We called Texas electrical connect after a different electrician couldn't figure out why 3 outlets…read morein our kitchen went dead even after 2 hours of "diagnosing" and told us he would need 6-8 hours at $175 per hour to diagnose the problem and cut a bunch of holes in our Sheetrock. We did not want to do that without knowing what the problem was. Texas electrical connect sent Fernando to our rescue! He was super polite and courteous and considerate and very methodical and diligent in his troubleshooting. He figured it out (no holes needed to be cut!) and was super efficient and tidy with his repairs. He took the time to explain to us what had happened and clearly explained the recommended repair and cost. So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al.
