Ordering was quick and easy and received food fast. If you're gonna grab anything here, make sure it's the pesto sauce and always order the gelato (options rotate weekly). Alright let's get down to it, by unpopular opinion, the food was honestly overpriced, it tasted good, but not to the point to bring me back. I'm glad I tried this spot, but it did not stand out. Loved the pasta! My boyfriend and I ordered pasta and then shared a meatball sub, which was way too much food but we were excited to try everything! I recommend the vodka pasta sauce, it's so tasty! The meatball sub was decent, but not my favorite as the bread was a little to soggy for my liking. Love! I was a little nervous to eat a pasta dinner before a 2.5 hour stats class--would I fall into an uncontrollable noodle nap?! Buuuut, the portion was so perfect that I felt great all night! It's the same design as Ceres but inside: walk up to a counter, choose your sauce and your noodle (they have salads and other things, but to be honest, I didn't look at that part of the menu), get a drink, pick you gelato, give your name, when they holler it out, sit and enjoy the deliciousness. Food is good! I'm not very knowledgeable in "authentic" Italian food, but my taste buds enjoyed it! This is the second time here and both time the service was very meh. Employees both times had no delight in their faces or tone. The second time here the employee really seemed like we were intruding on her day, almost annoyed to have to say hello and take our order, so that was a bummer. This place looks so cute and I'm glad it opened up recently. I was a little hesitant about the prices but I'm happy to report that the quality speaks for itself mostly. The only reason I'm not doing five stars are the meatballs which were disappointing for the added charge. However, it was a surprisingly big meal that I couldn't even finish (still got dessert though). It was my first time trying Noodies and I'm completely disappointed and disgusted, after hearing so many good things. I ordered the pesto pasta with fusilli style noodles and found one long black hair in my pasta and i was forgiving cause sometimes stuff happens but when i continued to eat my pasta i found 2 more long black hairs. I have red hair and Ik it's not mine. I almost felt like someone had to have been brushing their hair over my pasta, cause how would so much and up in my pasta?(obviously a joke but how do you get so much hair in my food) Just so gross, please put your hair back when making food it's not that much to ask! A little disappointed with the overall experience. I was in town and decided to give this place a try. I got a simple Cacio e Pepe with burrata and cesar salad. 1. I paid extra for burrata and did not get it. So I drove I had to drive back for the burrata and while I was there I also noticed that I was missing the bread. Minus double stars for having to drive back. The food was okay. Just okay. 2. The Cesar salad is expensive for what it is. $8 for a small batch of lettuce and croutons. I would skip it. read more

The customer service was refreshing, they went above and beyond to make everything right for us since a couple of pastas were too salty to eat. Besides that the flavor was really good, we ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce another with bolognese, the mac and cheese, meatball sub and caprese sandwich. At the end we had the salted caramel gelato with popcorn, panacotta and chocolate chip cookie, all really good, but the Gelato was probably the best I've ever had. I'm a pasta person and loved the idea of the place, but would be afraid to go back to salty pasta again considering it was a bit pricey. Maybe I'll give it a couple of months because it seems worth it if they get that part right. Plus that type of customer service deserves a second shot. read more

There is so much to love about Noodies! The name itself is such an eye-catching double-take driving down Speedway and it always makes me giggle. I'm so glad my friends brought me here the other night. The menu is my favorite kind of menu: simple, straightforward, can't go wrong but you have lots of options for mix and match. I had the fettucine noodies with vodka sauce and meatballs. The pasta was beautiful, the sauce was *chef's kiss* and the meatballs were so-so. The pasta and sauce stand on their own well enough, I probably would not opt for them again. We also got the antipasto salad and it was so good I would go back again and snag one for lunch ANYTIME. It was a truly delightful salad! OHH and the mango gelato: wow. It was vegan but it had the perfect tang on the back of the palette with silky smooth creaminess that made me want to go back for seconds. Their portions were perfect also: the salad we split three ways and we each got our own pastas. The gelato we got two to go and split it three ways and we were perfectly satisfied. My friend got the fettuccine with the tomato basil sauce and she said it was "very simple but very good" and my other friend got the fusili with vodka sauce and Italian sausage. Overall we were satisfied with our meal and for the three of us, the total was $69 without tip. If I go back I will get the same pasta/sauce combo, but I would love to try their caesar salad and their birthday cake gelato. I can't wait to see how Noodies grows! read more

The aesthetic of this place is super charming, I love the wall art on the outside and the display of dried pastas everywhere put me in my happy place right away! There were no parking spots available so we parked right next door at the 7/11 as others had done so I was surprised to see there was still ample seating inside. There are very simple menus at the front, I ordered and found a seat. Cashier was very nice! A bit but pricey, paid 70ish dollars for two pastas, two salads, two canned sodas (no refills), and leaving a 18% tip. My name was called at the pickup counter and I grabbed my food, the portion sizes are very healthy! Food came in to go containers which I love for the sake of convenience, just had to grab a lid at the food pickup station. My sister got the pesto rigatoni and both of our pastas were heavyyy on the salt. And I'm usually a salt lover! Besides that, both sauces had really good flavor. My pasta was served more on the cold side but not enough to be worth asking for a remake for. Our salads were delicious! I loved the lemon vintage on the arugula pasta. The gelato machine was down so that was unfortunate and the only pints available for sale were saffron flavored. OMG heaven! All of the pasta dishes are amazing! My favorite is the pesto- reminds me of summers in NY when my mom would make fresh pesto from our basil garden. The gelato is so so so amazing.
