The vegetables were cooked perfectly (nothing was under done nor over cooked). The sauce was tangy and sweet and the level one spice was perfect!!! For dessert we got sticky rice and mango along with coconut ice-cream! The desserts were probably the best part about the menu! The ice-cream wasnt as smooth as I like but there was this salty coconut sauce that paired beautiful with the soft coconut flavor. It was my favorite of the day. The sticky rice was nearly perfect! It also had a salty coconut sauce that was perfect with the sweetness of the mango and sticky rice. The thai ice tea was great! It had none of that bitterness that is common with Thai tea. They do have guidelines, but it's really all about what you want. Then you drop your bowl and they cook it on a huge cast iron grill. I don't opt for the AYCE option, since I don't think I make it worth it. It's a popular place for the military, as it's close to Fairchild AFB and I believe they also give a military discount.
