai Chocolate 1 Mango Sago The desserts were pretty great overall. I enjoyed the Dubai Chocolate, although it was a bit too chocolatey for my liking. It was my first time trying it, and I didn't taste much of the pistachio flavor. I'm also not sure why corn flakes were added to the bottom of the soft serve. I was a little saddened that the ube flavor wasn't available. Customer service was good. We did wait about 20 minutes for our desserts since it was busy, but the two young ladies working did an excellent job handling everything. The ambiance is cute and matches the ice cream theme of the establishment. There is plenty of parking available in the lot, and there's a good amount of indoor seating. Overall I would definitely recommend. I would like to try other items on the menu.

Cute, cotton-candy-colored spot. I'm giving it 4 stars for now since I've only tried one flavor so far the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream cup. I usually don't finish my ice cream, but I finished this one... so yeah, it was geeewdd. Prices seem reasonable too. We came on a Sunday and it was packed, which probably explains the slow service, we waited about 25 minutes for our order. The place looks clean and really bright, so I imagine they have to stay on top of keeping everything spotless.

This Nobibi is located in a big and busy plaza on a generally busy street. Parking may be a bit hit or miss here, but they are located more off to the side of the plaza, so it is not as high traffic on this side. I had been to their SoCal location before, so I had higher hopes for this spot. We ordered the Oreo Crunch Ice Cream and Roasted Milk Jasmine with boba. The ice cream was okay - it was not as creamy and there is not anything special about it besides the chocolate / Oreo on it. The milk tea was just okay too - it did not have much of a floral jasmine tea taste to it, it tasted more like a roasted black milk tea instead. read more

If you're in Hayward and need a sweet fix, you've gotta hit up Nobibi! The Mango Mellow: Seriously, get the Mango Mellow. It's super fresh, creamy, and tastes like actual fruit, not that fake sugary stuff. It's the perfect tropical treat. The Vibes: The decor is 10/10. It's basically an Instagram dream--very pink, floral, and bright. You'll definitely end up taking photos of your cone before you eat it. The Staff: Everyone working there is so warm and friendly. Very crafty, tasty, delicious boba drinks at a conventient Hayward plaza that has Cane's In N Out, Sprouts, Chipotle, etc... The staff is very friendly and attentive even though the place was busy. We were greeted right away and the cashier helped us order by answering all of our questions in detail. In the end I got a very delicious Dalgona Milk Tea Brulee with boba. I'll be coming back soon to try out more of their unique creations read more

We decided to visit this newly opened store after seeing that they were on soft opening. We were excited to try their products because we were particularly drawn to the Dubai Chocolate and Biscoff flavors. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Although our order and payment were processed correctly, the ingredients in our order were noticeably lacking compared to what was expected. We also observed that the staff seemed overwhelmed and panicked, which may have contributed to the long waiting time for service. Reminds me of the fancy beautiful, expensive slime kits that all the little girls were into a while back. Tastes even better than it looks. Had the mango mellow and it has plenty of mango, a mango sauce/syrup, boba and crunchy cereal. Even though cereal is on the bottom it was still very crunchy. Came to try out this place since today was really hot and was near my school. The place had a few customers and was pretty quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, so service was quick. I did a make-your-ice cream and it was one of the best ice creams I had in a while. The staff were very friendly and prices were reasonable as well, but they only take card (so no cash). Overall I would recommend this place for some good ice cream. Just keep in mind that if you ordered with cone, the cones are wrapped with a lot of paper and can get messy quick, so have a lot of napkins or do cups instead. read more

My 6 year old ordered the mango sago, and said, "I loved it, it is the best." I ordered the boba ice cream and it was pretty good too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved the drinks and it's a beautiful place BUT I agree with a comment below. The girl with the glasses is RUDE and seems like she doesn't wanna work there. Example, rudely puts my drink and spoons on the plate that pick up happens. Attitude on the other was a different story! She needs proper training!! I came to know about this place from my community what's app group.My daughter and I got Mango Mellow and Dubai Chocolate ice creams and they were absolutely delicious. I don't think I ever tasted mango flavor ice cream this good. It's a must try item whenever you visit Nobibi. The ambience and the service were really good. I recently visited Nobibi and decided to try their ice cream. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The ice cream didn't taste good at all the flavor seemed off and it just wasn't enjoyable. I was really looking forward to it, but it ended up being pretty disgusting. I hope they can improve the quality and freshness because I wanted to like it, but based on this visit, I wouldn't order the ice cream again. read more

