Decided to walk around and explore Piermont on a Saturday morning. After checking out the area's nice views, cute shops and several options for food, we thought Reilly's pub fare would be a great choice. And we were *so* right! [[HIGHLIGHT]]A great Irish pub with incredibly warm service, great atmosphere and realllly good food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We kicked things off with a spice bag - a total delight with amazing curry dips. We also split Brussels sprouts- deeply charred and tossed with an abundance of walnuts, craisins and bacon. We also split an enormous baked potato stuffed with short rib and Swiss cheese. Everything was super fresh, big portions and really well priced! Their menu is extensive and definitely worth exploring some more (I'm looking at you, Guinness pancakes). Our waitress (Kelly?) was great...we really enjoyed our visit and have plans to return!

My friend and I visited Reilly's for a post-wedding Saturday brunch and to enjoy the area since it was a beautiful autumn day. We arrived right after they opened and ordered some mimosas to kick off our day. The server was quick to keep 'em coming, and you know I think mimosas in hand = happiness. They do offer cauliflower (gf) crust, so we decided to go with pizza. The truffle pie was delicious, and I loved the ratio of veggies to cheese, it was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant picked up business quickly and got quite full as we were midway through our meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would highly recommend making a reservation if you're planning to visit on the weekend, you don't want to miss out.

Absolutely loved this Irish pub! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentic, with friendly staff and great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The highlight for me was the Kilkenny beer -- perfectly poured, fresh, creamy, and absolutely delicious. It's not easy to find a place that serves Kilkenny this well. The food was excellent too, and the whole experience felt genuinely Irish. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for great beer, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

I hate to be the girl to say run don't walk but fr go here ASAPPP bc the Irish spice bag and pizza are both specials and the same with the seasonal drinks!!!! Incredible food. The service was also absolutely 10/10 and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the inside of the place it's so cozy and clean ![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Abdul, our bartender, remembered my name, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. It's those personal touches that create a memorable dining experience. During our meal, we accidentally ordered the wrong paella. We knew it was our mistake and never intended to ask for a replacement. However, the owner overheard our conversation and immediately stepped in to make it right without hesitation. That level of hospitality and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about how they treat their guests. The attention to detail extends to the bar as well. Their Old Fashioned is made the way it should be--with a large ice block that keeps the drink cold without watering it down. As John Taffer often says, "If an Old Fashioned doesn't have a large ice block, they're not paying attention to detail." Basque clearly does. If you're looking for outstanding food, exceptional service, and a restaurant that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Basque. Give it a try--you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is known for authentic Spanish small plates, generous paellas, imported Spanish ingredients, decadent desserts, and wonderful warm bread to start your culinary meal with. Abdul and Roberto make a perfect drink, whether it's a simple Espresso Martini or their house-made sangrias. . All this in a warm and friendly setting. The seafood paellas are portion perfect ie; large, the tapas favorites include garlic shrimp, octopus, croquetas, Iberico ham, lamb chops, and seasonal specials. Because the dining room is relatively small, expect a noisy environment. Weekend waits can be long because of this restaurant's popularity, but it is so worth the wait. If one arrives early, there will be no problem with sitting at the bar or nabbing a table. The staff is friendly, the clientele is neighborly, and you're guaranteed to enjoy your restaurant experience here. For Piermont, it's one of the strongest dining experiences available, particularly if one enjoys sharing plates. If you're going for the first time, I'd order the garlic shrimp, a few tapas to share, and one of the paellas for the table. Thank you Benny for bringing Piermont to our neighborhood. *For those across the river in Westchester, enjoy Basque in Tarrytown.

The restaurant is beautiful and has great views. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Most of us had different whole fish. We had never been there and he knew from asking on greeting us. After placing our meal order he told us we needed to modify it because a main entree was required for the table we had reserved by the water. (BTW, that specification wasn't on the online reservation request, but whatever). He proceeded to edit out the items he thought we didn't want to eat, and instead of backing off to let us make new selections and returning, he stayed at the table and told us to "just order" the recommended fish of the evening. The junior waiter was way more attentive and kind to us than this jerk. Food was ok, little under seasoned. Won't be returning. ADA note: This place doesn't seem very wheelchair accessible - tight corners trying to get around the dining room tables, there is a step up at the main door and then again to get up to go towards the bar/main dining area. Ladies room doesn't seem large enough to accommodate a wheelchair either.
