My friend & I signed up for the Intro to Yeast Baking class and I learned so much. The Kentucky Millstone is located in Butler, Kentucky. Chef Lori taught our class and was she a breath of fresh air. Excellent teacher and so nice. They have a multitude of classes to choose from as well as artisanal baked goods with ingredients from local farms. We got to taste the goodies we made and take home not only so many delicious baked masterpieces; but, an entire batch of dough to make even more delectables at home.
