I hate having my picture taken but she was able to make me feel comfortable and eventually natural in front of the camera. Prenup photos were part of the service and she met us for a shoot then encouraged us to do another the following week at a spot where the light was better. On the wedding day she met with my wife beforehand to capture her and her sisters getting ready while her husband was with me at the venue photographing the set up. Updated review:…read more Since my last review, Sarah finally reached out to my husband and me and promised to send our full gallery. She did send a link but, unsurprisingly, the gallery is still incomplete. We are still missing major parts of our wedding: the ceremony, family portraits, reception, groomsmen getting ready, and even some bridal party photos. She claims the gallery was completed at the beginning of March, yet here we are in April with missing photos. When we follow up about our concerns, responses are extremely delayed and always the same: "I'm trying my best to get your photos done." At this point, it has been 7 months since our wedding. I did not hire a photographer to wait this long or to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication. I strongly recommend not hiring her if you expect timely delivery and a complete gallery.

She took the time to prepare them, pose them, and make sure they felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire session. The photos were stunning! This time around, the session was just for me. Devi knew I had wanted to do a shoot with her for years (since 2021), and she actually remembered. As promised, she reached out when she received grant funding for a special project documenting dancers and movers and invited me to apply. I am so grateful for the opportunity--and for the incredible photos. She keeps to her word and follows through. I appreciate that. As a photographer, Devi is a true professional with an impressive range. I was blown away by the body of work displayed throughout her studio. She has a remarkable eye for movement and for photographing movers, which is no easy feat. I'm a photographer myself, so I especially appreciated her approach.
