We did not want to do that without knowing what the problem was. Texas electrical connect sent Fernando to our rescue! He was super polite and courteous and considerate and very methodical and diligent in his troubleshooting. He figured it out (no holes needed to be cut!) and was super efficient and tidy with his repairs.