We been here 3x's since they opened. 'Twas a hot asssk day during one of their soft openings and it was busy af. We couldn't find parking in the lot behind them so we had to find a spot in the lot over near a pet store. There were at least 20 people ahead of us. And you know a place is good when Asians are willing to wait in the sun for drinks. It was hella packed and busy inside. My boo ordered the banana pudding matcha and I ordered their Hojicha matcha float. I love the green hue of their matcha and soft serve. That deep green is an indicator to me that they got that premium stuff. The wait to order was long because I guess people are indecisive but the drinks come out pretty fast. I was surprised how fast and efficient they were during the soft opening, too! Despite the overwhelming amount of people inside we were able to snag a table near the door. The matcha soft serve was strong in flavaflav but wasn't too bitter. I'd say it's a level 3.8 out of 5 intensity wise. As it melted I mixed it in with the Hojicha. The Hojicha was nutty and toasty with a hint of caramel. It's a good drink to sip on if you want some caffeine but not really, since it's not as strong as matcha. The banana pudding was thiccck and had good banan flavaflav and it intermingled well together with the matcha. My boo said he really liked it and finished it pretty fast. They were open on 4th of July and had regular hours so we came out to try their parfait and strawberry/matcha latte. We went with the vanilla matcha swirl soft serve parfait. They have 2 restrooms at the back of the shop if you've consumed too much soft serve. Overall, urban knows how to do their matcha. Good lattes and soft serves at a decent price. Finally, the late night boba shop has returned for us owls to burn the midnight oil!…read more After the pandemic, there hasn't really been any place in the lower East Bay open past 10:30 pm on weeknights at the absolute latest, and many shut their doors even earlier than that. Since my creative juices usually flow in the wee hours of the night, and I absolutely hate working from home, this has been problematic for me. Now my dilemma has been solved! Housed in the former location of Tea Moment, Cool Tea Bar has completely revamped the interior with bright lighting and natural light colored decor. Gone is the Kei Truck filled with snacks, but the video games remain, and they are completely free to play! Now you can be Mai Shiranui in King of the Fighters to your heart's content. Cool Tea Bar is a regional chain with a few locations in other parts of the Bay Area and Sacramento. Pre-Covid, I remember going to the SF branch (aka My Cup of Tea) when I worked out that way. It is also like a throwback to the early 2000s "aZn era," when shops were packed with Jolin Tsai lookalikes and real ABGs (not the gentrified, watered down version nowadays). Jay Chou's latest CD blasting from the Onkyo surround sound system was the unofficial soundtrack. Modded JDM whips from crews far and wide also graced the parking lots. In this current day and age of fancy drink concoctions with various toppings, foams, and ingredients, and establishments trying to one up each other with over the top decor, Cool Tea Bar is a breath of fresh air that keeps things simple. The bobaristas are also super polite and very efficient. They speak fluent English, Cantonese, and possibly Mandarin (I have not tested). Each time I visit, there is a middle aged auntie, sometimes an uncle, and always a younger girl. Perhaps it is a family operation? I can't say for certain though. Oh, and the drinks? Absolutely splendid! As mentioned above, it reminds me of what boba cafés used to serve in the early 2000s, and that is a blessing! I usually get the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, no sugar, no ice! It never disappoints. Best of all, whereas at other trendy shops, a tiny thimble of a cup will already throw you back 6 or 7 bucks, the large size here for a cool $6.50 (before toppings) is absolutely gargantuan, almost like the Big Gulp at 7-11! As far as the snacks go, this is where Cool Tea Bar slightly deviates from the "throwback" narrative, as they offer Mochi Egg Waffles in various flavors for us gluten sensitive folks, and also Croffles! I haven't had a chance to try the Croffles, but the Mochi Egg Waffles are quite delectable, and pretty much taste like the real HK style "Gai Daan Jai" (雞蛋仔). They also offer popcorn chicken and some rice bowls, so you can have a full meal here if you like! What we really need here is the States is the 24 Hour study cafés like in East Asia, but logistically, that might not be feasible. Until then, Cool Tea Bar will now undoubtedly become my new remedy for insomnia. Now if we could only bring back the JDM rides and real ABGs...

My boyfriend wanted to get a waffle, but he didn't want anything was fake added in sugar and wish the honeydew was actual real fruit as opposed to a fake syrup. Oh well, I'm sure it's easier and last longer as a syrup form than fresh Squeezed honeydew. The lady at the register was very sweet and polite and we were surprised on a Thursday. This Boba shop was open until midnight. She said on the weekends it was open until 1 AM! Crazy!! I'm very clean and bright with some video games and music in the back for you to play or even board games with friends. They gave the Asian vibe of night markets in Asia. I really truly miss traveling and checking those spots out. So this definitely reminded me of a night market in Asia. Hee We didn't get any teas so I haven't tried that yet, but when we finally got the waffle, we took a couple bites and they were crisp, but not as crispy as we would like it to be. We took the waffle home with us and as we ate another piece towards the middle, we found out the waffle wasn't cooked all the way!! We tried to refry it in our air fryer, but it fried the waffle too much and honestly, it was just a waste of money at that point! I'm not too sure if I'll go back and get a waffle, but I'll definitely try the tea next time around. Hee
