We stopped by on a Saturday night. Originally we planned on carrying out but on the phone, they warned us that it would be over an hour wait for that. So we decided to just come in and eat. There were plenty of tables available when we showed up and the waitress was doing a great job. I got the chicken pad Thai and my friend got the pad see ew. Both were perfectly spicy but both agreed neither were the best we'd ever had. Overall, good service and very affordable dishes.

Ok, we used to go to Le Brothers and were a little bummed they closed. We've driven by this place several times and wondered... Well we now know this place is 100% AMAZING. The owner serves, answers the phone, and maybe a little bit of everything else, but the food for our pickup was ready on queue and the flavors were off the charts. It makes me wonder about that random 1 star review. I digress... the place pretty much still looks like Le Brothers, and being in a strip center with a skinny parking lot has its disadvantages on a busy night but do yourself a favor and check this joint out!

I have eaten here now 4 times since their soft opening and have not been disappointed once. I caution that you need to be prepared for a longer wait than other restaurants, but this isn't a bad thing because your dish is being prepared fresh just for you! The first thing I try at any Thai restaurant is their Tom Kha and finally since moving to Washington have I found one that I truly enjoy besides the one I make myself. Everything I have eaten here has been great. My one complaint, which is with most places, the spice level never comes out as spicy as I would like.

Very attractive little restaurant. The Drunken Noddles were not "drunk". They did not taste very THAI, more like "American Taste".

Her warmth was genuine, her recommendations were spot-on, and she had an incredible ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Lily checked in at just the right moments -- never intrusive, never absent. She remembered details from earlier in the conversation, kept the energy upbeat, and handled a small mix-up with our order with total grace and a smile. That kind of poise is rare. We had a group of eight and there was a lot of "not ready yet" which the staff handled with ease. Food came out quickly but mostly all at the same time. We had a few items that came out later but it was reasonable and expected. Ambiance is very nice, simple but elegant. You would feel comfortable coming in dressed up or casual. Let's get to the nitty gritty, the food quality was very good, taste was a knock out. The pasta and sauce was good enough that I was looking for specific tastes so I could recreate it, that's what I hope for in a restaurant! And there was fresh bread, oh how I could wax poetic about fresh bread and so few restaurants are on this very simple add. Dessert - I'm always hypercritical of crème brûle because like bread it's pretty simple ingredients but takes some care, Muzuna's nailed it. All in all you should stop in for dinner and you won't be disappointed!

Tonight two people of our party had pho and one said it was the best by far, and the other felt that our usual haunt in Hawaii was more to her liking. I wasn't able to taste their broths but by smell alone, it smelt really delicious. My dinner, the boneless sweet/sour chicken with fried rice, was a good sized plate. (See attached pic). So much so, it will be a decent snack later on tomorrow in the form of leftovers. The service is what I want to also comment on. The staff was very welcoming and the food came out fast. Please also note that their "spring roll" is what most people call a summer roll. Their deep fried spring roll is called an "egg roll" on their menu so make sure you know what you want and order accordingly. All in all, it was a great experience and we will come back again on our next visit.

The steamed dumplings weren't my favorite to be honest. They were dense and slightly dry. The crab ragoons were amazing though. The outside was crunchy and the filling was creamy and well balanced! For entrees we got the yum gai tod, the siam crunchy chicken, and sweet and sour (chicken) The yum gai tod was very fresh with a beautiful zesty flavor! That being said - you have to eat it with all the sides otherwise the chicken is much too sour. It was crispy and everything was super fresh. The sweet and sour (chicken) can have any kind of meat. The veg were cooked well, tons of sauce (maybe too much), and the chicken was not fried. The spice (level two) built up nicely and wasnt overwhelming. The sauce itself was balanced and appeared to be homemade! My entree, siam chicken, was no doubt the best! It was saucy and crispy! The vegetables were cooked perfectly (nothing was under done nor over cooked). The sauce was tangy and sweet and the level one spice was perfect!!! For dessert we got sticky rice and mango along with coconut ice-cream! The desserts were probably the best part about the menu! The ice-cream wasnt as smooth as I like but there was this salty coconut sauce that paired beautiful with the soft coconut flavor. It was my favorite of the day. The sticky rice was nearly perfect! It also had a salty coconut sauce that was perfect with the sweetness of the mango and sticky rice. The thai ice tea was great! It had none of that bitterness that is common with Thai tea. All in all I will be returning!

It was vegetables and herbs and pork wrapped in rice paper. It was really refreshing and the sauces; peanut, sambal, and chili were so good! But they were 14 dollars and barely had any pork... The bao buns were good, the pork belly being really great. The bun itself was not great, but the sauce in the bao made up for it. But it was 12 DOLLARS for TWO small sized bao buns! The kalbi was tender and really nicely charred. The flavors were nice with a sweetness that paired well with the smoky flavor and was probably the best dish over all. The bombay chicken also had a really nice flavor, but was so dry it was nearly impossible to eat. I got the ko moo yang which is a marinated pork dish. The flavor wasn't exceptional - it was also dry. We did get sides; marinated greens, egg, radish, and noodles but the portions sizes for them were comically small. I swear there were 6 macaroni noodles. The Thai tea was overly sweet and this was mentioned-! they only had coconut milk and told us that but it was so chunky, a sort of curdle milke texture, it was hard to suck through the straw. Our service was very slow and a member of my party had mentioned that she didn't eat spicy food and so the server didn't bring over hot sauce for the rest of the party who do eat spicy? Plus it was very slow moving which was strange because there was no one there, like it took ten minutes for two drinks which were sodas. We arrived there around 3pm and left around 5pm. It didn't have interesting decor but the windows did allow a lot of natural light out. While I didn't pay attention two members of my party noticed that while the lobby was clean - the kitchen wasn't.
