Whatever else you order add a skewer or three. The pulled pork was tender shreds of beautifully smoked meat. In the words of Jen the sides are perfect to balance all the richness. Pickled papaya & carrot salad with Cambodian style fried rice which has an unexpected delightful coconut cream to add another component twist to the dish. Everything we tried was awesome! Is that a huge deal? No. Is it annoying to pick off or out of your mouth? Yes. The regular salad and the veggies were almost all cabbage. I ordered the salad assuming it was some lettuce blend, but it was all shredded cabbage and I found that a bit disappointing. On the plus side, I still tasted the salad dressing and it was delicious! The tri-tip has always been a favorite. Recently they started doing pop-ups at breweries, and we've been stopping by to grab dinner. It takes us to breweries that we normally don't go to, which is nice because we experience something new. My new favorite is the jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon. I also always get a Frito pie and Mac and cheese, but make sure to get tri-tip to go for leftovers.
