Another win for the Austin beer scene! The beers are constantly rotating, lots of new stuff coming out constantly. Loved the vibe and decor of this little tap room. Really had a great atmosphere and very welcoming vibe. Bartender was really funny and knowledgeable, you could see his passion for the beers. Great place to grab a beer or two. Super fresh place. Great vibe in an upcoming area. Wide range of styles. Everything from Kolch (was tapped out) to an New England style IPA. Solid beers true to style. Glad I was able to come during a slow time and just chill. Dan is the man and watch this place, its about to blow up. read more

These guys, you just have to root for them. I was here one time while in town for vacation. If im back in Austin, im back at Nomadic. Great people with great beer and unsuspecting great food. Peak season is a top tier hazy IPA. Radberry was a great sour that was sweet without being fruit juice. I think it'd satisfy both the tart lovers and Kettle sour seekers. I was saving my appetite for a BBQ heavyweight but after tasting my girlfriend's turkey pesto I totally regret my decision to not get food. The whole thing was a delight. The flavors and texture all come together to deliver one heck of a Sammy. Definitely a destination to stop at! read more

I've been to Nomadic twice and left deeply impressed both times. Nomadic is a brewery that understands that you can't just toss 25 mediocre beers at a guest and hope something sticks. Every beer I've tasted has been robust and complex. Also bringing me back is Maria, my bartender at both my visits. Maria remembers her regulars by name (not just me) and it's obvious that she's passionate about the art of brewing beyond reciting memorized specs. She's the consummate and exceptional brewery bartender. Tremendous service and great recommendations by her and the staff. Great product and great service, and I wish Nomadic nothing but great success. read more

This was a cute place nestled in a corner. I am glad that we stumbled upon this little brewery. We tried a few of the in house beers and really like them all. The place is very open and inviting and lots of seating. It is also dog friendly inside. The seats were wooden and a little uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more beer options, but I will definitely be back another day. read more

Well the sandwiches are bomb, the beer is bomb, but after a year of requesting a changing table.. speaking to the owner and him promising a changing table .. coming back multiple times and no changing table .. I'll have to just go to every other brewery that Can accomdate mother's... sorry of our neighbor booth that had to smell shit next to us but we had to change in the booth ‍ read more

Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here since they opened and it's always been a great experience. Great panini sandwiches, great beer, and great environment! This is a very low key/quiet location, so if you are looking for something "hype" this isn't the place for you. But I still highly recommend stopping by for at least a drink. read more

This place is fantastic and never disappoints! I dont really call myself a beer person by any means, however I love their drinks and cannot get enough of them. It seems like they have a new brew on the menu every week or so. Its really easy to follow their IG page for the latest updates. I love the atmosphere of this place (picture clean and industrial). During the current pandemic, the patio is open for seating and bonus points for afternoon shade! This place is fairly small for anyone who is wondering, and their menu has about ten beers on tap usually. I recommend checking them out! read more

This brewery has a SOLID beer selection. I don't believe I tried anything I didn't like. The owners were also friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere is fantastic and it's a nice little spot to sit and get some work done or chat with friends over drinks. Nomadic is also a coffee shop, which makes it heaven on earth - coffee & beer in one place? Yes, please! The brewery also features fresh flowers on each table, adding a nice little touch. The flowers are beautiful and I was surprised to see that they were real! The place is also dog friendly, so be sure to bring Fido! read more

Beer options were great, enjoy the setup. The bartender... she was a bit unwelcoming (brunette). I walked up and mentioned it was my first time there, awkward silence. I was literally the only one in the there, business casual, could've said something in return.. anything. Of note, two ladies walked in later and implied they were new to the place, they were greeted with warm friendly chat & recommendations. Later I was obviously lost looking for the restroom, same lady looked at me and looked away. No, can I help you or it's right over there. As someone who lives in South ATX, I always have to drive up north if I want options for indoor dog friendly breweries. Nomadic is right by Congress and Ben White, which is an awesome location for me. Skull mechanix was my only indoor dog friendly option before (which I also love, but is great to have choices). The guys who own it are great. I love the feel of the place. It's a good size, not huge, but not tiny either. The beers on tap are good. They have a Korean food truck outside of you're hungry. Inside they have games and free dog treats. So glad this place chose this location and allows pups inside with the a/c. read more

