Been awhile since I've returned. Great improvement on service. Friendly, fast and they speak fluent English. Food fresh and fast. We were in and out in 30 min. Ordered our usual noodle salads. It's Saturday night and not very busy but at least we weren't uncomfortably alone like in the past. Nice there was not silence while we ate as before, however they had 80s music on, loud and inappropriate for dining. It was a strange mixture but like we always say, it's Asian. You sit among dusty fake plants, household ceiling fans, pillars left over from the last restaurant, probably Italian. Def not a decor well planned or themed. As long as the service stays this way, friendly and attentive, we will be back. *tip - front entrance always looks closed, it isn't. Only on Tuesdays are they closed. read more

The menu looked extensive for vegetarians, so I was excited to try it. I ordered pan fried noodles thinking it was actual thick noodles. But it was actual fried rice flattened into little cakes. It did not have much seasoning or flavor. My husband had pho which he said was average tasting and not a generous portion. There was one server so we had to wait about 15 minutes do our order to be taken, but not an unreasonable wait for the food to come out. read more

Noodle Saigon had fantastic Pho. We learned after we finished that the top grouping of Pho dishes on the menu all had the same broth (beef) regardless of what was in it. With that in mind I recommend the beef. The chicken itself was a little bland. The broth was amazing though. Wait staff was not good. She had 2 tables in the entire restaurant, 4 people total and she forgot my drink order, disappeared for a long time and then charged me for a drink I did not get. This place left me wondering how it got a 4star rating! The waiter was very friendly and prompt, the restaurant was clean and well arranged. That's were it stopped, the shrimp & chicken spring rolls, the beef pho, the chicken & vegetables, and the beef & broccoli were utterly tasteless I mean noooooo flavor none whatsoever! Come to think of it this is what I imagine jail food would taste like. This was a waste of calories and money all at the same time. Had lunch here on Sunday with my family, and we were very pleased! It was my first Pho experience and I loved it. The restaurant was pretty dead for a Sunday, but we weren't complaining as we were seated immediately. I ordered a Thai iced tea and their Chicken Pho. My Mother and Grandmother ordered the Lemongrass version, which is spicy, and my aunt ordered calamari thai wraps that you make yourself. Unfortunately she didn't read the menu properly, and didn't realize that she would have to put some work into making her meal. The rest of us however were very happy! My chicken pho was great. This is the second time I've eaten here. The first was when covid first hit and I got take out for the hotel so really couldn't judge it. Let me tell you what they are very precise in sanitation, they were wiping EVERYTHING after it was touched. My waitress was super friendly. The rolls I had were good. The pho dac biet was pretty good. They were out of thai basil due to a bad shipment. That's ok, can't help that. While good, the broth felt greasy and seemed to lack a little depth. This is a really good Pho restaurant. The flavors are on point and authentic, and the large size is hearty and filling. If you're craving pho like I often do, this place is worth driving to as it is past Immokalee and on the outskirts of Naples. If you come, I recommend just going straight tor the beef variations of pho; their other dishes such as fried rice, stirfried clams, and various appetizer offerings are pretty average and pricey. Being that it is far away for me, I usually eat there instead of takeout (out of delivery zone for downtown Naples area), and the ambience isn't the best; pretty bare-bones and bland with no distinguishing features. Vietnamese food consists of fresh veggies, the use of 5 fundamental tastes as well as common ingredients like fish sauce, shrimp paste, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables. Often what sets Vietnamese foo, though is their use of lemongrass, ginger, mint, Vietnamese mint, long coriander, Saigon cinnamon, bird's eye chili, lime, and Thai basil leaves. Pho is often a delicious dish that takes hot water, fresh veggies, noodles and meats all in one soup like dish, that comes together to make an amazing meal. I can safely say that this restaurant has a delicious broth, some great toppings but their bean sprouts were something to be desired. The cut them in half, either because they were brown or they are stretching them. One of these were definitely the case, because they were not very appealing and they were very short. As I said before, you can tell the quality of the food by the Thai tea and this Thai iced tea was absolute garbage. We had to send them back because they were way too watery. The price of each meal was not what I thought was worth it. For pork fried rice, it was $15. For that price, it should have been delish right? It was just standard. No color, the rice was really oily, and all in all I'd say it was worth about $9.00 no more. $15 was way too much. The pho was great though. If you want a great place to eat, spare yourself the time and disappointment and go to wok cuisine on the left side of boy scout drive in ft Myers. Traveling to the west coast of Florida and it was lunch time when my wife located this restaurant in the Yelp directory. Sounded good so we stopped. The place was busy so it looked encouraging. We were seated at a table