We went to Nomadic on a quiet weekday night. There were only about 8 people there, so it was very chill. Our bartender was really great and got us set up with a flight. I really enjoyed the Peach Sour. The menu did seem hop heavy to me, which is not really my thing. I was happy to see that they carried Argus cider. The space was bright and clean. They have board games. The restrooms were nice too. There wasn't a food truck when we were there, so unsure if they serve food when there isn't a truck. A friend later went for coffee and a scone and said it was great! read more

Excellent beer, exceedingly cool and friendly staff. The atmosphere is a little sterile inside, but outside is better. It's kinda fun to watch the local tweakers wandering about, as the neighborhood is still "developing" (to be polite). Nomadic has an excellent variety of ales and IPAs of varying hoppiness, each of which is very well-made and distinct. All that's missing from the tap list is a Pilsner, which is a bit disappointing given the Texas heat. Otherwise, it's a solid, off-the-beaten-path brewery that I highly recommend visiting. read more

Nomadic Beerworks is such a hidden gem!! Their beers are hand crafted and taste AMAZING. We were on a brewery tour and we started with a flight. Everything we tried was so mind blowing we had to stay! The peak season and south swell beers were some of our favorites. In addition the food is a great balance between freshness and greasiness which is perfect for buzzed eats. I will be taking beers home with me for sure! read more

Great location and space but the beer was nothing special or interesting. In a city with a constantly growing craft brew scene, you really need to step up your game when entering the space. The staff working were all very friendly and informative. We loved that we could come inside with our dog on a hot day. The coffee sounded nice but we were not in the mood for it. And we loved that they made a michelada though it was just so-so too. My husband and I said we would both go back for the location and space, it would be great for meeting up with friends. read more

LOVE the Peak Season IPA. This place has a great atmosphere... inside and out. They have spend a lot of time putting this place together and I think they nailed it! The staff is AWESOME! They are very friendly and attentive. Their beer is insanely good and I have yet to find one I don't like. A must stop if you are in SoCo and need a beverage. They have an outside area to sit down and have a glass or two during these difficult times or ask to take a few to go. There is no excuse not to stop! You won't regret it! Cheers! read more

My sister was in town and introduced us to her friend's brewery. The place is a hidden GEM and has a great vibe. It's intimate and warm. It feels like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of Austin. It's a great relief from Thanksgiving shopping at H‑E‑B an hour ago. Excellent service, excellent beer and can't beat the company. Oh I forgot to mention they have paninis and pretzels. We tried the sweet prosciutto and the rueben. Ask for extra prosciutto. You can't go wrong with any of their beer. Try the flight to choose your favorite! Must visit. read more

A wonderful local business! I am not much of a beer fan, but they were able to recommend one closer to my preferred taste and let me try some other samples as well. Dog friendly, but only a few picnic tables outside. They also have great coffee, if you go during the day it is nice and quiet! Friendly staff as well. read more

I've made a few beer-to-go visits to Nomadic recently and have enjoyed all of their beers. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and they have a good selection of beer styles. I'm looking forward to visiting the tap room. I've filled my growler with Silver Fin, South Swell, and Weatherbreak. All of them were excellent. I'll definitely be back. read more

After coming to Austin for a trip to my auto detail where I decided to go on a beer excursion. My second stop was Nomadic beerworks. They've only been around for a year and a half but brew the beers like a professional. They were extremely good and the staff knew exactly how to describe them to a discerning palette. I had a stout, golden ale, and red ale and all were phenomenal. I took a 32 ounce crowler to go and will come back anytime I am in town. read more

I adore Nomadic Beerworks. We discovered them just before the pandemic, and were so impressed with the variety and expertise of their beers. We love the Peak Season IPA, the Hillside Pecan Red Ale, and the fact that they often have Fairweather ciders on tap. Nomadic also reminded me how how much I love Little City coffee. All in all this place is magic, and you should stop by their taproom or snag some curbside crowlers ASAP. read more

Eccentric brewpub specialized in creative small batch beers served in a one of a kind taproom. We’re currently serving beer on our outdoor patio beer garden and to-go! We are laid back, family and dog friendly. I’m addition to serving our own beer, we also have a full coffee bar plus other alcoholic beverage options such as whine and cider.

Established in 2019.

Our brewery just opened on May 2019. We are two brothers who always had a dream of opening a business together. Once we both realized our obsession with craft beer, the decision to open a brewery was solidified. After years of planning and hard work, we are open for business! We built the brewery, crafted the beer, and now we are both behind bar pouring the beers. What a Journey this has been!

Meet the Business Owner: Daniel T.

Co-Founder Dan and his brother, Bryce founded Nomadic Beerworks as a way to explore their two favorite passions, travel and beer. Often these lines blurred as they backpacked around the world in their mid twenties. A craft brewery was something that they both had been talking about for ten years before finally sitting down to figure out how to get their dream off of the ground. The brothers bootstrapped this operation in a major way, building all of the interior and exterior fixtures as well as setting up the entire brewing system. Daniel and Bryce are still very active in the business. Dan performs all of the design, marketing, and taproom management. Bryce is the head brewer, cellar man, and production manager. If you come by the brewery, chances are, you’ll run into one of the founding brothers since they basically live at the brewery. If they aren’t in back working on their next big project, they are behind the bar pouring beers and chopping it up with the bar patrons.

This time was a post-game rally after barely surviving Two Step Inn as Wyatt Flores, who had his set cancelled due to the inclement weather, and Evan Honer announced they were gonna play some songs in this honky tonk. I was there. It's a great bar and venue with pool tables, a large bar, plenty of seating, a decent stage, and a nice outdoor space. Before Wyatt Flores took the stage, there were plenty of people dancing and two-stepping, but it transitioned into a regular concert once Wyatt came out. Both were great energy. One thing I noticed was that for Austin prices, their beers weren't too pricey and were decently affordable. That's what I love about a honky tonk! The coffee is spot on as at the other location. Shared an iced butterscotch latte with my boyfriend and it was yumx2. There are similar interior decor elements but the exterior spaces differ slightly. Saltillo is more industrial and city. This location is huge with lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor. They've got a mini food truck park (3 trucks), koi pond, chickens, nature, etc. It's definitely a great spot for families with kids and larger gatherings of folks. Just like "our" location, service is exceptional. Everyone was so good to Sir Benjamin. He was so relaxed and chill during our hangout. It's that peaceful vibe that comes with good service and pretty landscaping.

Plenty of parking when I went, prices were reasonable, and portions were just right for me. Highly recommend trying one of their light beers or the beergarita. Great spot to hang out after grabbing food from the nearby food trucks. I'd definitely return.

The point here, besides being old & lame now (vs. just lame), is that I'm more selective about pizza nowadays. I'll gladly spend a little bit more to get something a lot better and Aviator absolutely nails it on this front. Aviator excels at the basics. The crust and the sauces are expertly executed and provide the perfect foundation for anything you get here. The classic pepperoni is a can't miss crowd pleaser. Their take on the Margherita strikes the perfect balance between the basil's herbaceousness and the the mozzarella's mozzarella-iness. Their love letter to garlic, the "Flying Garlic", will be a canon event for the garlic lover in your life. My go to is the Ground Control. A perfect supreme pizza, in my book. Grab one of their salads to round out the meal. They do not disappoint. As many times as I've been here, I have yet to stray from the pizzas but look forward to trying the sandwiches and calzones. The service here is great, too. Attentive and responsive if you have any issues with your food. Tip them generously - they are great. The layout also lends itself to get-togethers with friends, loved ones, and those you keep around but hold a healthy disdain for because you fear confrontation. If you're South of Ben White and east of MoPac, Aviator is the spot for pizza. In the words of my daughter "it eats, no crumbs".

Who doesn't like cold pizza! It definitely did not come cold! Pipping hot ! Perfect amount of sauce and a nice thin crispy crust. They even added parm cheese and pepper packets on the side. A great addition! It was loaded with tons of pepperoni! They did not skimp on pepperoni or the cheese! I would say the service they put into making this pizza was totally 5 stars for sure! I will be back-hopefully to go inside for the full experience.