where the overhead fans were not blowing down on us. (I like my meals to remain hot while I'm eating) Waters delivered while we looked over the menus and found some tempting Pho items. After we placed our orders our Summer rolls were delivered and were tasty with the traditional peanut sauce for dipping. Our soups were delivered at a tasty and comfortable temperature along with a plate of limes, cilantro and bean sprouts, (no jalapeno slices like other places give you-but they did have sirachi sauce on the table). Now with a namesake of NOODLES included, what is the one item you'd expect to be fantastic?... you're right the NOODLES! both of our bowls had noodles that were very "al dente". My noodles were still balled up on the end like they were thrown in straight from the package. I stirred the noodles a bit and let them sit in the hot broth to cook some more. In stirring the pot so to speak, I found my pork slices stacked at 10 O'clock in my bowl and stirred into the mixture to heat up some more as well. (Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed by the lunch rush). The flavors were wonderful once each piece of tender pork and the now softened noodles blended together! read more

VIETNAM-TASTIC I've spent many years in Southwest Florida and finding a good restaurant was always hard. The food is usually mediocre and the service in high season is just terrible. But not this place. This is some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. I wish I could pack this whole location up and move it to Chicago. Honestly it is that good. The service was spot on. Kim our waitress was delightful and amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the food. She ordered our food perfectly because sometimes we can order like Sally in the movie Harry met Sally. Kim never wrote a single menu item or special order note down. She took our order from memory and it came out perfect. I got mine extra extra spicy and it actually came out spicy. That never happens! My wife wanted light light brown sauce instead of a heavy sauce. Kim told us that their sauce was light already but she would ask for it to be lighter. I must admit it was one of the best sauces I've ever tasted. I allegedly might have used a spoon to eat it off my wives plate like soup. And I would do it again. We started out with Summer Rolls with shrimp & pork and fresh veggies with a peanut dipping sauce. These were a refreshing choice over getting a deep fried egg roll. It is so nice to have something healthy. The quality was really nice and it was probably one of the best summer rolls I've ever had. For my main meal I went with the Roasted Pork egg noodles with shredded napa cabbage, shredded carrot, scallion, celery & onion topped with crushed peanuts. This was so delicious. I loved the choice of roasted pork and it actually influenced my choice. Most places don't take that extra step. There was no heavy sauce. It was just a giant plate of delicious. I also asked for extra extra spicy and it was perfect. Most places are afraid to make their dishes hot when a customer asks. This place listened to me and delivered the heat I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my stomach. I loved it. My wife ordered the Vegetable Stir fry with light sauce. It came with tofu but we were able to replace the tofu with more vegetables for no extra charge. The sauce was amazing. Our waitress said the sauce was light and she was right. Yum! Our little one ordered the Bone Marrow Soup with Chicken off the kids menu. I wish I was under 12 because this was one of the best food items I've ever had. I had to ask Kim about the broth and that is when I learned the base was bone marrow. The bowl was also a decent size with tender chicken and plenty of noodles. My little one also decided to be like Dad and use some chop sticks. That was a fun learning experience with soup. Everything was so amazing that we came back the next day and order the exact same things again. Is that wrong? Nope! It was that good. Our waitress Kim looked at us when we walked in and said, "You're back!" We told her we were dreaming all night about returning. We also told her that we were only eating again if she was our waitress. Luckily she was the only waitress working the floor, so we lucked out. We had a 50% chance because only 2 waitresses work here. Talk about consistency. We also learned that the chefs are a husband and wife team and they do all of the cooking. This place runs so efficient with only 4 employees. The food quality is fantastic and Kim's customer service is out of this world. All of our food came out hot and just the way we ordered it. On our second trip we decided to try a new dish. So we ordered the Grilled Beef topped with fried shallots as an appetizer even though it was an entree. The beef was cooked perfectly. It was tender and very tasteful. It also came with brown rice, asparagus and a cucumber/carrot salad. The real star was the sauce on the side. We asked Kim and she told us it was a fish sauce and it is the ketchup of Vietnam. It was so good. Kim also was nice enough to give me a little container to go with my brown rice we had wrapped to take home. So if you find yourself in Naples, then this place is a must. It is some of the best food in the area. I am so glad that the locals and tourists are supporting this place because it's authentic food and not some crappy chain. This is a great Vietnamese restaurant. Pleasant decor in a strip mall 10 miles north of Naples on 41. We had a beef pho (P10 on the menu) and the noodle chicken curry (S4 on the menu). Both were delicious, although the curry flavor didn't really come through very well. Only bummer: they don't have Vietnamese sandwiches, which I just love. I wanted to order one to go. Yelp pointed me in the right direction once again. First time I've had Vietnamese since moving here, and I think it is the only one around. Fortunately, the food was excellent. I had the Pho and tried one of their summer rolls as well. Fresh, delicious, exactly as I remember it. Delicious! I've always loved Vietnamese food but after backpacking all over Vietnam most places didn't compare to the real deal until Noodle Saigon! This place was recommended by a Vietnamese guy who works in the Miramar Outlets and said this was the best Vietnamese restaurant around so I gave it a try and I'm glad I did! Their pho reminded me exactly of the pho I had in Hanoi, Vietnam. We also got the chicken rice noodles which was also delicious but if you haven't tried pho, pick a meat and get yourself a large bowl! I can't wait to be back and try everything else on their menu. They also have Vietnamese beer for $3.95, I recommend Saigon. We also got Thai tea just because I love Thai tea and it was delicious. Our server My Linh was very sweet, attentive and informative! Firstly we'll start with the food, very delicious, nicely portioned, authentic taste. Second we'll move to the service, every time I've come here I've had the same waiter, JayJay, phenomenal service, very kind and polite, wish every server I've had was like him. The ambiance is that of a small town restaurant which is family owned, quite, and sits just right for the food I'm eating, feels welcoming, not like home but as if I were to be eating at my favorite small hometown cuisine. PHO RATING: Honestly, the pho is probably 3.5 stars, but I come here very often and I just like the place. This is also the best place for pho in Naples. I come here for the pho. It's pretty average pho. The broth is still very good, but not outstanding. Noodle amount is okay, meat amount varies, although lately, I've been getting way more meat than usual. I've tried the tripe once of twice here, but didn't like it too much -- a little bit too tough for my tastes. One small detail I really like is that you can order a small or a large bowl of pho. I get full really easily, so having an option for a smaller serving is really nice. I always ask for my rare beef on the side because I think it gets overcooked in the broth by the time it makes it to the table, but that's for all pho places and not just this one. The beef is extremely tender, juicy, and flavorful when I "cook" it myself. I also always ask for a side of jalapeños, which they do not serve on the plate with the bean sprouts, lime, and Thai basil. The staff here are always super friendly and remember me every time I come in. One server remembers me so well that she'll bring out my jalapeños without me having to ask. I never have to wait for a table, as I usually come in very early or on the late side. Sometimes the servers may seem a little standoff-ish, but I can see that they're slightly understaffed. They will stop and chat if they have the time. This place is right around the corner from me, so I come here about once every one or two weeks. The food is always consistent and not bad for Naples. If you like cockroaches in your food come here! Me and my boyfriend were really excited to go to this restaurant especially after seeing the reviews and we're excited to try it. I had my first spoon and it was good my significant other he had taken a sip of his and he was eating his soup when he noticed a baby roach floating on one of his noodles picked it up and saw that it was indeed a baby cockroach in his food and called the waiter over discreetly. We whispered to the waiter what was going on showing him the bug in the food and the waiter took the bug and walked to the back room. When he returned he says that the lady in the back room says it is not a baby cockroach that it is a fried piece of lettuce. Me and my boyfriend both look at each other puzzled are we being "gaslighted" right now. We know it was a bug, and last time I checked lettuce does not have legs. The waiter offered to get us another soup to which we both declined. He said that he would be able to take one soup off the bill but he wouldn't be able to take mine off the bill (mind you I barely even touched my soup at this point). This surprised me because of course after seeing the bug in the food I have no interest in eating at this establishment at this point. Honestly I probably would've kept it to myself had they just been genuine about it but the fact that they just lied to us and tried to make us believe that we didn't know what we were talking about really upsetting me. I spoke with my boyfriend and told him that we shouldn't have to pay for these soups that we are not going to eat I am not going to be take the soup home, he agreed we walked up to the waiter and we had told him that we are not interested in eating it we know what we saw and that we don't want any of the food, that we would be happy to pay for the coffee that he had server us but we are not going to pay for the soup. The waiter agreed and we proceeded to walk towards the exit when we see there in plain view is a large cockroach. We called over the waiter to the front of the restaurant. And pointed out to him the cockroach lay right there on the floor or should I say the "fried lettuce". EPIC FAIL! I will not be returning and I will be filing a complaint with the Florida health department regarding this restraint. - Unsanitary & poor customer service. read more
